Spectacular service!  From the initial call to make an appointment, their prompt response, their timeliness in their arrival, their honesty of what needed to be done and the cost quoted... this company is on top of their game.  

I absolutely recommend them!!! I never review anything... I just don't have the time, but I had to make some for USA Plumbing & Septic because of how satisfied I am with their service.

Great customer service from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze. The technicians that came out were very friendly and answered all the questions I threw at them very patiently and thoroughly.

This company did a terrible job. Well actually they never finished it. They improperly installed a garbage disposal which has been leaking since. I called the owner as he did not do the installation himself and he assured me he was going to come and fix it. I sent him photos of the problem and he again told he was coming. I waited for days and days and he just never came back. He kept telling me he was going to come this afternoon and  then next day and nothing. Just lies and lies. They took my money. I wished i had pay with American express. Really Stay Away from this company. They are incompetent and on top of that they don't care.

I called Amy's plumbing for annual backflow test. During test, the plumbers broke the backflow lever. To cover the mistake, they turned the whole water system off, and did not mention the accident. Amy instead complains that I called the very number left on the invoice and report left with us.
I will upload the images of the broken turned off valves and report given by Amy's plumbing which states Xavier manipulates valves during test. Instead of offering to send tech, she denies it ever happened complains about calling number left on report for us to call. Mistakes happen, a good company corrects mistakes.

Great, fast and very reliable service. Gave me an estimate over the phone, scheduled me immediately and finished the repairs promptly. Handled all the insurance documents the HOA needed. Would definitely call them again.

I am giving Mike from Cloghunters a 5 star review.  He showed up exactly on time and he was complying with all Covid19 procedures . He goes a great job and his prices are fair.  I have utilized his services many times and each time I am a very satisfied customer.  
I have used other plumbers and have always felt ripped off but not with Cloghunters .

Great job... I had no idea what was going on in my house. Ivan found a valve that had a mild leak. They demo my shower to get to the pipes but that was the only way. I would highly recommend them. Very organized and speak good English and Spanish.

We agreed to start the work in the morning on Friday. I took the day off work in preparation for the work.
He never showed up that morning as discussed. After waiting for him the whole day he finally sends me a text message at 3:30 pm to say that he wasn't coming due to a situation that came up.  I gave him the benefit of doubt and called him and we agreed for him to start the work the next day Saturday at 9:30am. On Saturday he sends a text message that he can't make it until 10:00am. He finally showed up at 11:30am. I wasn't home!  If this company can't value my time. Why should I value theirs.

I called for emergency repair,  the price was OUTRAGEOUS!!  Will NEVER call them again...what they fixed was good, only took a half hour, but charged me, through the teeth...Absolute ROBBERY...don't call them unless they are the last plumber on the face of the earth.  We are senior citizens, on a fixed income, and we had to give them an arm and a leg for the repair.  DON'T CALL THEM!

I called them to give me an estimate and they wanted to charge $1200 for the work. I was blown away by their estimate. Luckily I found a plumber on Craigslist that  did the job for $350. I used EP before and they did a good job but their prices was a bit high. I would use it again, the service was good.

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
