Actual installation process of new HVAC system was fine. However, he was supposed to submit a $450 rebate for us- never did or said he did and maybe used the wrong number. I have now reached out to him in every way possible with no response. My texts to him make it seem that he has blocked me. So that sucks. Michael, if you see this, all I need is the info for you so I can submit it myself and get the $450 back that is owed to me based on our agreement, what I paid and what you said you would take care of.

Totally unprofessional to ghost people like this.

Very poor experience. I reviewed this company recently.  The owner responded back. The owner was responded to.

As I understand it no review can be removed by the company being reviewed. I was able to find and read the review until just after the owner Corey responded. Where is my review?  Has Yelp also been less than honest/ethical?  Bottom line, I was deceived. I was told there was a hole in the back of my furnace and that the furnace needed to be replaced. Total stress-out. I'm past retirement age,  working as a nurse... yes, through all of our covid and it's uncertainties/stressors, paying off a furnace loan I had no choice but to take out. I was shown a picture of a hole that was supposedly in the back of my furnace. I also just had had my furnace inspected by this company and received a perfect bill of health. I was never shown the actual back of my furnace either, by the way. Shortly after, my neighbor told me there was no hole.  I kept quiet out of embarrassment for falling for one of the oldest tricks in the books. I would never recommend this or any other company that puts money/greed before truth. Appalling isn't it? I'm writing this because others have likely become victims. Maybe this will help so others will not become victimized. This has rocked me. I'd like this company to publicly admit and apologize for their unethical practice(s).

Make sure you are completely aware of the issues you are having.   Had them look at my water heater cause the pilot light kept going out. They Told me it was a bad gas valve....   Pilot light was not staying lit, its probably the thermocouple.  They wanted to replace my water heater and charge me over $1000 when all we needed was a $13 thermocouple. Matt Loe obviously didn't do his job, and tried to gouge our eyes out with a ridiculous estimate for a new water heater.   Didn't need a new water heater, just needed a new part.   Be aware, these guys WILL Try to pull one over on you.  Get a second opinion

Awesome company to deal with! Had them come out and hook my refrigerator, stove, plumbing lines, and fix my toilet. They did all this in a couple hours and did a unbelievable job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Had an appointment for 9:30 to 11:30 today. Didn't show up, didn't return my call until after 3pm. Called another plumber. Very disappointed. My time is just as important as others.

Called to have a/c serviced at 1:30 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. We were amazed to have a tech at our house within 1h30 as we fully expected to schedule for the following week. Courteous and knowledgable, the tech not only got our a/c up and running but also spotted and fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! So glad we called! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to those looking for professional, no-hassle service.

Fast, friendly, and fair pricing! The guy was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My condo building will be using them again!

We had an appointment that was missed  - called on a Friday - was given a Monday appt and didn't show.   Arrived Tuesday and said they thought issue with Acoil but would need $331 to perform a diagnostic.  Due to previous issues with the company we scheduled another contractor to review before committing to the work.   The line set was completed by Service Today previously and  we have had nothing but trouble and loss of refrigerant since.   The other contractor was at our house for 10  minutes and diagnosed 2 bad/faulty welds in the line set that  Service Today installed and now will not warranty the work.   Instead they wanted to  have us spend over  $300 to diagnose an issue their company created.  I would not recommend them for any heating or AC work.   Techs are pleasant but might not be experienced and customer service has not been willing to help.

Brand new air condition at our new house doesn't work. Waiting for a week now to get it fixed - not even receiving a call back.

Hmm....what does that say about their creditability and customer service??

We are still going back and forth with deans due to not putting the shower accessories on correctly. In addition they were supposed to replace the parts with the same quality and the stuff they brought looks like it was used and bought from the dollar store. They refuse to give an itemized receipt for services and then say the new one we bought to replace the crap one they will potentially refund- when asked why they won't refund instead the one they brought over they won't answer that which leads one to believe that  they are charging about $400 for an $50 item. The one we bought was $200 so that  crap/ junk one they are obviously charging more money for. They refuse to state what the one cost. You can never directly get ahold of anyone to deal with the issue- I work often 7 days a week and from before they are open until after they are closed so a direct number for a quick call would be great- They refuse that as well. I will add more later when I get a chance- JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Coldest day of the year and house temp was dropping into 40's when we woke up. My two young kids were shivering. I called BWS and Luke called me back within an hour. Walked me through some troubleshooting steps and figured out the problem over the phone and got my heat back on. No charge! Was very helpful and clear with questions and explanation over the phone. After we got heat back on he offered company's services to help prevent problem from recurring but was not pushy about trying to generate future business. Highly recommended.

We recently had Burnomatic inspect and tune-up our boiler and we could not have asked for better service. We are relatively new owners of a very old home with a complicated heating system that has been modified multiple times over the years. It was a relief to have the courteous, friendly, and very experienced technician from Burnomatic diagnose all of the quirks in our system. This family-owned company provides a level of terrific service, expertise, and value that is increasingly hard to find these days. We are so glad we found them!

Friendly and knowledgeable!  CVP came out immediately when we had a pipe leak.  hVe used for 2 homes and several products/repair.

The plumber who came to install a gas stove did not have to put in a shut
off valve because one already existed.  He just had to take off a flexible connector and put in a new one and connected it to the stove.
His told us the charge would be $364 plus $100 for a permit.  We needed the stove hooked up so we went ahead but the cost seemed way too high for 1/2 hour worth of work.

So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren't many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don't do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking advantage of me and charging that much money to not do their job.

I have had MSP out for a couple different reasons in the last couple years, both attributed to heating and air issues. We were quoted fair prices and provided options. Joe K did a phenomenal job with our AC repair this week, extremely knowledgeable. I won't call anyone else for these types of needs in the future, MSP and Joe have earned my family's business.

Our condo is a loft with an extremely hard-to-reach furnace and AC. Aaron and Blake, the two gentlemen who came out to install our new furnace and AC were so wonderful and worked so hard for us. We knew getting these replaced was going to be a really difficult task for anyone, but they were so positive and put in a solid 15 hour shift to get the job done! We are so thankful for their efforts and if John Ryan and Josh Johnson read this we want you to know that these two gentlemen have earned a very well-deserved raise! We couldn't be happier and will be passing on our sentiments to anyone who needs your services. You've got a customer for life
