Best A/C Installation in Nashville TN

My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he's come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters ). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

We have used SOS Plumbing multiple times at our home. Josh and Wes are quick to respond, always prompt, respectful of our home, and trustworthy. We have referred several friends to SOS, and they were pleased as well. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Have had Tommy work on multiple homes for me and he does a phenomenal job. Always on time, very knowledgeable, and does great work.

He has done various tasks from replacing sub flooring to installation of electrical work. He is my go-to person for anything electrical and plumbing.

Miguel was professional, responsive and got the job done! Will put him in our roster of home maintenance people for sure.

Our toilet was clogged. I made a few calls, left messages and Aaron from Honest Plumbing was the one to respond. Keep in mind it was a Saturday. He was easy to communicate with and was willing to work w my work schedule (on a Saturday). We appreciated his service and professionalism. Lastly, he didn't include a service charge since we both reside in M'boro.

My AC went out suddenly on a very hot Friday evening. I called Bradley because I found them thru the list of Authorized Dealers on the Lennox web site. Brandon Bradley said he could come by the next morning, a Saturday, and check on it. Fortunately, the unit only needed a capacitor replaced. He had one on the truck, installed it, and the unit immediately came to life. He checked the refrigerant charge, and it was fine. Outstanding service at a fair price. Appreciate willingness to come out on a weekend. I will definitely use this company for regular maintenance of my system. Highly recommend.

I had been wanting to add my antique double washtub to our bathroom in our log home for quit some time. I did not want to drill into the tub but rather use the existing  small drain holes in the back of the tub. Justin came out evaluated it and came up with a plan to make it work for me. We love how it turned out. Next I refinished a clawfoot tub with copper and pewter. I wanted the old telephone style faucet with piping on the outside. Justin plumbed all of that up for me also. I don't think there is a job he can't tackle.

We hired Home Works to install a hood for our gas stove that vents outdoors. We were very pleased with their work. It looks great and the price was very reasonable. There was some waiting involved in what time they would come on the day of the appointment, but they stayed in touch with us throughout the day and were very polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. They know what they are doing and do the job properly.

Donelson Heating & Air had a Systems Expert  come out to my house very quickly after I called to request pricing on a new unit. The salesperson who came out was very professional and polite but the key word in this statement is salesperson. I knew my unit needed replacing because it was 23 years old and another company had already been out to look it over. The other company gave me two options to either try replacing the capacitor or look at new units. I opted for them to replace the capacitor for $300 instead of replacing for 4K. The new capacitor got it up and running for less than 24 hours so knew I had to go with new unit so I decided to get another quote on a new unit, hence calling Donelson Heating & Air.  The salesperson opened the small door to my crawl space for a matter of 5 secs and told me I needed all of my ductwork replaced. May I also state it was 9pm at night and he only held a flashlight under there. They gave me a quote of around $12K to replace the unit and ductwork and $8K for the unit only. Also, after giving that quote and I gasped, he said well, let me see, maybe I can do better and dropped it to 11K. The whole process felt like dealing with a haggling car salesman. Also, they did not provide any options on the brand of unit, only one. Also, it was it was going to be 5 days before they could do the install, or they could maybe work me in the day after they came by, which again felt like a pressure sales thing.  I went back to the original company the following morning, they came out that day and installed a new unit and thermostat for 4K, crawled under the house, inspected the ductwork and said it was fine. That was yesterday. Today I am sitting in my comfortably cool house and very happy. All that to say, I would not trust Donelson Heating & Air. They are way overpriced, in my opinion, and were not thorough in their inspection of the ductwork before insisting it needed replacing. If you are considering this company, definitely get other quotes.

Very prompt service, and they stand behind the products they install. They gave me several options when my HVAC unit was out of order, and followed up without any hassle when I had an unforeseen issue (old breaker, not a problem with their work) shortly after installation. All technicians have been courteous and professional from day one.

The owners recollection of what occurred is flawed.  He didn't diagnose anything.  Just took money for housecall and went into a sales  pitch trying to take advantage of my wife and sell her an overpriced replacement heater.  We fixed the problem with 100 parts and labor from a more reputable local company who said waterheater was in great shape and shouldn't be replaced.  Hot water heater looks and runs new.   Of course we called and complained.  And we will never use them again. In 5 years of living in nashville, this is my only negative review of any business.  I believe this is not a reputable company and needs to be outed as such.

This company is very sketchy actually this guy isn't even licensed bonded or insured they didn't do none of there  work was up to codes and the owner jason seems to have a bad drug problem they left our house a disaster and flooded they never answer the phone just a horrible company stay away from these guys

Update : actually get a reply from this company on this review and they want to act like it's another company SMH stay clear away from this company I've also filed complaint with bbb to try to get a refund for what they did

He is a con man, unprofessional and will screw you over. Do NOT conduct business with this man Mike on any occasion.
