Best Appliance Repair in Minneapolis MN
I contracted Erickson to replace several old nasty furnaces in a rental property. Zach gave me a fair quote, responded quickly to all of my questions wasn't pushy at all regarding making the sale.
Their crew showed up on time on the date promised; we're professional and polite with the tenants and completed the work in the time frame allotted.
Very pleased, defiantly recommend them and would hire them again.

I have been using PJS Plumbing for years. They have done multiple jobs at a couple of different locations and we have been thrilled with the work each time. Pete the owner is very knowledgeable, honest, prompt and professional. You get all of that and PJS is very reasonably priced. In fact, I think they should charge more. Whether you're doing a massive renovation and simply don't have the time to install some new faucets, I would highly recommend PJS.

Great service today from Brad for a pinhole leak in our main water line. Brad arrived promptly within the time window, worked quickly, was very professional, left the work site clean, and was low pressure and honest in recommending repairs. Also, he was patient with us while answering our MANY questions. We are very happy with his work and will plan on calling Brad at TJK in the future for any needs. Thanks!

Mark is awesome! My toilet was leaking and after multiple attempts to fix it myself I called him. He answered promptly and was able to come over that same evening. He fixed it within about half an hour and explained what he did to make it stop leaking. He is super friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommended!

I was quoted a price to install 3 bathroom faucets and the lady left message on my voicemail and I agreed to proceed. I did call and ask her to send me a quick invoice but she did not do that until they were done with the job. After they were done they charged me 3 times the price of the quote. When I tried to dispute it and tell the lady I had her on my phone message give me a price she said that was the price I gave you for each faucet, which was never clarified. Even the guy who worked for them thought it was ridiculous. I would not recommend them at all. The lady was rude and never tried to apologize or work with me.

We had contacted last night for emergency service as we had no heat. We talked to dispatch who talked to the tech and stated he couldnt guarantee that he had the part available but had something that may work. Dispatch stated we could have someone out first thing in the AM between 8-10 with the part. She explained to turn on our faucets and advised if we had any heaters to run to assure nothing would happen tonight until AM.We contacted office at 9:15AM to check status and we were then told the appointment was set between 10-2?? We then told them about our convo last night and was transferred to ztephanie who reached out to tech and was going to call back.. NO CALL. We called back at 9:45 spoke to gal who said that someone was to have called us back 20min ago to update status but since we didnt receive the call gal stated that the tech is on an emergency call and we were the next appointment. 10:45 no service tech called back spoke with Manager Kristi who couldnt tell us how many more appointments were before us and stated that she is unsure of why we were told we would be first appointment in the AM. 11:20 we cancelled our appointment as the attitude and lack of communication that we were given implied that we would be getting nicked and dime for following up on an appointment. I never experienced such horrible customer service and I would never suggest this company.

Only needed 2 bathroom exhaust fans replaced - called these guys up as it's tough to get other contractors to take small jobs. Made me do a $400 diagnostic test prior - I was thinking this would be built into the overall cost and said how easy it would be to do the replacements. Later walked me though the house seeking almost full electrical replacement (hard sell). Finally came to telling me what stuff would cost - I won't even say what the biggest one was and I asked what's it just cost to replace the fans? $3300! Insane...plus I had to pay the $400 for nothing (diagnostic and no fans got replaced). BS move not sharing what cost investment would be like before asking people to pay such high upfront costs..

We've called this company in the past & had good service. But my most recent experience was frustrating. The company I worked for had plugged toilet lines, called this company who came out & their rep was good, but he broke the drain cover while removing it. He said that he thought he had a cover in his truck, but when he didn't he said he'd be back on Mon. w/ a new cover to replace the broken one. On Mon the rep came by, had to drive to several places & found a cover. We then got a bill for $160 + for replacing the cover. AT NO TIME were we told we'd be charged for supplies & labor for replacing what All Ways Drain broke. When I called the company, the response was It states on our invoice that we aren't responsible for replacement of these type of things if they are damaged or broken. When I said their rep who came never mentioned that we'd be responsible for the cost, she said, again, it was a custom cover & we had to pay for the truck to come out & replace it. I said that although I understood that we might have to pay for the cover, it seemed unfair to charge us a labor fee when it was never mentioned. If that had been mentioned, I might have considered having our handyman do it for us at a much more reasonable rate. Additionally, how would I know they weren't responsible for damage since it's on the invoice and I didn't get the invoice until after the work was completed. That didn't seem fair. And, again, I mentioned that their rep who came out to work NEVER mentioned there would be fees for them to come out and replace what they broke. The person on the phone was unresponsive and told me that that is their policy and we were responsible for those charges. As far as I'm concerned - that response is unreasonable and represents poor customer service. We will not be calling this company again for service.

I had my annual AC tuneup, service was great, as usual. I also had a plumbing tuneup and needed a repair to a malfunctioning toilet. I'd replaced my toilets, myself, a couple years ago, didn't do a very good job of it as neither ever worked really well. One was not working at all really. Ray explained that the internal mechanisms on both were not high quality and what I needed to fix them both (and lower my association's water bill!). He ordered the parts, had them couriered to my home, and completed both repairs in under an hour. Both are working beautifully now. Couldn't be more pleased with level, and quality, of service this company provides.

Beware of this company. Matt's Plumbing billed me for $385 for 20 minutes of time that required no tools. I e-mailed them and requested that they contact me to discuss the over charge and the have completely ignored me. I have reported them the BBB also.

We had Jon Tripp with Bonfe come check out our boiler furnace for the winter. He was very professional, courteous, and wore slip on booties. He educated us on the proper annual maintenance for our radiators and what ideal pressures should be.
Thanks Jon!
Thanks Jon!

OUTSTANDING! My husband and I were recently in the process of selling our home. In the process the buyer had a plumbing issue they asked to be addressed. We called Randy Lane and Sons and everyone from the office assistant to Brian Lane went out of their way to assist me with the process. Brian came to review the plumbing issue and was able to offer an expert opinion on the plumbing and even came out last minute on the day of the close to review his opinion with the buyer and the buyer's agent. Brian saved the day! For any plumbing issue going forward, my first call will be to Brian at Randy Lane & Sons Plumbing and Heating.
