This company did a terrible job. Well actually they never finished it. They improperly installed a garbage disposal which has been leaking since. I called the owner as he did not do the installation himself and he assured me he was going to come and fix it. I sent him photos of the problem and he again told he was coming. I waited for days and days and he just never came back. He kept telling me he was going to come this afternoon and  then next day and nothing. Just lies and lies. They took my money. I wished i had pay with American express. Really Stay Away from this company. They are incompetent and on top of that they don't care.

So I had a leaking pipe and was unable to connect my water at my new home until it was fixed. I came across this company and they saved me! They came quick and repaired the pipe for me. Ramon was very professional and courteous, I had to replace my main sewer line and he performed the work fast and right on the allocated time, in a very professional way and at an affordable price. Will not play any games in up selling any non required work. Has a very responsable team that knows what they are doing.

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

I've been dealing with Patrick for two years now, and have watch him at work across from me 3 years before using for the first time.
My neighbor raves about his work on re- doing the pipes in his house, and now I'll rave about him after my three encounters.

Ivan was very knowledgeable and was able to come within an hour of me calling! He fixed the issue at hand at reasonable price. I recommend AM South to anyone with plumbing issues.

Alexis Parra from Caleb Service arrived two hours late. I asked him if he's ever mounted a large flat screen TV before and he said that he does that all the time. Since my TV is 85 diagonal and weighs 123 lbs., I told Alexis that I would help him. Sure enough, I was his assistant and had to correct him a few times when he was clearly making serious mistakes. Finally, he told me that he would not be able to mount my TV on the studs and would have to do it on the drywall instead. I pointed out to him the part of the instructions where it clearly states to *NOT* mount the TV on the drywall. He told me not to worry about it. I was hesitant but hoping he knew some tricks of the trade. That was not the case. As soon as I helped him put the TV on the bracket, I knew something was wrong. He told me to let go of the TV but I refused since it did not feel safe. Two seconds later, the TV almost came crashing down to the floor. Thankfully he was able to help me put it down gently. I told him it's because the mount is not on the studs. He told me that was not the case and he had to make an adjustment. Second try and the TV not only almost fell on the floor again but this time the mount completely ripped off the wall (see picture). That's when Alexis said it was running late and that I should pay him at least half and he would come back the next day to finish the job. I politely asked him never to come back. He demanded payment. I pointed out that not only did he not complete the job, but he actually damaged my wall. He insisted that I had to give him some money. I firmly told him to leave. He kept trying to pressure me into giving him money. I did not feel safe with Alexis in my home so I told him to come back the next day and that once he completes the project and fixes my wall, I would pay him the agreed upon amount at that time. He left, I locked the door, told the guard gates to never let him in again, and texted him to never come to my home again. DO NOT HIRE ALEXIS PARRA!

Empire Plumbing is my plumber company of choice while in Miami Beach.  The Office Manager, Yajaira, has been consistently responsive by telephone and email.  There does not seem to be a job too big for Empire Plumbing to tackle in our condominium.  Luis, the plumber, is highly skilled and knowledgeable in approaching the work.  Five stars.

WARNING !!!!!!!!!!! theses people are nothing but FRAUDS. the owner is afriad to show his face but does send his plummer to talk with you, but when it comes to money that is the only phone call he makes. I have a small bathroom that needed some small changes  even when i new that $6000.00 was to much i trusted this man to do a great job but instead its been almost four weeks and this tiny bathroom is still not finnished. i have three diffrent color tiles a toilet that is leaking a shower that was so uneven that the water would just sit there for a few days untill it dried out. the cabinet for the bath room that was CUSTOM made i had no say in it, the carpenter took about two weeks to make ( just a simple box with one door and a stone top) still has not made the door for it and so we have no door on a cabinet, the door frame seems to be recycled because it was all chiped and the painter came and painted from the door frame down. i am out of time and in need of a shower but yet another day has come and gone and still not even a call. SHAME on them for being so crapy and shame on me for trusting a little old man who claimed to know what he was doing.
