USA Plumbing has to be the best plumbing company in Miami! They are efficient, professional and clean. They arrived on time, wore masks, were careful with the equipment, and made sure that I saw everything was done correctly before leaving. I recommend them to everyone!

Mike, the owner was here on time, quickly and pleasantly went to work, and installed a new toilet.  He is now my forever plumber.  Fair prices, no nonsense and quality work.  I highly recommend him. We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

this plumbing company does what it says it will and at a fair price.  have used them several times.  this is first time i thought of telling others.  you know some plumbers are not so upstanding.  this one is.

We had 4 quotes for work to be done in kitchen and bathroom. Two were extremely outlandish and 2 were close to each other. We opted for Ivan because he was referred by another plumber (doesn't work in our area) Ivan is a master plumber, meticulous, and very professional.  Delivered excellent quality work!

DO NOT HIRE!   Claimed he needed to take pictures/video of pipes. Took snake down into pipes!  Told ME to take pics of the screen of his equipment for my pics..  Then insisted on paying him wayy too much before he left. when insurance needed video, he claimed he deleted.   OBVIOUSLY didn't take video or pics.  Horrible!

OMG!!!   After calling and asking exactly what they charge to install a faucet, (126.90), I made the appt!
Man came and gave me a bill of 263.30!! I said. ,WHAT????
YES!  They have a hidden charge for TRAVEL TIME!!!!! 140.00 EXTRA FOR TRAVEL??  WHERE DID HE COME FROM---KEY WEST??? So basically,  wherever they have been, they charge you the minute they start they truck and head to you!!!

Just got off the phone with Coral Gables Plumbing and they charge to minute they enter your HOUSE! Call them!!

I am a GC and working in Miami and Miami beach for last 34 years this is a very good reliable company. I hired them to make a difficult job in South beach and they came time and time again to get job done and all inspections passed. I recommend them with no hesitations.
