Best Residential Services in Nashville TN
Miguel was professional, responsive and got the job done! Will put him in our roster of home maintenance people for sure.

The owner of this company is a very knowledgeable plumber, and was at our home when he said he would be. He discovered the problem quickly, and said he would need to buy a part for the toilet bowl. He returned when he said he would, charged us a very fair price, and we haven't had any problems since. He also fixed our water pressure while he was there, which Lee Company said could not be fixed. I would highly recommend Mr. Lewis.

I felt really good about hiring this company. I can tell they operate with low overhead but still in the most professional manner. Matt came and installed our new water heater using top-notch materials and with skill. I would recommend Honest Plumbing to anyone in the area.

As a property manager in the Nashville area, plumbing problems are the number one issue I face daily. So, when I call need a plumber, I need them to show up on time and do a quality job for a fair price. That's what I always call Hewitt Plumbing.

James took on a whole new challenge for me.
I have moved to the area from Michigan last week. I am living in my RV which had developed a clog in toilet black water tank. Lots of people offered to help with no success. So I reached out to James who willingly accepted the challenge.
It was a nasty, gross job, but he stuck with it. And he successfully unclogged my toilet!
I cannot express how happy that made me.
James is a very friendly, family man. He never gave up. I very grateful.
I highly recommend his services. And if I ever need a plumber again he is the man I will call.

I was able to connect with the Roscoe Brown team, and they were able to remedy the situation of the missed appointment. A plumber was able to come on a Saturday and was very helpful in resolving the leak issue.

They were awesome last year used them for a clog came out in a few hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes and it was reasonably priced! People were great too!!! Super nice!
Unfortunately it took me two times to realize what they're saying is fact so I had to have them come back out today. 6/13
Just like the first visit they were able to squeeze me in they were here almost exactly when they said they would be they came in they did a job they were professional they were courteous and they were done I will continue to use them for any of our plumbing issues going forward thank you so much!!

Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very overpriced for a filler valve replacement. Wow,could've watched youtube and saved $200. Part was $20. He was 120.00 an hour plus 50.00 service charge
What a ripoff. Not to mention they had serviced same thing a year ago. Not a good track record. I should have learned, I guess

This is my second experience with this Roto Rooter and I am again, very pleased. Professional, friendly, efficient, economical, clean, overall I am very happy with the service I have received. They were out in January to unclog main line and did a great job so I called again in May when my shower/tub faucet began acting up. I definitely recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to others!

I was up septic tank creek without a paddle. On a Sat. morning. I know the discharge pump is out (overflowing above the tank). Go to check the circuit breakers, still on. Try the outlet, and the pump wires dis-generate at the outlet. Not a good start to the weekend.
I could guess, with luck, just a plug replacement on a pump over 15 years old (and I had a Lotto ticket with 1 set of numbers too....). Start to call, as I have to have this fixed this weekend. I work 60 miles away (weekday is missing work with no PTO), I have 4 others in the house, school starting after the weekend.
So after getting the call us on the weekend alphabet search via yellow pages, RR takes my information. I was very surprised as I was thinking this is a septic sump pump. Not a clog.
I get a call from Roger (385), the tech on call. He is concerned he cannot be there until noon. I was not expecting too much help, but someone to verify my pump died on Sat was much better than me missing work on Monday.
From our conversation he brought a small pump. Now, I'm going to watch repairs, DYI or call someone. He arrived and we went to it. Ruled out the frayed cord (which I suspected, much like willing powerball). Eventually get to the septic pump. I had tools to get it disconnected, RR had the contacts to open a location to get a pump. And there is a lot of interaction with Roger I left out, I think something to share is the pump costs about $900, I knew it.
Of course as we are doing the work, we are talking. My goal was to finish the job over the weekend. I never stated it, We had time time to talk while things were pumping.
End result I gave him 2 water melons from my garden. And called his boss (he was on the phone). He said he would give the message to Danny (and would ask Roger where is his part of the melon).
Over all, a very good experience.

*WOMEN BEWARE* Ace Plumbing Will Suck Your Money Right Down The Drain!
I am pretty typical of most women in that when something needs to be repaired around the house, I have to call a friend or a company to come out and fix it. My handy-ness is limited to changing light bulbs. So, when I discovered a wet spot that wouldn't go away, I called Ace. I had gotten friendly service in the past and I was happy when a plumber came out the next morning.
He assured me that he had found and repaired the source of the leak, handing me a bill for $355.50 before he left. All I cared about was that the downstairs carpet wouldn't be soaked anymore and I could stop worrying about busted pipes, mold and a rotting house frame! Yay!
Fast forward a few days and the wet spot is B-A-C-K...it never left, I guess! I called Ace right away and spoke to a very sweet woman, telling her that the issue was not yet resolved. She made me feel like Ace understood and would take care of everything. I decided to stop using the downstairs tub to see if that could have been the source. Sure enough, after a few days, the carpet was back to bone dry!
So you can see my issue now...here I have a bill for $355 for a repair that had NOTHING to do with what I called Ace for...and I still might have a leak somewhere! Back come the worries about a busted pipe, mold, rot, etc. Plus now the added worry of a $355 bill for a drippy faucet. Ace was supposed to make things better...not worse!
I called Ace again to let them know that I would like my bill adjusted or for them to come out and fix the actual leak. I had to speak with the owner, since this was a bill adjustment / warranty issue. Mike said that the bill seemed high for the work they did, but that he needed to research the issue and that in the meantime, he would send someone out to see if they could find the leak.
A plumber came out and turned off all the water and said that there wasnt a leak. He said that the wet spot was probably caused by someone stepping out of the shower or water getting through the curtain.
That was especially frustrating for me...why didnt he state that last time? Why did he fix a drippy faucet and tell me it was the cause of the leak when he is now saying it is just water from the shower?
To make matters worse, I received an invoice in the mail from Ace this week. It showed that I owed them over $400, when my original invoice says $355.50. I put another call in and learned that the plumber had added things up on the invoice wrong, but that they would honor the original $355.50. While I appreciate that they are taking some small responsibility, I will not use them again because I like to be treated with respect, and for them to earn their money. They took advantage of a single women by fixing the first thing they saw wrong and charging me an arm and a leg. Dont go to Ace unless you want to end up on a payment plan like me!
I am giving two starts because, despite this fiasco that I am dealing with, I have gotten good customer service from the lady at the front desk and the plumbers have been very nice, clean and respectful. So one extra star for the great attitudes of Ace employees.
If you know exactly what needs to be fixed, then I would recommend Ace.
If you need someone to help you figure out what the problem is, I would absolutely not recommend Ace.

Guess what? My water heater totally busted this morning. And guess who I'm calling...not Ace!
I am so thankful for Yelp because at least there is SOMETHING I can do when things go wrong to save others from a similar experience.

The owners recollection of what occurred is flawed. He didn't diagnose anything. Just took money for housecall and went into a sales pitch trying to take advantage of my wife and sell her an overpriced replacement heater. We fixed the problem with 100 parts and labor from a more reputable local company who said waterheater was in great shape and shouldn't be replaced. Hot water heater looks and runs new. Of course we called and complained. And we will never use them again. In 5 years of living in nashville, this is my only negative review of any business. I believe this is not a reputable company and needs to be outed as such.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

I called ARS because my furnace was not working properly. They told me I needed a new furnace which would cost somewhere between $6,500 and $11,000. I called another company for a second opinion. That person said my furnace was fine except for one broken part. He replaced that part, charged me $160, and I have had no further problems with my furnace.
AVOID ARS !!
