These guys get it fixed! We had a tricky kitchen drain clog and they quickly and professionally followed the process until it was identified and corrected. They arrived within the time frame stated and were professional and pleasant to work with. Have heard from other people that JL does large jobs too. Will call them again when needed.

The roads were in terrible condition due to an ice storm. I called another plumber and they didn't want to come out, which is understandable. I had a severe pipe issue and not only did Honest Plumbing come out the same day, they fixed the issue for only $250! He actually put shims under my toilet as well free of charge. He was quick, courteous, and put me at ease. This is a husband and wife owned business and they don't do any of the unnecessary upselling like Lee Company does. I highly recommend Honest plumbing, and will only be using them for my plumbing needs. You can't go wrong working with Honest Plumbing!

Roscoe Brown is a complete rip off!!!!!  I requested a quote for insulation to be installed into a 20x20 space of my attic.  I received a quote for $825!!!!!  This is insane and a complete insult!  How hard is it to find a good and honest company that's not looking take peoples hard earned money from them???? I will never do business with Roscoe Brown and I will inform everyone I know to stay away from them as well!!!!

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. Brad Rakes has been our plumber for many years now.  He is very reliable and reputable. He is licensed and insured and definitely a good plumber. He has always been professional and very respectful of our property. We would highly recommend him and his company.

We had a great experience with Josh! He answered our call promptly and was at our home on a Friday within 30 min to assess our kitchen leak. He came back on the following Monday to install new hardware. He was respectful, friendly, and most of all, did a great job!

My sink was draining very slow and clogging often. I tried to unclog it myself but couldn't so called no problem plumbing. They were quick to respond and came out the same day. The work needed a few parts and Jason was great with explaining the process and showing me what he was talking about under my house! He made sense and was great at explaining the problem and solution in a way that a non plumber could understand. This was back a couple of months ago, sink still works great! Thank you Jason! You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer .  First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company .  We went ahead and went with the Lee Company  simply because of the companies reputation .  The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units .  The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work !  The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work .  I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman  not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company .  I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done .  Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

I have 3 units at my house, all which are no older than 5 years old.  My upstairs unit went out and I decided to call ARS based upon seeing their trucks around town.  They told me I needed a new unit and it was going to cost me $8,000 for a 2 ton unit.  Based upon ARS pricing and a neighbors recommendation....I called a different heating and air contractor who has since recently retired and it was only a fan motor which cost me less than $300. I am hoping that the sight of a rather large home did not influence the salemans pricing or need to sale a new unit.  I am glad I went with my neighbors recommendation and recommend that everyone get a second opinion.  Unit still working great!!!
