Best Sewer Services in Milwaukee WI
Our kitchen sink was leaking, and when I closed the shut-off valves under the sink, they leaked, too. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would gladly hire him again.

Very high quotation on a very small job. It seems that their minimum charge is reason.
Your concerns seem to be with Yelp, not me. Yelp asked for comments. They did not limit them to service. I'm sure you do very goid work and provide excellent service. Unfortunately we didn't get that far.

Resorted to calling a plumber as new homeowners today, first time ever hiring a plumber...and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the service we got with our Milestone Plumbing, Inc. plumber.
I observed gross brown water coming up from the utility sink in the basement this morning, with small chunks of greens...and determined this was a potential situation with our kitchen sink/garbage disposal. We tried plunging and used Drano but the clog didn't budge. And meant we couldn't use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, or washing machine with this clog effecting the utility sink.
Having moved into this house just four months ago, I've been nervous about inheriting some potentially bad plumbing, especially since we've already had some fixable plumbing issues already.
I called Milestone, and Kevin came out like immediately (not that it was an emergency, but he was running early on other appts he said).
I happened to be at a meeting when Kevin arrived but my boyfriend, Joe, was at home.
Joe said Kevin was super observant, thorough, and fixed the clog quickly and easily (Kevin answered all my boyfriend's questions too, with tips on how we can fix the clog ourselves next time, if need be). We both appreciated Kevin's thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond things without rushing on to the next call.
All of it made my day! I was expecting the worst.
My first time ever hiring a plumber experience was a good one and I will for sure recommend Milestone and ask for Kevin again! (hopefully we won't need more plumbing work anytime soon though)

I had my sewer snaked out to the curb. They didn't leave any mess and it was priced on par with other times I've had it done in the past and cheaper than the bigger names in drain cleaning. Also, I asked them to investigate a bad smell coming from under a sink. They spent a while trying to figure it out and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend their services!

Drains R Us saved the day. I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me. They really know their stuff. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best. They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes. If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys. I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.

Will not use these guys again. Tech was in and out of a rental property within 15 minutes, to snake a toilet. Got charged for 1 hour of labor, twice, for both a toilet adjustment and for the snake. Price was exorbitantly high. My fault for having gone through with it after they quoted it but even after escalating the matter the management stood by their pricing. Look elsewhere first.

Went to speak with owner about plumbing work. No call no show twice.
I wouldn't recommend this time wasting company.

I had a great experience with IHN. A clog in the pipes had burst a joint in the basement where my kitchen, bathroom, and stationary tub all came together. Basically, the house was out of commission. I called on a Saturday AM, Jim was there within 90 minutes, and everything was fixed and cleaned up within two hours. He even helped me install a new stationary tub that I opted to buy, including mounting it to the basement floor. Given the time, speed, and quality of the work, I believe the prices were reasonable as well. They're definitely my go-to the next time I need plumbing work done. Jim was a great guy, easy to work with and very professional.

Didn't end up needing the help, but they were the only responsive company to answer my call and schedule us same day. Their willingness to arrive within 3 hours of my call was refreshing. I will be calling them first next time to avoid the other guys! Thanks for much for the promptness.

You don't understand how important hot water is until you don't have it. Our hot water heater was leaking and Vince and his team were able to order a new heater and have it installed right away. From the polite receptionist who treated my situation with the utmost importance (on a Friday afternoon), to Vince himself calling me to explain all of my options, to the technician who walked me through the process, I could not have been more pleased with the service offered by Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing. I highly recommend them for honest service and will use them for any future needs.

I should have checked his work before he left. He was less than reliable, thorough or trustworthy. When he arrived he asked what I needed done today? I said the the upstairs bathroom overflow tube and leaking valves for outdoor spigots. I also asked if he had time to check out 2 outdoor spigots because their separate from the leaking valves in basement. He said yes to adding the outdoor spigots and started with the basement valves then spigots. He had to make a part run for a spigot which required more time than he allotted for the tasks. As he was leaving I asked if he already finished the bathroom, he said I don't have that on my work order that's why he was there and he lied about it!. I mentioned he was here for the tub because I need it fixed before tenants move in.
It's okay to make a mistake but not cover it with a lie.
A few days later I went to use the spigot and noticed immediately the ground was saturated because it was still leaking. I then went to the other spigot he replaced and when I opened the valve I noticed he didn't secured it to my house, so every time I use that loose spigot I'm reminded of his poor quality work. Someone else showed up 10 days later to fix my priority tub problem and he corrected the spigot.
Check out my review of the next project Quick fix attempted. I'll post a youtube video of what I had to do to fix it.

Pipe Master came to unplug our slow toilet (31 January 2018). They could not and instead replaced the toilet with a new one. For this and some minor stuff we were charged $870.38. In December 2018, we called Pipe Master back because the toilet was leaking. Although this was less than a year from installation, we were charged $174.24. Now, in April 2019, four months later, the toilet is leaking again. Now Pipe Master has refused to answer my phone calls (three voice mail messages) and an email. We feel we are being cheated. We will contact a trustworthy plumber this time.

No stars. I have used them for over 10 years for 10 apartment units. And I always thought they were pricy. I had water coming through my walls one day at our home. I called them. The guy showed up...at 5. And told me he has other plans but it was ok. So he explained that he was at time and a half as I was holding my 6 month old. Well I don't know what to say. We need our plumbing to work. So he didn't even fix it that day. Came back. Same mood. Whatever. But I got the bill...
And they charged me $149 for parts and $557 for labor!! Total bill almost $800. 3 months later we still had a leak. I called and said I think your friendly plumber cracked our pipe. They disagreed. I called another plumber who happens to be an OSHA instructor. Came to look at it. Even took pics for his class on what not to do. So disappointed!! I even explained my disappointment. They didn't offer to make it right, nor seem to care that they lost all my business. I will never use them again!! Don't bother even dialing their number. They may have a wedding to go to on the weekend. And can't help you anyway. I heard that one too.
Just awful!!!!!

This is my first review. I hate to do it, but this nickel and dime for bad service needs to be known.
I had the pipe to my hose burst in my backyard. I called Debelak and they sent Todd out to fix the issue. Todd put together a pipe, covered it, and told me to test it after 6 hours, receiving about $400. After 6 hours, I tested it and did not have pressure to any other hose. I let it leak for a couple of days and observed around the surrounding area of the pipe that Todd installed, it was flooded. I called the receptionist and told her that I was not paying for the same leak and she told me she understood and sent Todd back out. Todd dug up the area again and this time... turned the main valve on to actually check for the leak (he did not do this last time). He finally checked the pipe and everything looks fine. Afterwards, he presented me with another bill, claiming this was not a return visit and that he should be paid $260 for his services. I told him the receptionist told me she understood that I wouldn't be paying for the same service. He argued. He left.
Do not go with this business and expect not to be nickel and dimed for the same project. I do not recommend Todd or this business to anyone.

I called Ben to unclog my bathroom drain. He arrived around 9:30 a.m. He told me it was clogged in the sewer line and he would have to snake it. He started snaking the sewer drain. After a couple hours I asked him how it was going, and he said it was bad but he thought he could get it. I checked on him every couple hours after that and he said he thought he could clear the clog. At around 5 or 6 o'clock he told me he thought the sewer pipe was BROKEN outside the house and he wouldn't be able to fix it today. He gave me a 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR QUOTE!!!!! to fix the sewer pipe. So, I asked how much I owed him for the day, and he charged me $850 and didn't accomplish anything. He was also on his cellphone about 90% of the time. The next day I had Roto Rooter come in and they cleared my CLOGGED sewer pipe by the end of the day. The sewer pipe was never broken. I would never have or recommend flow rite do any plumbing in my house.

Don't use them. They charge me $214.97 to clear kitchen sink drain, after 1/2 and no luck they want $309.14 per hr to continue work. Yes 309.14!!! I stop the work and spend 214.97 for nothing. Stay away from these guys. They also ask for payment up front. Now I know why. The best part ...my friend get my drain to work next morning in less then 10 min, and he is by no mean professional plumber. Garden hose did it!! These guys will take your money and not get anything done. Don't repeat my mistake.
