HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the  first  time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

The morning after Christmas, we were greeted with a nasty sewer backup in our laundry room.  From the minute I reached out to Janet at 9:15 AM, I knew we were going to be okay.  She was so helpful and friendly and advised she would reach out to a service team ASAP.  Within 30 minutes, we had received a call that help was on the way!  Within 45 minutes from the initial call for help, we had a service team at our house.  Steve and Jesse were quick to assess the situation and jumped right into action.  They updated us along the way, as to what they were seeing and what next steps should be.  The diagnosed the problem, implemented a repair/fix and we were good to go!  Maeser is the epitome of professional every step of the way!

Not dependable!  Called on Monday to make an appointment for bathroom issues.  Appointment was scheduled for the next day, Tuesday, between 2-4.  Waited on Tuesday until 3:30, & finally called to check on the status of my appointment.  They had no information or knowledge of my scheduled appointment, & stated they could not send anyone until the following week.  Another plumbing service was called.

Crooked company. Will use a customers situation to pressure them into handing over a credit card and charge exorbitant fees. They lie and lie and lie. Twice in less than 12 months they have left my four family complex without water and said they would fix it before the days end. As soon as they secured a credit card and charged excess of $500, they left with zero concern for four separate families without water with the temperature in Louisville currently below freezing. When called they said they were understaffed and would not be back to remedy the issue (which they quoted at around $2,000), until the following Tuesday. They were originally here on Saturday morning. This business is a scam. Do not use. Find a different company. They are thieves and although their staff is very kind and professional, they are trained to steal for this company. WARNING.

Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, cooling and electric needs! Quick, courteous service- We have had the pleasure of having Mike as our technician and he has been beyond helpful and full of knowledge. Again, I would definitely recommend this company.

They came out to see our plumbing issue and said they would send me a quote that night (Wednesday). I didn't get anything that night or the next day, so I called on Friday to ask if they would send the quote and they said they have been very busy, which I told them I understood. I didn't get anything that night, and no phone call returned when I called the following week. I was going to hire them because I liked the one atop shop idea, but they never sent me the quote or contacted me again.

I understand your right to choose your jobs, but then why say I would see a quote that night in my email, or when I called, why would you tell me it was forgotten and I should see it by Friday? Also there was never any letter sent to me through the mail. Just be up front.
