I bought a water softener and called Jeff @ Majesty plumbing to install it.  I told him that I would like it setup so I could bypass the water softener in the event that the water softener had a problem in the future.   Jeff took the time to explain the best option and was upfront about the price.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge that Jeff brought to the job.    I would highly recommend Majesty plumbing to anybody that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified plumber.

Called around yesterday trying to find someone short notice to analyze sewer pipes on an older home (1950's) we are purchasing in downtown Phoenix.  They had one of their professionals (Nick) call and explain the process.  He was able to to do the camera inspection the following day.  The house had three separate additions with 3 different types of sewer pipes.  He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pipe dating back to the 50's and what had been done over the years.  Super impressed with his report back and professionalism overall.

I have an Admiral washing machine (made by Whirlpool) and have owned it about eight years. It has worked hard over the years and has never failed us. The washer was stuck with the drum full of water and would not go into the rinse cycle, nor drain. Thankfully Gabe quickly diagnosed it as an electrical and motor problem and was able to fix it quickly.

We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard.  This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location.  This was no simple task.  Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process.  First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work.  Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times.  Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up.  To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie.  There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues.  

Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids.  Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate.  I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to.  Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid.  You won't be disappointed!

This was my first time looking for a company to use on Yelp. I saw that they had excellent reviews, and decided to take a chance after reading several. I was extremely satisfied with the response and the results. The company did exactly what they said they would. Brian was both friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will call them the next time I need a repair. This call was for my water softener, but I learned that they also service reverse osmosis systems.

We used this company this week based on a referral from my brother.   He has used them twice in the past.  They came in and repiped a section that wasn't done right the first time and snaked out a clogged pipe.  This is a 40+ year old house.  We were pleased with the service and the price.  We will call them again when we need a plumber.

Jordan was very helpful with installing and setting up both water softener and RO system for my house. He quoted reasonably and got everything planned out and installed both the systems meticulously. He was able get both installed on the same day with all the plumbing work needed in garage and under sink in kitchen with faucet and a line to run RO water to the fridge.

On Wednesday morning 4/24 we woke up with no hot water. After several phone calls and no one able to come out until late in the day I went online to research my options. I saw Water Heaters Only when I searched on Google. After my initial phone call, they not only quoted me an accurate price but arrived inside of 45 minutes from my initial phone call. Dillon was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was finished inside of 90 minutes. Dillon was careful to clean up after himself.
