USA Plumbing has to be the best plumbing company in Miami! They are efficient, professional and clean. They arrived on time, wore masks, were careful with the equipment, and made sure that I saw everything was done correctly before leaving. I recommend them to everyone!

Awesome company! We had a last minute emergency repair, one of our handyman couldn't finish the job. ADR was fast, on time, and great on price, we will use again!

I called and got a verbal estimate for a water heater replacement and they were $600 higher than the company I went with ($300 higher than Lowe's) so they weren't very competitive price-wise. The phone rep I spoke with was not very reassuring or positive. When I questioned the price he went into a diatribe about all the things they needed to do that justified their price. He also said that work couldn't be performed until the building permit was completed and that it could take up to 12 days before I had hot water again. I felt like he relished giving me bad news. In reality, in an emergency situation like this I found out a completed permit isn't necessary before work is started. My water heater replacement was finished yesterday and I just got the permit application notarized today. But the highest price alone would discourage me from calling them for another job.

Great customer service from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze. The technicians that came out were very friendly and answered all the questions I threw at them very patiently and thoroughly.

ClogHunters yo the rescue. Recently purchased a home with plumbing issues not disclosed by the previous home owner.  I first called for service to the water heater, which turned out not to be the issue. A subsequent call was made when water backed up in my shower.  Mike the owner was quick to diagnose the issue and took care of it right away.

I wanted to hug him once everything was cleared.

Mike also provided insight into potential plumbing issues due to the age of the house. He's honest and willing to help without credit to himself.  If you need a plumber, call Mike.

Carlos was awesome!  He has come to my house a couple of times already and is returning tomorrow for another job.  He is SOOOO knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing.  I had a broken pipe! under my sink which I didn't even want to look at.  He dove right in and repaired the main pipe going to my sink, and its been great ever since.

Not only is he an awesome plumber who can do anything, he is respectful, comes on time, explains everything he needs to do and gives an estimate.  And I think he is fairly priced.   What i love and found so refreshing,
he really  cleans up EVERYTHING when the job is done.    Once you try Carlos you will use him for all of your plumbing needs.  I have been in my house for a long time, and he is the BEST plumber I've ever used.

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

Went outside to turn off the sprinkler and saw water on the side of the yard, water softener issues for sure . Regular plumber not available, got a referral who gave me another referral, got yet another,  which was how I ended up at New England. So glad the trail ended where its did . Prompt,  personable and professional service . Thanks Jose !!

Great plumber! Great response time! Called for a underground pipe leak and he was able to take care of it with all the complications no problems.

Well yesterday I had two appointments for plumbers because our kitchen faucet had low water pressure, the dishwasher was not running and the water heater needed to be checked for possible replacement. Well the first company was late so they were leaving when this company showed up. Upon arrival Jason had a nasty attitude, he came in and I told him the first company said the faucet filter was clogged, before I can mention the dishwasher and heater he said, so you called two plumbers? I said, yes. He shook his head and waked away to the garage where my husband showed him the heater. At this point I was highly annoyed so I told my husband not to mention the dishwasher, he can leave. He came back from the garage and walked out without saying anything to me. My husband came in and told me he was mad because he stated he came from Kendal and could have given a quote on the phone. Really???? Why didn't they say that when I called? So he can quote me on a dishwasher that was running but no water coming through it without inspecting it? Second, why on the face of this earth anyone think it's okay to not get quotes before purchasing? I'll use the first company, Jason and this company can kick rocks.  Downright rude and disrespectful.

He was punctual, professional and showed interest in order to solve our problem buying/installing a new generator.
I shall use this company whenever I shall be in need for their advise or work.
Their performance was always top quality.

This is the worst place to do business with they give you appointment for maintenance and every time they have an excuse for not keeping the appointment. This time is raining so wee have to reschedule for an other day. Last time we don't do maintenance on a holiday. The way to do business is not the business way is has to be at the covenant of the customer. They sale you the unit and they won't respect the contract that they have with their costumers. Please stay away from that company.

I hired Empire Plumbing for the remodeling of my apartment in South Beach and they did a great job ! All inspections passed and they always showed up or came back when needed in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them again in the future.
