Mitch from Janesville Plumbing came to fix my leaking dishwasher....he was not only on time but actually was a little early which was great for me!!! A very nice young man and he found the problem within minutes of looking at the dishwasher...he fixed the problem promptly and was in and out of my home within a half hour!!! Called after 7pm on a Friday night due to basement drain issues.  Got a call back within an hour and had an appointment set for Saturday.
Gary arrived on time and went right to work.
He was there 2 hours finding out our issue was tree roots.  He had to leave for another appointment and gave a time he would be back.  He was running late and gave me a call to let me know.  He got back and finished the job.  The price was super reasonable.  I would highly recommend this to anyone needing drain or sewer work.

Carl Lorentz is a reliable and thoughtful plumber.  His look and candor is reminiscent of a college professor and he always teaches me a thing or two while he's working.  His prices are fair and I never feel like I'm being scammed.  He's my go to plumber!

Must give another shout out to these folks...three years later and same great and reliable service at a fair price.  So the proof is in the potty...I mean pudding.  

Their professionalism and reliability on prior service were not one-offs.  The mark of true pros?  Consistent and sustained quality. They rock it and should be held up as an example of how business can be done.  Now, for us consumers, let's continue to work with them and spread the word.  That is our part.

Capitol Plumbing has helped me out twice this month, once to install a water heater and then to come replace an outside spigot. Both repairmen who came out were friendly, professional, and thorough. I'm glad to recommend Capitol Plumbing!

We've had these folks out for smaller repairs a few times in the last ten years, and were always pleased with the service, price, and attitude of the service person.

Recently they did an install for us, and it was a good experience.  The price was the lowest of four local installers, included more services in that price, and was the highest-regarded equipment of the couple choices on the market.  The installers were pleasant, came on time and did a great job.  I thought that the quote and scheduling process could have gone a little better -- a couple of my phone calls were not replied to in a timely fashion -- but overall I'm entirely satisfied.

Doctor Rooter does great work, but their prices are too high and not competitive at all. I paid $190 for 15 minutes of work. I had a sewer line backup, and they quickly found and removed an obstruction. Even though it was on a Saturday, I still feel I paid far too much for the service. I will not use them again unless they seriously adjust their prices.
