In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. I own a tattoo studio, and am always a bit nervous about how we'll be treated by service industry folks. This experience was great.

Found that we had a leaking clean out below the slab, facing outward on the brick wall exterior of the house. We had no idea who to call, but saw their website that says if water runs through it, we do it so we called them and they stuck to their word!  The problem was a compound fractured pvc pipe and broken clean out adapter.  They worked with a local company to repair the pipe from the inside (and behind the brick wall) saving us thousands from potentially cutting through our remodeled bathroom.  Jamey was responsive always returning texts and calls promptly, and really cared about the work. He made sure they weren't going to stop until the problem was absolutely fixed.  They're not only good at what they do, they definitely get a thumbs up for integrity and customer service.

I used this company for several things and believe me they did not disappoint me. Their work speaks for itself as do their honesty, dependability and the amount of care they put into the tasks at hand! They are very articulate! This is the route to go if you want to be stress free.  I will be using them again very soon!

These guys are awesome. Had an emergency problem in the middle of a huge snow storm. I had called every plumber in Memphis and then saw the Faucet Doctors truck drive by. I immediately called them and they were at my house a half hour later. The guys were Rey nice and had the issue fixed before 5. Thank YOU Faucet Doctors!

I am a former employee of HIller Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical for almost 3 years in the Memphis, TN location.  I recently transferred back to my previous job a local property management company. We often have larger jobs that require us to outsource to a 3rd party company in order to get it done in a timely manner.  I recently had called to get a water service installed and had no problems.  I called at the beginning of the week to get another estimate on 2 more properties that we needed to have sewers installed at.  The employee called me back that I had called and said that Mac the stand in GM had advised I no longer work there and am not special that I could call Nashville and have the calls booked.  I do not understand why all of a sudden I am no longer allowed to call the branch directly like I had in the past.  So instead of calling and waiting on hold for 30 mins I went ahead and got Choates and 901 Plumbing to get me estimates to get these jobs done.  I will no longer use this company since I am not special.  This incident cost your company 14k this week alone.

This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.

The staff that comes out, are very professional. Its the fees that I have a problem with. Why the hell is there a trip fee? I have never heard of that. That fee applies even if the work gets done. I will never use Choats for repairs ever again.

UPDATE:
I originally met with a Choate's rep to get an estimate and after about 5-6 weeks of getting no response, I wrote a review. After the review posted, I was contacted by Choate's saying they couldn't do the job and if i wanted to discuss, call them. At that point I had moved on to other vendors.
The plumbing manager reached out this week and profusely apologized for the lack of response. He met me at the site and we spent almost 2 hours going over the project. He gave me a ballpark estimate before he left.
I appreciate Choate's stepping up and making it right.

This company might do fine work, but there is no way to tell since you cannot get them on the phone. Their Emergency Line never answers, and even when you call during business hours you spend an incredible amount of time on hold. I should have received a call before 12 PM on Monday. I received a call at 3 PM and spent an hour trying to call back, to no avail. Then I called at 10 AM on Tuesday and was on hold forever; even the Home Depot referral agents couldn't get them on the phone. Then I was told the earliest someone could come out was Wednesday. Meanwhile, I have had no hot water since Sunday. So much for same-day service, so much for customer service. Very, very frustrating company to deal with.

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not  make sense to me.

I have recommended RW to a couple of friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

I purchased a newly built home on July 31, 2019. Since then, I've called this company 1-2 times per week to have them to fix the scald gurd so that my shower water will get hot. They have not returned a call. Today, I called tge emergency number, and spoke with Mike. He told me that he could not help me.l, and gave me the corporate number, which was the number I had been calling for a month. Non existent customer service. Headed to the BBB site next.
