I called on the 4th of July and left a message, not realizing that the phone number I was calling was Mr. Keagy's mobile phone and not the office phone. I called again the next day and he was trying to organize the calls he had gotten in order to get to all of his customers without wasted driving . My problem was a leak under the bathroom sink - turned out to be old valves. Mr. Keagy took pictures and gave me a pretty fair quote. They arrived within 2-3 hours of my call, had all of the parts needed to make the repair and completed the work within an hour. In addition, he stayed to answer some questions I had about making my bathroom accessible. Very satisfied with the work, professionalism and timeliness.

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they might arrive, but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.

This company is very sketchy actually this guy isn't even licensed bonded or insured they didn't do none of there work was up to codes and the owner jason seems to have a bad drug problem they left our house a disaster and flooded they never answer the phone just a horrible company stay away from these guys

This company was subcontracted to connect a new sink during a kitchen remodel. On their second trip To get the sink installed I was told that I might need a new garbage disposal if the proper fitting couldn't be found for the existing disposal. The plumber was at my home a total of 1.5 hours including the trip to Loews to get the part or the disposal. He returned and installed the new disposal. The retail price at Loews was $279 and I was charged $399 plus the labor time to go to Loews. Beware of this company charging retail price plus a mark up on the retail price plus their labor time to go buy parts at retail prices. Parts mark ups should never be on top of retail pricing.

I learned a valuable lesson today. I scheduled an estimate to have a few new outdoor receptacles put in. When booking the appointment, they make you agree to a Service Call charge - even for a quote. Assuming their quote would be in line with other quotes I was getting, I agreed.
This should have been the first warning sign.
When the tech got there, he was polite. However, his estimate was way higher than others I've received. In addition, other electricians provided different installation options which will save me a considerable amount of money than the way they wanted to do the installation.
When I commented on how high the estimate was, he magically dropped the price a bit - but not that much. He told me he has to quote a certain way and has no control over it. This might be so the techs can't charge what the service should be and instead charge what the company wants.
So it appears their business model is to charge people to come give an estimate that is way too high so they don't have to do the work and still pocket the service call fee.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is bc they did come out immediately when the AC unit went out. We needed a whole new system and since it was a duplex, we went with a ductless system. They did get side down the very next day where the bedrooms were. Then it took a good 5 days to get the rest done. One side is neatly put to gather and the other side looks like crap. This was in May. Warren Wells is the supervisor of this crew and said they would be back to tidy up the other side bc he agreed, it did not look good.
Fast forward, still not finished. Called Lee company yesterday. They said they would have Warren call me. No call. I said I wanted to talk to the manager of the AC dept. was told he was in a meeting and he would call me after the meeting. What in the world has happened to customer service. You would think spending 30k with a company would at least get you a call back but I guess that's too much to ask for these days.

I would give ZERO star review if I could. I have 2 septic tanks. We needed to have our 2nd tank located so I called the plumber that, according to my receipts from the previous home owner, installed the tank. I called on a Wednesday that I needed it located by Friday and acknowledged that I was aware that I was calling last minute but they put me on the schedule for a Thursday. I called at 3:30 to get an update when no one had showed and was told they were doing their best to get someone out to me. At 4:30 I got a call from the office manager, who had NO idea I was on the schedule, and was told that no one was coming but someone could come out 1st thing Friday. If I had known that there was no guarantee I would have called around to see if I could find a tech that WOULD be able to guarantee they could be out. I had a 12x40 barn being delivered Friday A.M. and needed to make sure that it wasn't being set on top of the tank. Thankfully we are pretty sure we know where it is. The tech shows on Friday while the barn is being set on the ground already and tells me that there is no way for him to locate the tank and that the girl that does the schedule should have told me that. I showed him the receipt from the install and he called his boss, the owner, because he was the tech that did the job and if he did it, he will remember it. He walked back over to tell me that the tech, who is the OWNER, would be by to check it out... this was on August 3rd, it's now August 15th and I am STILL waiting for Steve Mull to show up at my house or at least give me a courtesy call. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN... EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were able to schedule us right away. Once the tech arrived and assessed the problem with our AC units, he serviced them and had another tech deliver the part he needed to finish the job. He spent all day making sure the problem was fixed and was still very gracious as he wrote up our paperwork and explained the service agreements.
