JMK Contractor was established in 2009 as we developed our property management services. We provided basic handyman services to address the needs of our customers. It's hard to say actually. I called to ask if they did tile installation and was told they are not taking small jobs! Interesting she didn't ask me anything about the size of my job, an entire 10000 square foot home. Must be good to not even hear about the size of a job before turning it down.

The neighbor above me had this contractor in to remodel their bathrooms. They pulled an interior remodeling permit, closed it out secretly and told the condo board, the condo maintenance company they had permits to fix missing rebar and repair the slab between two units. They then used this as a way to enter the other unit and promptly installed plumbing pipes to attach to the above unit without permission and WITHOUT PERMITS.
The building is now under a unsafe structure, the poor victim below, now has more plumbing installed above them with more risks for leaks and unsafe structure.
Avoid this contractor at all costs.

Fuad and his team did a great job remodeling and repair. We had several proposals and JMK's was the most complete and affordable. I received proposals that didn't make sense at all. Unreal. The majority of general contractors in Miami want to hit the jackpot with every client. I worked primarily with Fuad, but the construction workers were just as pleasant and professional. We did a full bathroom remodel. We also remodeled 75% of the kitchen, and worked on high-end floors in the living area.The JMK team answered every question I had throughout every step of the way. Luckily we had only few changes on the project and budget was met within 3%. In my profession, I have to look out for on the site jobs like this so I know how to screen and select contractors. I would recommend this company to anyone. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Fuad, keep up the good work.

JMK Miami Contractor is simply an outstanding company. I bought a house in Coral Gables and immediately started working on my plan to build an addition on my 8000 square feet property. The plan was to convert my 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom home. I'm so thankful for finding JMK. Prior to contracting them, I literally vetted 15+ contractors, automatically eliminating the ones that didn't show up to appointments. Then asked for references. With the references, I conducted an in person interview. Jess and Mehdi are extremely professional and personable. Their pricing is reasonable too. Most importantly I knew they'd deliver on the job. Although the city of Coral Gables has a complicated permitting process, JMK navigated that process smoothly and completed the addition without a single change order and in time. We're so happy about the end product and the finish.
@JMK, I look forward to our next project. I have good plans ahead!
