We had a need and there are few places to go in Boo-foo rural Wisconsin, so we called this place. They never answered calls or returned messages.
It's Overpriced, so in the end it worked to our good. We looked at YouTube and installed the sink and disposal and toilets and bathroom sinks on our own.

Avoid these clowns at all costs.  I'd feel better getting the kid down the block.  Returns phone calls weeks late, does not follow through on anything.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I used caps for a reason. This company is very unreliable! If you chose them expect nothing except misery!!

We've had these folks out for smaller repairs a few times in the last ten years, and were always pleased with the service, price, and attitude of the service person.

Recently they did an install for us, and it was a good experience.  The price was the lowest of four local installers, included more services in that price, and was the highest-regarded equipment of the couple choices on the market.  The installers were pleasant, came on time and did a great job.  I thought that the quote and scheduling process could have gone a little better -- a couple of my phone calls were not replied to in a timely fashion -- but overall I'm entirely satisfied.

Absolute crooks. They spent 2 hours in my house before they decided to call and tell me they couldn't find the water heater. After which they did nothing except replace a screen in the kitchen faucet ($.10 at a hardware store) and then send me a bill for $200. I realize everyone's time is worth something and not unreasonable, but why would you spend 2 hours looking for a water heater when you have my cell number? Why not call after the first few minutes and ask? Their estimate to replace the electric water heater was $1,400. I did it myself for just over $200. Ridiculous, if you like to burn money, give these guys a call.

I would also give zero stars if I could. We paid 291 bucks to get our leaky tub fixed, only to have it not be fixed. In my experience, when you call the plumber back to fix an unfinished job, that's called a callback and you don't pay for that. Pat was nice enough, but on the second visit turned on the water and the jets, told us to put a pan under the leak and left. We got a bill for 150 dollars. Imagine our surprise. At no time did anyone say that there would be a callback fee, not to mention I don't think telling me to put a pan under a leak constitutes plumbing work. We wrote them a letter to this effect and got no response, only reports to credit agencies and lawyers.

Yes. Lawyers. Terrytown sued us for 364 dollars (including fees). A deputy served me papers and everything. The case was dropped today based on a reply to the court that is basically what I've put down here. (Even though Pat's note on the bill was: Still leaking. Told them to put a pan under it.) All because they would rather intimidate their customers than give one iota of customer service.

Avoid at all costs.

I would give 0 if I could. I had a dispute over a bill. I was called a liar and he wanted the names of every other tech I had spoken with so he could tell them they were wrong too.
We will never use this company again.
