I called Amy's plumbing for annual backflow test. During test, the plumbers broke the backflow lever. To cover the mistake, they turned the whole water system off, and did not mention the accident. Amy instead complains that I called the very number left on the invoice and report left with us.
I will upload the images of the broken turned off valves and report given by Amy's plumbing which states Xavier manipulates valves during test. Instead of offering to send tech, she denies it ever happened complains about calling number left on report for us to call. Mistakes happen, a good company corrects mistakes.

Ramon rescued me. I was desperate to have a leak fixed prior to a tenant moving into a property. Emailed him late Sunday evening, he responded within a few minutes -- WHO DOES THAT!!! Came by Monday and completed the job. Super happy, would recommend.

When I say I'm impressed I mean it! Never had a had such a pleasant experience with plumbing. I had a blockage that needed to be fixed I was referred to them by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. Lazaro who is the owner was extremely friendly and professional and sent one of his employees out to fix my problem within an hour! Such professional and gracious people. Definitely will recommend!

Went outside to turn off the sprinkler and saw water on the side of the yard, water softener issues for sure . Regular plumber not available, got a referral who gave me another referral, got yet another,  which was how I ended up at New England. So glad the trail ended where its did . Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out.  After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done.  After not hearing from him at the end of the day I called him and left a voice message and a text. After getting no response, I called several times the next day and sent text messages. After getting no response it occurred to me that he was avoiding me. I texted him using a different phone like a new customer and he responded right away. I told him who I was and to not bother because I was calling another plumber. I called South End Plumbing and they found the problem in 10 minutes - a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved at 1/3 what I paid Ivan. I also saw there were license issues in 2017

Great plumber! Great response time! Called for a underground pipe leak and he was able to take care of it with all the complications no problems.

General Plumbing is professional prompt and corteous we had a bathtub spout that broke Jim was very honest and resolved our problems and the price was very fair.

Jorge was very responsive to the messages sent via Yelp...unfortunately there was zero follow through from his side.  

I reached out for a quote via Yelp and Jorge responded right away...we scheduled a time for them to come out to my house on a Saturday.  They showed up almost 2 hours late.  Once they started working they realized that they did not have the right parts.  His employee told me he was going to go to Home Depot to get the part...2 hours later I contacted Jorge to see if they were coming back and advised that they couldn't find the part and would need to order it that coming Monday.  

Almost 2 weeks later not having received any communications from Jorge i followed up with him and he told me he was still waiting for the part.

He never reached out to me to keep informed or follow up...if i hadn't written to him i would never have heard form him again.  

I have an American Standard toilet...nothing fancy - there's no reason why a part should take over 2 weeks to arrive.

I contacted another plumber who was able to get the parts and fix our toilets within the span of 2 days.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Jorge was quick to reply whenever i reached out to him via Yelp.

Terrible service!!! Stay away from this people!! They will send you untrained people to guess what is your problem charging you every time for it.

I called them to give me an estimate and they wanted to charge $1200 for the work. I was blown away by their estimate. Luckily I found a plumber on Craigslist that  did the job for $350. I used EP before and they did a good job but their prices was a bit high. I would use it again, the service was good.

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
