I recently found myself in a house completely paralyzed from doing anything water related because my pump was running and no water was coming into the house.  I've had problems with my pump before and hate having to call a plumber as they always just want to replace the pump, but not really figure out what the problem is.  So I looked online for another company.  I was VERY apprehensive as I really don't believe in any plumber or what they have to say.  But I decided to go with a company who has many years in the business and try my luck.  When I called I spoke to Steve and explained to him what I was experiencing.  He said he would have someone out by the afternoon.  We kept in touch and met as planned.  He explained to me that the problem was not the pump but the line.  I freaked to think how much this was going to cost me.  After speaking with him and my situation, he was very compassionate and promised that he would get me water by nights end and offered an alternative that would be cost effective.  He sent two of his men that evening who worked continuously for hours to remedy my problem and get me water as promised.

And I got what I was promised.  My experience was, thankfully, a great one.  I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumbing company.  I was very grateful to work with someone with integrity and honesty.  He wasn't out to rob me, he simply was looking to assist me and get my problem resolved.

Called because I needed a toilet installed.  They were able to accommodate two days later.  On initial contact I asked if they' would install a braided stainless steel supply line.  I was assured they would as they have them on the van.  When they showed up to install I asked the same question and was assured they would.  When I checked the installation later I still had the original supply line from the previous toilet.  After they left my wife arrived home to find some parts in the driveway and I found a pile of what I think was the grout from the old toilet and one of the mounting bolts covered in goo from old toilet in the grass in front of my house.  And I paid a little extra because of the type of toilet I had purchased.

Guillermo was very nice, professional, accomodating and does the job great! We would use this company for our future needs and would totally recommend it to anyone who needs help on or has plumbing issues. 5 Stars!!!!!

I contracted Ramon for a remodeling job. His entire outfit was very professional. They moved sinks, toilets, pipes for a rain shower head. He also installed a natural gas water heater. I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway  I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple  things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies  phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.

Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

When Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater, I was satisfied with their service.

Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on that unit's exhaust is needed in order to complete some roof work.  I called Ivan to come out and do that.  He looked everything over and noticed a few things that were not up to code.  He told me he would fix them and complete the inspection.

After nearly 3 weeks, I haven't heard back from him.  This is his own work, his own installation, that is sub-par, doesn't meet code, and won't pass inspection.  He knows it was his original responsibility to do this work properly and acknowledged he hadn't.  Now he's ghosting me to avoid completing the work.

Now I have to find another plumber to fix it and go after AM in court over damages and expenses.

Great customer service, fast response time. Would highly recommend for any type of job. Have uses him several times.

Update: After my first review giving Empire Plumbing one star, the company sent me a refund check in the amount of $125.00, the entire amount charged for the service call.  They also sent a very apologetic letter (as well as a call and an email), thanking me for my comments.  This was a welcome surprise; I would have been happy with a refund over the $50.00 I expected to pay.  In short, I really appreciate that Empire Plumbing did what they could to make the situation right.  Thank you.
