Jared, a USMC Veteran, is the owner of Trident and he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master. We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Had Doug over to take care of a handful of repairs I had been meaning to take care of over the last several months however hadn't found the motivation to do so. Doug came over when he said he would and have me a fair General quote for items needed fixing and even gave me a few better suggestions for my garage.

I have been doing some type of remodel or new build project for over a year now on our home and have dealt with countless contractors of various trades in that time and the majority leave lots to be desired and it is rare when they surprise you with excellent level of service.  Knockout Plumbing is just one of those companies and their 5 star reviews are 100% deserved.  

Immediately we were off to a good start with the quick response to my request on Yelp for some flooding I had in my yard for several days.  Dan initially let me know they would probably be able to come on Saturday but I let him know that I would prefer getting it done Friday since the yard was getting pretty saturated and I was worried it might be a plumbing leak.  Dan accommodated my request and kept excellent communication throughout which is one of the things that I think is underestimated by most service providers.  I even received a text when Dan was on the way with his picture which was a nice touch.

Once here Dan was so thorough and helped me troubleshoot the issue with obvious expertise and experience and even helped educate me on what he was doing which gave me great confidence in his assessment.  I have found my GO TO plumber for any future issues and it's great to know that someone like Dan with Knockout Plumbing is the person who will be coming to help!

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... The 5-star review is for Bob. First of all, I must state that we did not use VETSBuilt for our home remodeling because we need more assistance in the design aspect of the project. Otherwise we will not hesitate to use his services as Bob always responds in time to our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is straightforward and honest with what he can or cannot do for us and in the cost estimate. I imagine it won't be too hard working with him on a project.

Near me Plumbing was very responsive, and showed up on time. Did a near job this morning. Landon was great , professional and cleaned up the area after the installation.

Jay and his crew are extremely professional and do exactly what they say they will do. Got our new AC installed and started to notice the declining utilities bills the very next month. Our unit purrs like a kitten and has all the bells and whistles but at a very reasonable price. Each and every time we have called or texted with a question the response has been within minutes ready to answer and help.
