Best Septic System Cleaning in Miami FL

I used this company to clean my septic tank and also to install  a manhole . They came  on time, and did an excellent job! They were very professional and super nice. The price is very  fair and their equipment and team is great. What i like the best is that i found them to be Very honest and that is something   which  is very important for me. Great service and fast response, couldn't ask for more , I had a few plumbers check out the main pipe line through the kitchen and couldn't fix the problem... i didnt know what to do so i used yelp to find emergency plumbing services and top dog came through and use a camera to camera the main line and found out the pipe is damaged and had a few cracks. thank you so much for your fast response service. I highly recommend to call Top dog drain and sewer cleaning.

When I called they were in the middle of a large project, but the owner sent someone to assume with 24hrs. They were punctual, professional, and provided great service. I would definitely recommend Cutler Bay Plumbing and will always use this company for my plumbing needs.

I just spoke to Juan, who is the emergency night person at bay, with a number of questions about replacing the sink. I got to say he was extremely helpful in areas that go way beyond normal plumbing services, and he was very generous with his time.

I've called around to a lot of different companies. And most people don't have that time a day for anybody unless they're looking to book them at the moment. So it makes me feel pretty good about this company, that there is someone that's willing to talk about where to buy the lowest cost bathroom sink, whenI even told him there's a good chance I might just mount it myself. He did share their pricing @ the end of the call & it didn't seem bad at all, and I don't have one of these bullshit 3-4 hour minimum commitments.

It took more then a month to get a scheduled appointment then they showed up with out a confirmation and could not do the work because the building needed to turn water off. I had sent an email to confirm and never got a reply.

Finally confirmed an appointment for 9 am today, guess what, they did not show up. I called at 9 am to ask where they we're  and she said she had been out for weeks with Covid, no one there bothered to let me know they were not coming and she would not confirm if the plumber was going to come or not. By 9:30 I had to inform the condo NOT to turn off the water because the plumber blew me off.
The person who answers the phone for Empire is super rude and speaks to you as if she does not care.
