The owner, Jacob, showed up in Covid mask; which I don't really care about, but I appreciated his respect and conscientiousness. We were switching from a single to a double bathroom vanity and needed water moved from floor to wall and drains moved. Jacob worked around our schedule even though it meant coming out a second day instead of finishing in one day. He ran into a few unforeseen issues on the second day arriving a few hours late because of an emergency at another client's home. Still, Jacob didn't try to reschedule, but stayed on our job until after Midnight to make sure the job was finished and done correctly. He did an excellent job, was respectful to us and our home, and was very clean. Definitely recommended.
Very responsive when I needed an estimate for installing an additional gas line for a clothes dryer. Came out in the evening after supper to see what was required and he e-mailed a detailed estimate by 1 a.m. the following morning. He offered a solution that was a bit more work than what I felt was required and because there was more effort involved, it had a higher price. I opted to work with another plumbing company, but will keep USA Plumbing in mind because of the owner's hustle and willingness to help me.
We had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. USA came out the same day and did a great quick job. He was knowledgeable and professional and wore a mask the entire time. He's giving us an estimate about some issues we brought to his attention...we should have had them fixed years ago. Thanks USA Plumbing for helping us.
Jacob was great - prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. Needed service quickly and he responded. I'd definitely use him again.

he was prompt, reasonable and he wore a mask although it was a bit dirty.
He also came and fixed our water heater on a Sunday just before this massive snowstorm hit.

Great company to hire for any plumbing work. I couldn't be happier with the job done or professionalism shown by this company. Changed out a water heater and fixed/replaced pipes that could have been extremely dangerous. Even things my home inspection didn't see, they made sure to fix.
Jacob is honest and does excellent work! We have have used him twice so far in Ashland City and couldn't be more pleased! We Highly Recommend USA Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!
