From a customer perspective, I have to say that RCR Plumbing was the best choice I made. I had a leak at my location. They immediately responded and detected the leak, walked me through the process of fixing the problem and fixed the issue. They are professional, work clean and reasonably priced. I will recommend and use them again if needed.

Went outside to turn off the sprinkler and saw water on the side of the yard, water softener issues for sure . Regular plumber not available, got a referral who gave me another referral, got yet another,  which was how I ended up at New England. So glad the trail ended where its did . They were very nice and clean but I think the pricing is just way too high. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink. They put a snake down the main sewer line in my house even though the clog was just in my kitchen sink (charged me $325). Once they left I noticed that whatever they did loosened my garbage disposal from the sink. I called them back and they charged me another $135 to tighten the loose garbage disposal. So I paid total $460 to take car of a clog in my sink??? I would not recommend this company because of the high cost.

After asking neighbors for recommendations, I decided to call Bay Plumbing to take a look at my tankless water heater. They explained pricing and set up a time to visit between 12 and 2. They called first. I missed the call and returned it within 5 minutes. They explained I would be the next stop.

A short time later, the receptionist/dispatcher told me they weren't sure what they could do for me and that I should just buy a new water heater. I didn't even speak to a plumber to discuss the issue. They gave me the impression that it was the end of their day and just didn't want to bother.

I ended up having the water heater repaired. It was an easy fix. Certainly did not cost the amount of a new unit. I won't call Bay Plumbing again.

I had leaks behind my wall, one was from a roof pipe and the other was from a sanitary pipe.  I  called  Empire  and was given a same day appointment. Phil came out promtly with a crew of two.  He isolated the leaks and repaired them and even worked past regular work hours on a Friday afternoon.  They were quick and efficient in doing the repairs.
They are straight, no nonsense guys that know their stuff.   The price was resonable.and fair

My mother is retired and needed help with some plumbing issues. This company is horrible, they did not want to fix the problem and wanted to charge a $45 for just coming and not doing anything...and they used rude, intimidating tactics. Don't ever hire this company. Apparently they have never heard of Yelp before, maybe they will treat their clients better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Try another plumbing service.

This is probably a scam and perhaps this company doesnt exist or they were banned from yelp and re opened with a new account. 1) they couldn't provide license/ insurance to the condo even though they said they had it , they wanted to the work without providing documents2) company name on yelp and uniforms do not match 3) the quote they gave on message was doubled when they arrive even though i have described well.

Consumer BEWARE very irresponsible company, waited 4 hours for them today, never showed up, never called, i had 3 septic tanks for them to pump, i guess they don't need the money.
