Highly recommended for anyone in South Florida. Had my shower start to back up unexpectedly and need to get it taken care of immediately. Called an scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Tim came out bright and early and got everything taken care of with ease. A short while after he left one of the owners, Jason, called to do a follow up! Super friendly and personable! Overall if you're looking for a company who has a fast response time, competitive pricing, and you'll be satisfied with their work their first time Paradise is the way to go.

Absolutely amazing professionals. I contacted them after pretty much gutting my house and needing a lot of plumbing services. They were responsive, came within a few days of my call. Mark took time to walk me through all the work pre and post. Can't say enough about what a great experience it was.

Have had several plumbing issues in the past where the line is backed up or just back flow into the room have had other plumbers and workers come through but still had the same issues called them up to get an immediate response to have them come by been over 8 months still no back flow or back highly recommend

Rene was very courteous and responsive. We had a plumbing emergency on the weekend and he was ready to come out right away.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Six months ago our A/C went down, they were able to fix and also sold us  on the bi-annual maintenance package. Two days before they were suppose to service our A/C as part of the bi-annual maintenance, our A/C stopped cooling again. The guy comes out and says he can't do anything because it's raining...ok, fine. They sent another guy out the next day and he hadn't even been here 5 minutes, nor had he even looked at the A/C unit outside and he was already telling me (who was home by myself with our baby) that the coil looks bad and we probably need a new A/C unit. After asking how much a coil is, he says $1,400 but he wouldn't put that much into an old unit which was purchased in 2012. He then looks at the A/C unit outside, replaces the capacitor and proceeds to tell me the gas line has zero gas in it. I asked if he could find the leak and he tells me it's $200 a lb and we need 6 pounds ($1,200) just to fill the line to find the leak! Thankfully my father works on A/C units in another state so after calling him, I asked this guy to leave my house. He was totally tryIng to scam me and sell me a new A/C unit that should work for many more years! Stay clear of this company.

It's too bad there's no option for zero stars here.  There's really only one thing to say about this business: they suck.  Twice I made the mistake of calling and making an appointment with these geniuses.  First time around I made an appointment with a time window of 2 hours, 9-11am.  Time window came and went and I called at 1230.  They casually responded that they were running late and someone would arrive by 3pm.  3pm came and no show, no call, no nothing.  Like an idiot I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment for a different day, in a different time window.  No one ever showed.  No one called.  Just straight up nothing.  If you value your time, don't call these lazy idiots.  I guess they stay in business because they are local, but it doesn't help if they are too lame and incompetent to show up.
