Best A/C Installation in Milwaukee WI
I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint! Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

Very professional, clean, and quick, no hidden charges, same day service, reasonable rates, honest opinion and offered suggestions on how to save costs. He had all necessary materials with him. I would highly recommend his service especially in an emergency.

Very affordable. Jon helped with lighting fixtures and changing out non-functional smoke alarms. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and communicated effectively. I will not hesitate to call again for future needs. Highly recommend.

I recently had my whole bathroom remodeled. A full tear out including electrical and plumbing issues. Jay was professional and did a fantastic job! He was busy re-routing and installing plumbing. Upgraded electricity and fixed unsafe electrical issues. A beast of a job. He was detailed oriented, very informative, valued my family's safety, and stayed as long as it was needed to complete the job. We are incredibly pleased with Jay and his work! Definitely calling him in the future.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

Fast and friendly service!! Repair man rebuilt the items with ease, where another service guy would've had me replace all the valves and spend more money! Great job

Jeff Biesboer (owner) came to my home to resolve a horrible experience I had with one of his employees the day before. He said he had fired the employee based on other clients with equally negative experiences with the man. Jeff felt badly for my experience with his company and promised two things; 1) if I ordered a replacement part to my water softener, that within a day or two of its arrival he would come by and finish the installation I had already paid for at no extra charge, and 2) he offered a $100 credit for further plumbing services. I called Jeff Friday April 5 to let him know the replacement part would arrive Monday April 8 so that he could plan on finishing the install. He said to let him know when it was in my hand. I called him Monday with the part in my hand, and he asked for a picture of it. I sent him a picture of the replacement part in my hand. He responded yes. I text him at 7:45 Tuesday morning , April 9 , to ask if he had any estimated time frame for coming by, so that I could plan my day accordingly and be available when he had the chance. There was no reply. I called at 12:45pm the same day. He answered with I have to call you back and hung up. There was no call back. I called again at 5:45pm, he did not answer so I left a polite voicemail saying I understand if you are busy, I just want to know how I can get on your schedule. There was still silence until Friday afternoon April 12; I went into his establishment that morning to try and contact him in person and his service manager promised to call me back this morning with a solution for getting my installation on the calendar. Again, there was no call. I went back into their office after lunch where I asked a receptionist to get Jeff on the phone. I could hear Jeff from the other end of phone, across the counter from the receptionist, saying if I wanted a service date, I could pay for it, or she could tell me to be patient. I already paid over $1000 for an installation that was still incomplete. He made two promises and instead of keeping his word about either of them he completely ignored my attempts at communication , and retracted what he promised to do without a word to me about changing his plans. He not only didn't make things right from the first employee that was sent over, he has made them exponentially worse by dodging all my communication and telling his receptionist to tell me I could pay him even more to get the installation finished. This is the worst business model I have ever encountered. I proceeded to attempt a resolution with him through Better Business Bureau and he was dishonest in the account and refused to make any negotiation with me.

We just purchased our first home and are so glad we found Dale to help us out. From the leaky faucet upstairs, to the downpour of a leak in the shower, to the garbage disposal he was so very helpful. Dale fixed the leaky faucet, gave us advice for how to re-caulk the tub, and he re-installed the garbage disposal the proper way with the proper configuration of the pipes.
So glad to have used their services and will do so again and again (though hopefully we do not need them!)

I highly recommend South Shore Plumbing. I've hired them twice - once to install a new sink/faucet when I had new countertops installed and most recently to fix an electric water heater. They were responsive when I left a message and quickly fit me into the schedule. They are definitely my go-to for plumbing projects. I have worked with both Bob (owner) and Sean on these projects. They are the BEST.

The company phone number isn't right. seems they changed numbers and didn't fix it here.

My pump went out on me on a Friday afternoon. Mr Liebau came out that night and identified the problem and was able to come out Saturday morning with help and replace my pump. They encountered several problems but were able to resolve them and the price was within their estimate. In was not cheap but I felt i got a great deal. They also looked at my pipes because i had a pressure problem that was unrelated to the replacement of the pump and they fixed it. I hope I never see them again but would recommend them in a second, they were very trustworthy and delivered great service

Scott did an excellent job installing my new A/C. I also had Horsch & Miller install a new hot water heater in my home and again another excellent job. They are do a very through job and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was charged about $650 for a $200 repair. They charge by tier - offering full service all the way down to quick fix or something like that. Even the quick fix is way more expensive than it should be. Also, the technician clogged the sink and then charged me to fix it. I had no choice at the time as this was a rental property. I called the owner and he was extremely rude to me and hung up on me as I was trying to explain the situation. I can't imagine this experience going much worse. I cannot say enough bad things about this company.

The young man That came to my house pulled out a part to replace without checking if that was the part that needed replacing. My hot water heater doesn't even take the part he went to replace. He then told me he has the exact same water heater and just worked on his over the weekend and couldn't fix it. When I questioned my water heater only being 10 years old he informed me his hot water heater was only nine years old and that's about as long as you can expect them to live.
If he had the same hot water heater as mine, why would he have pulled out a part that my water heater doesn't even have? What are the chances he has the exact water heater, worked in it for two days and as a plumber by trade could not fix it?
He was in my house for approximately 30 minutes and my bill was $168. At no point was I told what the cost would be, they just sent me a bill. If you double that price, it's the cost of a new water heater...
This was not a good interaction. I'm incredibly skeptical and it all felt shiesty.

When I make an appointment for 8am, and the technician is pulling into my driveway at 7:50, that's a great start! They found an issue with a part that I thought would require a second visit, but they were able to fix it in one trip and explained to me exactly what was wrong and repaired it properly. They are always friendly to deal with and clean up after their work too. I trust what they say.

Ben's plumbing work is of excellent quality (no cut corners). There is no hidden costs, and price quoting is very accurate. Ben is timely and very honest in all the work and dealings with me.
Highly recommended.

My wife and I built a home. The builder has used Wilkes Plumbing for many of his jobs. I talked with the owners wife who handles sales and pricing. We had things in the home that we wanted to upgrade. My wife and I set an appointment to meet with the owner. At that time we had questions as to what the itemized cost of things were and what the cost of the alternative option would be. Things seemed off because she could never give a straight answer. I had to ask multiple times because I want to be sure of things. She would never tell me the cost of the original options and would never tell me the actual cost of the alternative. She would only give me estimated additional cost over the estimate. (example: The larger tub would be an additional $300 on top of our initial bid). This made it very difficult to weigh our options. Our third option would have been to purchase things our own. We would not know if we had better pricing if we did not know the original price. I also wanted to know that if I wanted to purchase my own tub what would our credit be for them not providing the originally quoted item. She told me she did not know the prices which was understandable. She claimed she would email me the prices of everything the next day. She emailed me a list and once again the list was only composed of price differences and not an actual itemized pricing of their services or products. The price difference was reasonable and despite my frustration I was advised to just continue because going with anyone else at that time would delay our build. I agreed that we would pay the additional for the upgrades. They were scheduled to start working a week or two after. Upon a visit to the home I found all of their supplies in the house so they could start working the following day. Everything we requested looked to be correct. Up until this point they had been fairly professional even with my reservations with the pricing. They had also been on time and friendly. We were happy. The next day I received an email claiming that the total price had increase. It was substantially higher than previously communicated in emails. I immediately called the owners wife and questioned the email. I was not happy. She had told me that the prices was higher because the changes were based off of the building plans and not the estimate. The building plans were designed to have a walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. She said the price was based off the house having a modular shower/tub combo. The shower and tub would be extra. The home design never had a modular unit and always was designed to have a shower and tub. It appeared that she had based the allowance off of the generic price she regularly charges this builder and not specific to the building plans we had. I told her that this was not acceptable because when we had met with her we had a copy of our plans with us and had previously requested she had itemized costs ready when we meet. She did not have that and never took the time to recognize that my home was a different design than she had previously provided service to. As a business professional she should have had a way of handling this. None of this would have happened if she would have originally provided the information I had requested. I told her that the new price was simply not feasible. She said they had already started the install and that it was to late. I told her to stop working on the job because I do not approve the additional costs and I will not be liable for them. I was irate and spoke to her in such manner. I told her no further work is authorized until costs have been reviewed. I went to the house to check on the status of what was already done. The plumbers were still there working. As soon as I walked in an older man confronted me saying are you the owner I told him yes. He started yelling and got in my face saying if you ever talk to my wife like that again you'll regret it. I told him that his wife was trying to pull one over on me. It turned into a big fight. They would not leave and so I did because I was concerned about my safety. I had emailed them and told them to only do what was in the original estimate. I had to buy and install my own tub and build my own shower including laying a cement shower pan. I still was forced to pay them extra because they would not allow any other person to work on the job because they held the permit. If I wanted another person to work on it I would have had to have the city pull their permit and issue one to the new contractor. It would have delayed my build and Wilkes would not have finished the job they were over charging me for. I was stuck. I was lied to, over charged, screamed at, and threatened. In the end I still had to pay extra and did not get anything from them that I had wanted in my home. Worst experience ever and I would never recommend anyone to use them.
