Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Nashville TN
I highly recommend SOS plumbing. They are prompt, courteous, professional and most importantly get the job done correctly the first time. I had them out to fix a few issues a couple weeks ago. Today I had a leaky kitchen sink that wasn't part of my original fixes from a couple weeks ago. They were fast in coming out to repair. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My faucet in my kitchen quit working. I contacted Urbieta Plumbing, and I believe they came out the same day I contacted them, on a holiday weekend! They diagnosed the issue, replaced my faucet, and were on their way. Very friendly and professional. I will be using them again for future repairs, maintenance, etc.

He quickly came out and he wrote a quote for me and then he quickly got the job done and surprisingly the bill was actually the amount in the quote.
I'll highly recommend him!

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. TY to all.

Mike contacted me after my post on Nextdoor where I was describing that I was struggling with water damage in my home, and offered his expertise. I was extremely impressed with the service I received.
Mike arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues that I had. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he also offered some helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. He also was able to get a licensed roofer out, who confirmed his suspicions! They worked on this issue together and knew exactly what the problem was.
The quality of his work was top-notch, and he even made sure to take garbage bags full of moldy, soaking wet insulation and drywall out. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism that he displayed.
Mike also gave me advice on how to deal with my HOA that refuses to take responsibility for the damage done to my home due to maintenance negligence. He made me feel that I'm not alone in it.
I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of home repair services. He is reliable, skilled, and more importantly, he showed genuine interest in helping me solve the problem rather than trying to sell services. The world needs more Mikes!

Will and the team at Griffin Mechanical took great care of us after my 1970's unit finally bit the dust. My wife was pregnant and it was getting hot out so this was not ideal timing. The guys were very respectful of my wishes and helped me size the system to add some ducts where needed. I changed where the air handler and condenser lived and it was not an issue for them. I am a construction worker, I'm particular about my house and want things done right. They not only did a great job, but they were friendly.
Recently they called ME to set up a free service call to check the system and made sure we were tip top. That's right, I didn't have to call them. Now that's customer service.
I told them to install Nest thermostat so I can test it for work, and I don't love it. They are going to come back out and put a regular one in. The tech tried to tell me but I was insisting for test reasoning.
HVAC is expensive, so spend your money with the professional people at Griffin Mechanical. I do A/V work and appreciate the same care I give on my house.

I selected Jack Ward Plumbing after doing some research and reading the positive reviews on Yelp so I'm disappointed by the experience I had. Particularly 3 issues and the lack of follow-up or resolution.
1. I spent around 3500 to have a tank less water heater installed a couple of months ago. My wife came home from work about an hour after the plumber left and asked if I smelled gas. I said no but then I had been sitting in the room next to it all day. Somewhere between 2 and 3am she wakes me up and said it's really strong we need to get out the house. We got my 5yr old up went outside and called Piedmont gas. They confirmed gas was leaking from both ends of a pipe JWP installed and shut the gas off. JWP sent the same guy out the next day to repair it.
2. During the original install the plumber drilled a hole in the wall which went to the outside of the house. The hole was drilled to run a vent to the outside the house. My tank is in the basement. When the plumber went outside he realized he drilled it to low so he used the hole that was already there for the previous water tank.
3. The plumber was the only one there so he couldn't get the old water tank upstairs to haul it off. He rolled it to my back patio and said he'd send someone for it.
I didn't get much feedback after I called the next day to tell them my family was in the house while it was leaking gas from 4p to 3a and that we had to go outside at 3am while the gas company checked it.
I called the plumber that did the job about the hole in the wall and he responded by telling me what to get from home depot to fill it. I later called JWP'S office and they promised to send someone out to take care of it. This was a month ago and it's still not fixed.
They also said they'd send someone to pickup and haul off the old water tank however it's still sitting on my patio 2 months later.
I escalated my call to a lady that I think was related to the previous or current owner. She promised to have someone fix the hole in the wall and haul off the old water tank but I haven't heard a word. I even told her I wanted to share the feedback with her because the first issue could have resulted in a tragic ending and because they had a good reputation. Now I feel like I should have took the disgruntled irate approach because being the nice guy and trying to work with them got me no where.

Excellent plumbing company, we operate 100+ homes in Nashville and Mt. Juliet & they are our first point of contact. Connie and the office staff are professional, courteous, and responsive in addition to their plumbing technicians.

We had an HVAC emergency today (Saturday evening - 4th of July weekend) and no one anywhere would come help us until Monday. The answering service told us we'd get a call within a couple hours. Someone called back within 15 minutes and after a short explanation of the situation, the guy told us he could save us a lot of money and trouble by checking a specific fuse, and sure enough it was bad. Didn't catch this man's name, but god bless this guy, he saved our asses in a house that was already at 87 degrees and climbing. THANK YOU!

I learned a valuable lesson today. I scheduled an estimate to have a few new outdoor receptacles put in. When booking the appointment, they make you agree to a Service Call charge - even for a quote. Assuming their quote would be in line with other quotes I was getting, I agreed.
This should have been the first warning sign.
When the tech got there, he was polite. However, his estimate was way higher than others I've received. In addition, other electricians provided different installation options which will save me a considerable amount of money than the way they wanted to do the installation.
When I commented on how high the estimate was, he magically dropped the price a bit - but not that much. He told me he has to quote a certain way and has no control over it. This might be so the techs can't charge what the service should be and instead charge what the company wants.
So it appears their business model is to charge people to come give an estimate that is way too high so they don't have to do the work and still pocket the service call fee.
Nice racket.

Our Water Heater went out and made showering with a friend not as much fun.
We called the Lee Company, their representative came and looked at the Water Heater, he called me and said it was shot and I would need to replace it with a new one. The cost of the new water heater was $1,375.00, I thought this was steep, however to have a reputable company come into my home and assure us that things would go smoothly, I guess this was fair.
After the installation we were told that in 45 minutes we would have hot water, but 2 hours later, still no Hot Water. We called them back and within an hour a nice gentleman came over around 7:30 PM and found a Bad Breaker that mush have slipped past the installation crew. Around 9:PM he was finished and assured us that now it was working and we could enjoy Hot Water very soon.
Now I'm not really sure that the Water Heater was Bad or did I just pay $1,375.00 for a new breaker. Of course now we do have a New 50 Gallon Water Heater with a 6 year warrantee.
Within 36 hours our Hot Water and Showering Pleasure was restored.
