In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. Dustin and his staff do a great job.  They always put the client first and are very professional.  They also do a great job giving back to the community.

I'm visiting my mother from out of town.  Her garbage disposal went out and I contacted McMullin because of Yelp reviews.  He was happy to do the job, and also said if I wanted to save money I could buy the new unit at Lowe's and have them install it.  For such a simple job they could do just as well as hiring a plumber.  I appreciated his honesty in offering a lower cost option, even though if I did so it would mean he didn't get the job himself.  Very honest.

The staff that comes out, are very professional. Its the fees that I have a problem with. Why the hell is there a trip fee? I have never heard of that. That fee applies even if the work gets done. I will never use Choats for repairs ever again.

Alan and his guys absolutely saved the day at our house. We had a leak and they told us exactly what we needed to do and took care of everything right away. In fact, days before we were scheduled. A very honest company, friendly, polite, and reasonable. They didn't try and sell us services or anything we don't need.
I'll be calling A&K for our water heaters and kitchen/bath renovations in the future. They can do more than a lot of plumbing companies. AAA+++

We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.

My uncle was quote $6,000-9,000 last fall to install a new system for his home. Spring came around, and he was quoted $12,000-$17,000. Yes, he got a couple extras, but the extras should have been only $300 more. I called and spoke with his salesperson, and he told me that I offended him for even thinking he'd charge an unreasonable amount. He said he'd go to my uncle's house the next morning and speak with him. He never showed up, never called. I wish my uncle would have gone with another company, but he had already signed a contract and was afraid to back out of it because he didn't know what he had signed since it was done  electronically. He told me he didn't get a copy of the contract. I'm pretty sure my uncle just paid for one of your new commercials.

ALWAYS get a second opinion! Hiller's prices are ridiculous! Go with a smaller reputable company that doesn't pay for expensive advertising.

We are renovating our home. New fixtures, new pipes, new valves. Everything leaks! I'm not a plumber but I can do better!

I called yesterday and was told a technician would call me half an hour before coming today. It would be between 8am-5pm or 9-5, something like that. I asked if she could narrow that down, even morning or afternoon would help, I said. She said, No sir. It's Wednesday, so I stay home, hoping to get luck with a morning call. I'm getting married in 6 days and I've got dozens of errands to run. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 5:30pm I call again, and the dispatcher says the tech will contact me as soon as his current job is finished. It's now after 7:30pm, and I have no courtesy call or anything else from them. I'm glad other people have received such good service, but Conway's been a complete nightmare for me. Total waste of an entire day for nothing.

This company charged my father $287 for a $40 part. The owner sets the prices and he refuses to call my father back to discuss. Taking advantage of seniors is incredibly disrespectful. Do not give them your business.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
