Helton's was wonderful when my furnace broke. I called in the morning because I smelled gas and David was at my house by the afternoon to check it out. He was extremely prompt with responding and showed up just when he said he would. As it turns out I needed my whole HVAC system replaced, which is any homeowner's nightmare, but David and his team made the process as easy as possible. Can't recommend this company enough. They are good people who do quality work!

Eason recently put in a tankless hot water system for our house, and I was very pleased with their work, with the system they brought to us that actually has a phone app to monitor everything, and the fact that when I had a problem they helped me immediately fix it on the phone.  Excellent people who did a great job.  I recommend!

We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ​

I heard really good reviews about this company so I had them come out to replace an outdoor faucet, unclog a shower drain and fix a toilet that kept running.  The technician was here on time but was here for about 3.5 hours.  He was at his van the majority of the time talking on the phone or smoking.  He even came out from under my crawl space smoking a cigarette.  My house smelled like smoke.  It took him 5 minutes to unclog the drain and about 10 minutes to fix the toilet.  I believe it took him about 1.5 hours max to replace the outside faucet.  Also, when he turned the water back on, he had it at the max pressure.  I thought our pipes were going to explode when I put the kids in the shower that night.  He billed me for 4 hours and charged me $675.  Yes, you read that right.  I called other plumbers after that and they told me it is about a $300 job.  I have emailed and called the company several times to discuss this and they will not call me back.  I would definitely not hire them to do any work on my house.

I highly recommend SOS plumbing. They are prompt, courteous, professional and most importantly get the job done correctly the first time. I had them out to fix a few issues a couple weeks ago. Today I had a leaky kitchen sink that wasn't part of my original fixes from a couple weeks ago. They were fast in coming out to repair. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Outstanding service. Thought I'd take a chance and give J's a shot. First impressions were very polite and extremely responsive. I had a water heater issue and called J's to assess the problem. He was at my home within an hour of the initial call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me what the problem was and showed the malfunctioning part. He quickly went and got the parts needed and didn't try to upsell the parts and is honest with labor cost. I highly recommend J's for your plumbing issues.

Tommy came the same day, about 30 minutes after I called him. I had him fixing everything from toilets that ran constantly to a light switch that wasn't working. Now everything is working like new again. Pricing seems fair, and he takes Venmo. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have different things you need done around the house. He seems to be a jack of all trades.

My faucet in my kitchen quit working. I contacted Urbieta Plumbing, and I believe they came out the same day I contacted them, on a holiday weekend! They diagnosed the issue, replaced my faucet, and were on their way. Very friendly and professional. I will be using them again for future repairs, maintenance, etc.

We called JR due to a leaking toilet inlet shut off valve and a toilet that would not fill. He came the same afternoon that we called.  He called before he arrived. He came to the door already carrying the tools he expected to use.  It took him about 7 minutes to fix the problem. I asked him to test the shut offs for both other toilets in the house and he did.  I then told him that the master toilet sounded like it was dripping under the house.  He went under the house ; found the issue (which turned out to be dripping within the drain pipe itself) and explained the problem. He then gave me VERY reasonable quotes for a few upgrades that I want done at the house.  When he was done I prepared to pay him and he said NO CHARGE. I really wasn't here very long and didn't do much at all.  Just please have me come back for the other work.  I have nothing but the VERY BEST THINGS to say about JR and I will definitely hire him back for all my plumbing needs on going.

Called Honest plumbing to take care of a leaking hose bib. Aaron was on time, did a great job and took the time to explain to me cold weather care of exterior hoses. Super nice, on time and REASONABLE.  Definitely keeping his number as my go to plumber in middle Tennessee.  Give him a call.

He quickly came out and he wrote a quote for me and then he quickly got the job done and surprisingly the bill was actually the amount in the quote.

I had been wanting to add my antique double washtub to our bathroom in our log home for quit some time. I did not want to drill into the tub but rather use the existing  small drain holes in the back of the tub. Justin came out evaluated it and came up with a plan to make it work for me. We love how it turned out. Next I refinished a clawfoot tub with copper and pewter. I wanted the old telephone style faucet with piping on the outside. Justin plumbed all of that up for me also. I don't think there is a job he can't tackle.

These guys just can't get a quote out in any decent time.  Over a week from a plumbers visit who can't tell you the price.  Hiding behind an excuse of their system in not getting out a price.  That system cost them the job.  Such a simple job to begin with.  If a plumber can't tell you what a job should costs on the site, prepare to have your pockets fleeced.

I called on the 4th of July and left a message, not realizing that the phone number I was calling was Mr. Keagy's mobile phone and not the office phone. I called again the next day and he was trying to organize the calls he had gotten in order to get to all of his customers without wasted driving . My problem was a leak under the bathroom sink - turned out to be old valves. Mr. Keagy took pictures and gave me a pretty fair quote. They arrived within 2-3 hours of my call, had all of the parts needed to make the repair and completed the work within an hour. In addition, he stayed to answer some questions I had about making my bathroom accessible. Very satisfied with the work, professionalism and timeliness.

American Plumbing Co was a luck of the draw sort of thing.  Our direct vent water heater died on us, and I scrambled and called as many plumbers as I could.  Brad, with American Plumbing Co was the first to respond in person; he was there about 45 minutes after I called.  He got to deliver both the news of it can't be fixed and it's not cheap.  He then quickly encouraged me to shop around while he put together a couple of options and estimates.  I did shop around; the costs were depressing, but Brad called me back about an hour later with 3 of the best options and estimates I had received.  He was also able to come out the very next afternoon and install our new water heater.  Spending that kind of money unexpectedly for a water heater wasn't my idea of fun, but Brad made the experience a better and easier one.

Their prices are much higher than other local companies. I called them for a Saturday service. They responded promptly and the technician was friendly. However I was shocked when I heard about the fees to repair my AC. I would not get them if I knew the charges beforehand but the technician was already there. I will not call them anymore.

This company has been around for 21 years and if it's not a clogged drain I would not use them. Long story short they came to fix a leaking tub faucet and then they made more leaks and messed up the whole tub valve. Pretty much cut the tub valve out and took it away because I'm sure they ruined the copper thread when I heard them having issues getting the plastic out of the thread and they did not come in with tools just a wrench and some valve stems that they could not fix. What's sad is I was charged 205$ for an hour and 30 minutes of work to have something simple to fix which was ridiculous for valve stem repair , to having no shower downstairs.They were going to charge me more to cap it, but they must of had some remorse because they did cap it and didn't charge me extra. My thing is if you couldn't fix it, then why pretend like you could.This is the owner by the way! He said he went above and beyond what he would do for most and wanted to charge me 405$ to fix something he broke. I'd hate to see what they would do to someone who they didn't go above and beyond for. Call a real plumbing company with great reviews if you want real results. Not cool what they did to my family and I. Definitely won't be doing business with them again!
