I used this company to clean my septic tank and also to install  a manhole . They came  on time, and did an excellent job! They were very professional and super nice. The price is very  fair and their equipment and team is great. What i like the best is that i found them to be Very honest and that is something   which  is very important for me. I am so grateful for Sharscottyy Plumbing. When I moved into my new home, I found there was a gas leak throughout the house and didn't know what to do. I friend of mine recommended me Sharscottyy so I gave them a call. The owner was quick to respond even during a pandemic. The team came out and removed the old gas line and updated with a new a new one. It took just an afternoon, and I even had them come back to help me update the water heater as well.

These guys were great. Called about a clog in my house (ended up being main line) and they had someone over in less than an hour. The plumber was also in an out in less than one hour, with everything working perfectly. Very professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Well yesterday I had two appointments for plumbers because our kitchen faucet had low water pressure, the dishwasher was not running and the water heater needed to be checked for possible replacement. Well the first company was late so they were leaving when this company showed up. Upon arrival Jason had a nasty attitude, he came in and I told him the first company said the faucet filter was clogged, before I can mention the dishwasher and heater he said, so you called two plumbers? I said, yes. He shook his head and waked away to the garage where my husband showed him the heater. At this point I was highly annoyed so I told my husband not to mention the dishwasher, he can leave. He came back from the garage and walked out without saying anything to me. My husband came in and told me he was mad because he stated he came from Kendal and could have given a quote on the phone. Really???? Why didn't they say that when I called? So he can quote me on a dishwasher that was running but no water coming through it without inspecting it? Second, why on the face of this earth anyone think it's okay to not get quotes before purchasing? I'll use the first company, Jason and this company can kick rocks.  Downright rude and disrespectful.

My ac had stopped blowing cool air.   I  could hear inside unit blowing fan and the out side compressor wasn't working.   I turned off the unit. To  not make worse they came out 12 hours later and really before even looking at it told me compressor was probably blown and need a new one the  sales guy
called and started pushing I need new one and the cost or their lease plan..   I told them I would wait another day. But  I turned back on the unit some and it started working and blowing cool air again. Had another Ac guy look at it. Tell me the coils were  clean and there was nothing wrong with compressor.  He checked  the whole unit spent 30 minutes. Were these guys spent less then 5 and were like you need a new one...
They are only worried about selling and making cash.  They do not care. They saw a single female worried and. Concerned about the cost. Very  uncaring.

THEY HAVE NO HONEST WORK ETHICS..

I am adding to this as they responded with a email I should reach them.  I have sent that email 5 times each time comes back failed to send.  They really  don't back their word or work

I should have looked at the reviews before calling this company. The first time they came out, they charged $250 and didn't resolve my issue. They had to come out again and charged me again for the same problem that they didn't fix. I talked to the manager and she said that they don't guarantee their job and that I should have read my receipt. Wow! A company that doesn't guarantee their job!!!

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
