It's not often you find a company that is worthy of trust, but this one has earned mine.  I had a fitting crack on an existing system.  I expected a hard sell on a new system.  What I got was a great greeting on the phone that worked with me to identify the type of system and issue.  They offered repair with not even any discussion of replacement.  Ryan, the tech, showed up right on time, masked up and ready to go.  He fixed the problem in minutes, educated me on my system (never knew much about it other than add salt when the shower turns scaly!), tested my water, and never tried to sell more.  I asked about options, he said he'd be glad to email me with some info.  I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone who has water softer/RO/filter servicing or purchase needs.

Everything about this project went well.  From a very competitive bid to completing the project on time. I would recommend them for sure!

I had an issue with my water softener.  Complete Water Systems was not able to service it (the water softener is an older unit) but they were able to provide the necessary parts to get another service provider to repair the issue. They allowed me to prolong the life of my water softener.

I was looking for a water softener/filtration solution for my home and made the mistake of showing interest to the person at Costco. Luckily their high pressure tactics made me research them and look elsewhere. I found CWS (Complete Water Systems) on Yelp and gave them a call. This is a great company to work with. Brynna answered all my questions and provided a detailed quote, so there was no surprise costs. I also needed a loop installed, so Josh came out and took a look and came up with a plan. Between the time I scheduled and the install date, they checked in to make sure everything was taken care of or if I had any questions. The day of the install, Josh and Marcos were here on time and the work was done when they said it would be. The softener system and RO work great. I especially liked the fact that there was no pressure or up-selling. Lots of options to suit any need at a very good price. I would highly recommend them!

I am happy to write this review for Complete Water Systems LLC.  I shopped around and found CWS LLC to carry the same systems as others, with the same Clack control head (very important, as this is the brain).  CWS  LLC was priced $355 cheaper than the next competitor (installation included in the unit, and no sales tax on the invoice).

Price isn't the only reason I recommend these guys.  I wasn't forced to buy a system, or pressured by the guy that showed up (Brian).  He simply gave me the low down (which I already knew) and provided a recommendation.  I ended up going with the cabinet style which wasn't offered by the other guys.  So a no hassle, no pressure company with very competitive prices, great warranty work, and quick/easy installation.

Do your homework, and don't believe everything you hear on the Very Refreshing radio shows!

I have had over a dozen projects completed in  my home since we moved in 10 years ago. Of those, there are only 2-3 contractors/vendors that I would have back or recommend to a friend. Complete Water Systems is definitely one of those companies. Not only was their response time quick and thorough when I was asking questions before I purchased a new water softener and RO system from them, but more importantly, after I purchased it and it was installed, James responded to a small issue I had in similarly rapid time and with the utmost concern (he responded to me over the weekend!).  Running a business myself for 40 years, I can say that the excellent attention you get after the sale speaks volumes about the reliability and professionalism  of of the  contractor.

Garrett, who installed the system,  was professional, courteous and did not leave our home until he had reviewed the operation of the system with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

This is a long-overdue review, but just wanted to give a public thank you to James and his team.  

Finding out the truth about water softening and purification was no easy task, and there seem to be legions of companies out there that will try to CONvince you to spend many thousands on their high-tech systems to save you from the perils of hard/bad-tasting water.  Don't be fooled, go with a company that will give it to you straight.

I met James at the home show (along with about a dozen other water treatment guys).  His initial estimate came in at a fraction of most of the other companies that I spoke with.

He was prompt and courteous when he came to my home to give a more precise estimate, and while he offers the more expensive systems, was very honest about what system would best meet my needs (one of the less-expensive systems).

His install team was top-notch.  Just great guys with a super work-ethic and attitude.  It has been a few months since my install, and we could not be happier with both the RO and the softener system that they installed.

Super price, great products, great support and truly honest.  I would recommend CWS to anyone in the valley that wants to improve their water quality at a decent price!

My water softener wouldn't shut itself off. I turned it off manually and I started calling around and made an appointment with this company to come fix it. I was surprised when they said they could come out right away. Brian arrived on time.

He went outside to check on the softener and said everything is working fine and couldn't replicate the problem. He said there was no need to replace but that the models have come down in cost considerably so wouldn't be nearly the investment if I needed one in the future.

While he was out I was going to have him change my RO whole house systems filters. My RO system is old and the last company that came out broke an expensive piece trying to get the filter off. Brian suggested testing the water first before changing the filters to make sure the filters actually needed to be changed. He tested the water and it came back fine confirming that the filters didn't need to be replaced. Brian suggested testing the water again in a few months and replacing when needed.

After all this I asked him what I owed him. He didn't fix anything but spent 45 minutes at my house and I thought surely there'd be a service fee. Nope! He said to give him a call in the future if I needed anything. You don't find businesses like this anymore. I can't say enough nice things about Brian. I'm very grateful

Needed to have my garbage disposal replaced and this company was really easy to work with. They were affordable, reliable and punctual!

Had Complete Water Systems out to install a water softener/ whole home filtration system as well as an RO system under my kitchen sink.

They were extremely professional setting up the appointment, answered all the questions I had and made thoughtful recommendations.

The install was great, the techs came out right on time and did a great job of installing the system neatly in my home.

After doing a lengthy remodel with many expenses, I would say the RO and soft water filtration system was the best money I spent on my home to enhance the quality of my life for showering and drinking water. I would highly recommend you use Complete Water Systems for your home's water needs.

We had a water softener installed in December and like everything I do, I like to get at least 3-5 quotes.  I used the user ratings in Yelp and took those who rated the highest. I could not be happier with my decision.  Brian was our service guy and he was so informational when I was getting the quotes and provided me good information that helped me with my decision.  In the end they actually were also the most reasonable which was a bonus.
I was super happy with the final results and the unit, in addition he did a great job on the installation.  I've been waiting to write my review because there was a minor issue discovered after the fact and I wanted to see how they would handle it. I'm happy to report, they had no issues taking care of it and owned it completely.  It was a small drywall infraction who they had their drywall guy come out and fix, who also did a great job. Wonderful company with high standards and integrity. I highly recommend them!

Was looking for a water softener and didn't know where to turn.  Called their ad in the Home Concepts Magazine and they sent Brian to my house to test my water (which I already knew was very hard) and educate me.   He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and the price they quoted me was great.  He arrived a few days later with my softener and hooked it up expeditiously.  Great service and price.  Very happy.

They were quick to respond to inquiries over Yelp. Very easy to set up for a quote and the pricing was better than the competition. Install went smoothly. You could tell an instant difference in our water quality throughout the house and for the first time ever, I can drink water out of the sink here in Arizona. I would  recommend Complete Water Systems.

Do your research and don't overpay.   We just had CWS come out and replace our whole-house softening and filtration system and it turned out great.  The CWS office and field team worked diligently on pulling this together for us.  There was no pressure, no dog and pony show gimmicky water-testing theatrics, just numbers.  The sales rep gave me all of their pricing and info UP-FRONT, and didn't charge us to come out and/or review our scope of work.

For our selection process, we received multiple quotes and found that comparing (3) different manufacturers (apples-to-apples) can be a little tricky, so to keep the playing field level, we asked each company what our house needed as a baseline, we then asked for secondary pricing options to include additional features that we would like to have.  There's some due-diligence work to be done before selecting a system, so any time you invest here can go a long way when working towards a buy-decision.

The CWS proposal was comparable to (2) other reputable companies in our area, including one plumbing contractor and another water softening contractor.  CWS allows for a once-yearly system check-up (if needed) in addition to the standard warranty on their products and workmanship. This would have been an added cost with the others.

I tried to reach out to the very famous (now infamous in my book) water company whose product was currently installed in our house.  I found myself on an extended customer service hold, in a queue.  When I finally reached somebody I inquired about a warranty fix or pricing for a new upgraded system.  They said it would be a $150 service charge just to come out and look at their own broken equipment, and that there was no warranty or other consideration for an existing system with a new owner.  This out-of-state, out-of-touch customer service rep seemed passively annoyed to be doing their job...  but I digress. If you are reading this C company, we ripped out all of your stuff, and we won't be going back.

All told we look forward to doing business with a local company who actually has a physical office nearby, and treated us well throughout both the system selection and installation process.

I found Complete Water Systems on yelp and with the five star reviews I decided to call them.  Spoke to James and fortunately we were able to set up an appointment with Brian for the following day. Fortunately as I had found a leak from a line in my RO system.  Brian actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had a cancellation.

In less than 1/2 an hour he found the leak, replaced a fitting, cleaned up and was gone.  I would definitely recommend CWS.

Michael did a great job installing our water softener system and was very professional and answered all the questions I asked him. He walked me through the process of how the water softener works and provided all the relevant information I needed in regards to maintenance. Price was fair and work was well done. Definitely would recommend them for your water softener needs.

Called them to check out the RO system at our house, not knowing what kind shape it was in. After having been told by another company that it would be cheaper to just replace the system and being fully prepared to do that, Brian turned out to be a welcome surprise. He changed the filter and the membrane, put in a new tank, and we were done for less than half the price of a new system.

Both the people we had interactions with at this company, whether on the phone with Brynna, or at home with Brian, were really good at their jobs and honest to a fault.

They also will give you a call to schedule filter changes on their own if you ask them to, which I'm sure anyone with a busy schedule will appreciate.

At a later date Brian came out to change out our RO faucet and that went super smooth as usual.

To sum up, affordable, fair pricing, and great quality work set them apart and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who cares to ask.

I as shopping for a soft water system.  The national companies came in with very expensive installs.  Thought to contact a local business.  Made an appointment for an on site estimate with CWS, Brian came out spent a few minutes looking over my requirements.  I needed a loop installed.  He gave me a very fair estimate for the loop install.  He gave me an estimate on a water softener, went over a few options to meet my needs.  No high pressure sales,  just options.  He gave me a very fair price estimate.  I got a formal written estimate the next day.  I made an appointment for the install.  Brian came out the day of the install, explained in detail what he was going to do.  The loop install was by far the most work.  Brian got all finished in about 5 hours.  Explained in detail the system operation, throughly cleaned the work area.  I waited a week or so to write this review.  The system is working great.  If you are looking for a quality company for a soft-water system that will not break the bank I highly recommend   CWS, a local company the cares more about getting it right then just getting your money.

Our water heater started to fail.  I spoke with several companies and selected Complete Water Systems as they were very responsive, providing several price competitive replacement options.  The technician came out the next day and replaced my failing hot water heater with my new smart water heater.  My old water heater drain plug was clogged but the technician was able to replace it and drain it.  The installation went very well and the new water heater works like a champ.  I would highly recommend Complete Water Systems if you need a replacement water heater.

Best Experience making a purchase in some time. I shopped with most of the top companies out there. But Brynna and Complete Water Systems were by far the best bang for my buck! No gimmicks or sales pitch. Just honest advice about what equipment was best for my family. Couldn't be happier with the water softener and RO we purchased. When we moved into our house there was a big stainless cylinder in the garage with an LED display and no name of what it was. We weren't even really sure what, if anything it did. Our plumber told us he didn't deal with that sort of thing and we were left calling around looking for service for our nameless water conditioner. When we found CWC, Brian came out (on time) and explained what the system was supposed to do and informed us it needed some work. He gave us options and we made an appointment for additional service. We appreciated Brian's courtesy,  honesty, and quality work. This is obviously a family run company where customer service still means something.even

In addition, to efficiently finishing the task at hand, his demeanor was both amiable and highly professional. Great experience from start to finish! Setting up an appointment online was quick and easy. Michael was very knowledgeable and never used high pressure tactics to push the most expensive system, instead making sure we would be happy with the system we chose. He was on time for the install and delivered everything he had promised in the initial consultation. I had several quotes from other companies for a water softener before deciding to go with complete water systems.  Brian showed up on time and explained different type of systems available.

Awesome company.  Redid our water softener and R/O.  Was way cheaper than other plumbers, Culligan.  Quality as well.  No gimmicks.  Just the best. Brian who came out, Brynna on the phone, and Michael the onsite tech who did the work, all fantastic.  All questions answered.  Straight forward.

Phenomenal service! After speaking to 5+ plumbers for repairs, Complete Water Systems was the only company that went above in customer service. This company informed me the parts that were causing my water heater issues were under warranty by the manufacturer and would order the piece and only charge for installation and labor, thus saving me hundreds in repairs!

We were having a problem with our water softener. We had one of the big name repair companies come out and look at the system. They recommended either replacing the control system for $2,000 or buy a whole new system for $7,000. I called Complete Water Systems for a second opinion. Brian came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the system. He spent the time and thoroughly tested everything. He narrowed the problem down to a $150 part. He orders the part, came back within a few days and installed it. So far the system is back working normally and they saved us a bunch of money. Brian answered all my questions and explained what was going on with the system. Dealing with Brian and Complete Water Systems was a great experience. They are now our go to for water systems.

This is the second home we have put life source water system in and we love it! The water taste great and we live the fact that we are getting the benefits of good water still. I emailed CWS to inquire about having a custom water softening system made for my home.  I needed shorter tanks to fit under some shelving(35).  James worked with me over the course of several emails and put together a quote for exactly what I needed at a very attractive price.  

I just can't say enough positive things about these guys.  I got a twin alternating system with a carbon tank for a terrific price and I just couldn't be happier.  Look carefully at the reviews from Kinetico, EcoWater systems etc. before you buy your water softener.  Not only do they not have 5 star reviews, you may be getting a $1500 water softener with a $5000 warranty.  Don't get fooled by the fancy sales pitches!  Talk with CWS and let them help you find the right system for you.

At the start customer service was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. This is our first time getting a water softener and RO system and there are tons of options but the rep was patient and answered all of my questions which helped me choose the best options for our family.
Mike the technician was super friendly very happy to answer all our questions about the install, how to use, what to expect. He even went above and beyond as we were moving in and trying to get the house situated. Good people are extremely hard to find and Mike is a solid dude. This company gets 10/10 from me I will definitely be recommending to all friends and family whether they ask or not. To top it off it looks damn good in the garage.

We had complete water systems install a filtration system and a reverse osmosis system as well about 8 months ago.  Our osmosis system wasn't seeming to be working just right so I called them to come check it out.  The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating.  I initially thought the filters needed to be replaced early but the person I spoke with said that it was very doubtful the filters were the issue.  So instead of taking my money she offered to have a technician come out.  The technician ended up coming out and replacing the tank free of charge because it was still under warranty.  I can't recommend this company enough!!!  No I don't know anyone that works here and no I don't work for them, these guys are just amazing!

Our home water softener was kaput and I needed to find a reputable company to install a new system.  After doing some research on the internet to get educated on the various water softening systems on the market, I then contacted 3 businesses in the Phoenix area.  I decided to go with Complete Water Systems (CWS).  They were very professional on the phone and provided me an on-line quote after my conversation.  CWS' price was a couple of hundred $ less for the same system from one of their competitors and I scheduled them to install our new system.  The installer (Bryan) was great.  He contacted me before the scheduled time to see if he could come out early - nice!  Bryan went above and beyond to check things out to do the install and was very good at explaining the system.  I contacted CWS after the install with a question and received a call back immediately.  I would highly recommend this company.

This was our first time using Complete Water Systems. Had to let our other service go. They became too greedy! Awesome family business that excelled in great customer service and reasonable prices. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

I used Yelp to reach out to 6 vendors for bids on a water softener installation at a newly constructed house in Cave Creek.  CWS gave me a number of options, all carefully explained in writing, and once selected, kept me well informed of the process.  After Brian came out and installed my system, I had to disconnect it in order to have my garage floor coated.  I was unable to reconnect it, so he promptly came out again and fixed me up.  Highly recommend this company!

Very responsive in responding to quote request for replacement water softener. Proposed an excellent Advance Softener product assembled in Phoenix. Brynna, the Office Manager, has the same unit at her home. Her comments were very helpful in my feeling comfortable  with the Advance. She was very prompt in replying to my questions. Brian installed our unit and was very personable and efficient. Obviously knew what he was doing. CWS  provides quality, efficiency, and value. Warranties and inspections are worthwhile
