Best Electric Repair in Miami FL

The installed wrong steams in my shower which caused major leaks. I called them again and told them about the leaking shower and they were supposed to come back the next day but they never came back.  Poor quality of work.
Now I have mold problem inside my wall.

The owner responded with in one hour of my request. They showed up on time.  I ran to the grocery store and got stuck in line, they began working in the project while I made my way home via phone instructions relayed by my teenaged son. There was an issue with a missing part for the sink I had. They took photos and explained they could install but it would leak and they don't want to do that. They prefer to prefer the part an do it right. I opted to purchase another bathroom fixture to get the job completed same day. The job changed from an instillation fix, to a removal, and new install.
They waited while I ran to home deport to get the item needed. when they were finished the area was clean and they went over the work completed with me.

I have other jobs I will need done for my home remodel and they will be my 1st call placed for plumbing. Very friendly and are dog lovers too!

Don't let the minimal yelp reviews scare you, everyone starts off somewhere and they were worth the gamble for me.

I have used plumbing diagnostics from all my plumbing needs for years. From small clogs, to running cameras, to replacing all my old cast iron pipe inside the house and out. Professional, On-time and made the entire process easy to deal with. Thank you again!

We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

I've been dealing with Patrick for two years now, and have watch him at work across from me 3 years before using for the first time.
My neighbor raves about his work on re- doing the pipes in his house, and now I'll rave about him after my three encounters.
Precise, passionate about perfection, goes the extra mile to save unnecessary-expenses, explains before working, and asks for any comments  or questions before leaving.
In the service industry, it's all about service and referrals.

Have had several plumbing issues in the past where the line is backed up or just back flow into the room have had other plumbers and workers come through but still had the same issues called them up to get an immediate response to have them come by been over 8 months still no back flow or back highly recommend

I just spoke with Daniel regarding a plumbing question. Miami is not an easy place to find honest people but he was. I told him my situation which could potentially cost us thousands of dollars and he clearly and honestly told me that I do not need to take action yet and took time out of his busy schedule to explain why.

We basically had preventative maintenance and a few fixes here and there, both interior and exterior, to replace old plumbing and make sure things are working smoothly. Louis did not hesitate to go the extra mile, actually adding to and going beyond the original scope in various ways, at no extra cost, to fix it right, use the right materials, and make sure his work would stand the test of time. He's surely a master plumber, who takes pride, and is therefore very well deserving of praise, as well as our (and your) future business. Very happy. Wife too . . .

JMK Miami Contractor is simply an outstanding company. I bought a house in Coral Gables and immediately started working on my plan to build an addition on my 8000 square feet property. The plan was to convert my 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom home. I'm so thankful for finding JMK. Prior to contracting them, I literally vetted 15+ contractors, automatically eliminating the ones that didn't show up to appointments. Then asked for references. With the references, I conducted an in person interview. Jess and Mehdi are extremely professional and personable. Their pricing is reasonable too. Most importantly I knew they'd deliver on the job. Although the city of Coral Gables has a complicated permitting process, JMK navigated that process smoothly and completed the addition without a single change order and in time. We're so happy about the end product and the finish.

Had a leak from my fire sprinkler. Discovered it was condensation, possibly from an AC leaAsked technician to repair. Literally walks around my condo for 3 seconds, looks for main heater, removes filter, and says found the problem Charges me 80+ dollars for a first time visit, then takes off......fire sprinkler is still leaking.

Update: new technician comes in and tells me my entire unit is old and needs to be replaced. No effort to look if the AC ducts are leaking. My unit was bought in 2008 and is working fine.
