Best Gas Furnace Repair in Louisville KY
HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

Cole from Maeser was a great tech. He reviewed our system, provided suggestions/recommendations, followed with estimates and did all in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

We had bad storms the evening before, and had lightning hit in the backyard. I call several other service companies to try to get my AC working correctly. Most couldn't even get to me until 4-5 days later. I remembered hearing the commercial on the radio or tv lol. Awesome customer service they worked me in somehow. They told me it might be late evening 10 -11 pm so I said yes. About 2 hrs later I got a phone call from Mark T, our repair guy. This guy was awesome, well mannered and polite. Being a guy I walk around showing where everything was that he needed to check. After a couple of hrs he figured out that lightning struck close enough to fry a part in my AC. I talk to another company before jarboes and they were saying 1100.00 to a new system. Jarboes and Mark said $232.00 and guess who will be doing my AC work here on out. I also hope I can personally ask for Mark T because I feel he really does know what he is doing. Hey Jarboes this guy needs a raise because I will be getting that service agreement in a couple weeks because he sold your company's dedication to customer service to me hands down. So if you need peace of mind that you're not going to be taken for money, this is the company in my book to use.

We recently turned on our AC for the first time since October, expecting cool air to help control the hot/humid that is the Louisville area.
Alas, all the moving parts worked but The Cold. Fans and blowers fanned and blew, belts turned, motors whirred, and air moved...but it was the same muggy air that we were trying to get rid of. It was JUST working in October, but all it was now was a friendly blast furnace of UHNG. Having lived in our house for just under a year, we were thinking What!?!? We've only been here a year!

The first thing we did was to call a Plumbing/AC vendor to come and take a look and he told us that it was low on refrigerant (which I really didn't need to pay him $69 to confirm, but whatever) and the cost to refill would be A LOT (over $800), or even more to fix it. To be honest, I wasn't extremely comfortable taking his word at the costs he quoted and I didn't have the best confidence in this vendor. The next step was Tom Drexler.
Michael came out on a Tuesday to size up the situation with our AC and to give us a quote. We could tell right away that Michael had the knowledge and experience to head us down the right path.
After checking the AC compressor and our furnace...and just about everything else...he sat down we went over some stuff. We already knew what the answer was going to be, but we had braced ourselves for it. Since the furnace and AC were installed when the house was built in '94, both had basically outlived their intended lifespan. Yes, we could spend a lot of money fixing one thing, but then a bit further down the line something else was going to break. Based on the age of our system, the best best would be a full replacement.
Long story short (I know it's too long for that), we went with the full system replacement. We signed the papers on Tuesday. On Friday they installed the new system.
On THAT Friday!
Chris and Anthony (?) arrived right when they said they would and went to work sizing up the job and removing the old furnace and compressor. About an hour later another guy shows up with the new units. A little while later the installation manager showed up to see how things were going. By 3:30 they were driving away and my house was getting cool again.
These guys were GREAT. Very professional and very efficient. Chris and Anthony worked great together as a team, didn't waste time, and managed to complete in about 6 hours what I envisioned them taking two days to do.
I can't say enough good about everyone I dealt with at Tom Drexler. GREAT job, guys!

In the past, I had wonderful experiences with this company. I'm not sure what has changed, but now they are terrible. My furnace went out in October, we paid $200 for a service call, where they literally just changed the filter and called it a day. I was told then that it was only a temporary solution, and they would be ordering a new motor for the unit. However, the guy who did that service call apparently quit soon after and did not provide the company with records of my service call. No motor was ordered, and my furnace went out again in December. We paid $200 again for another service call, and this time the person who came out changed the filter, tightened a screw, and declared the issue resolved. He said no new motor was needed because supposedly a lose screw was the source of the problem. Funny enough, here it is a couple weeks later, temperatures have dropped into the single digits, and my furnace has gone out yet again. Whatsmore is that New Circle wants me to fork over even more money for them to come back out to fix the same problem that they should have repaired the previous 2x I had them come out. It is absurd that they would keep charging me when it has been less than a month since the last service call, and they clearly did not get the job done then. I feel like I have been ripped off, and I want to warn anyone who comes across this company to run far far away.

The work Zac and his team completed was all very good quality work. I have no complaints there. I do have complaints about the professionalism of the operation. Melissa is wonderful and responsive. However, the first quote we got did not include half of the items we requested -- I even provided a written list when he came for the free estimate. Zac was over 2 hours late to our actual scheduled service day (no call to let us know, only an email...which I do not check or get notifications for every hour), at which point he still did not have any of the materials to complete the jobs and went to the store no less than 5 times during the day. Thank goodness we are charged by the job and not the hour! The man working with Zac, I believe his name is Dave, was a rock star and completed most of the work while Zac was at the store. However, Zac did not effectively communicate to his assistant (wife) the items being quoted after we met the first time. I am extremely detail oriented and did not misspeak about what I wanted done--again, even provided a written list. But when the team came that day to do the work, they told us it would be hundreds more dollars to do what I had originally requested and what we thought we had already been quoted for. This would have affected our decision to hire the team at all if we had known this cost difference. (We asked for the storm door and complete surround and threshold of the door to be replaced. They apparently only quoted us to replace the storm door.)
After all of this and finding a compromise that day that included some additional cost on our end and some loss of what we wanted done, Zac had one more item he needed parts for and said he would come back the next day. Melissa called before they had even pulled away to take our payment and told us he was not available the next day. Fine. We booked for a few days out but he did not show that day, and we did not receive a phone call. When we called a few days later after no response to our email, they said their computers were down (again, fine) and booked us for the next week. This time, the one job was completed on time and of course well.
