Best Thermostat Repair in Los Angeles CA

Really impressed with Ford's plumbing.  Our bathtub completely clogged up and has had a very very slow drain for the past 6 months to a year.  We use our bathtub nightly to give our young daughter a bath, so we had to get it fixed asap.  Since it was a Sunday, I called a few plumbing companies recommended by Angie's List.  I got voicemails every time and at this point (6 hours later), have yet to hear back from anyone.  I realize it's a Sunday, but all of these places stated they were open on weekends, etc.  I found Ford's Plumbing on Angie's List as well.  When I called, a live person answered the phone, which immediately made me feel taken care of.  She took down some information about my issue and routed the call to the technician on call, Riley.  He was super friendly and said he could be at my house within an hour.  20 minutes later, he was at our door.  He came in and fixed our drain, even though it wasn't an easy one.  He quoted me a price BEFORE I told him about my 20% Angie's list coupon, which he honored.  (A lot of companies want to know about your coupon before they quote you - probably to jack up prices --?)  Anyway, I will definitely call Ford's for upcoming issues / needs.  Professional and efficient!

Renee came out and exemplified incredible customer service. He unclogged my tub and Have is tips about other plumbing issues within house. Highly recommended and will def use again in the future. Thanks so much!!

Great people, great management and communication, but they are expensive and both for plumbing and HVAC services, their quotes were significantly more expensive than others.
I would recommend them if one is looking for professional and dependable services.

These guys were the best! I had an upstairs toilet back up and they ran me through every procedure they could do for me before proceeding to any new issues (we had a few). Alfonso and Clemente were very knowledgeable and answered all (even the silly) questions I had. They helped me understand and solve our problems and keep my anxieties in check! I had Luigi com install my garbage disposal and take a look at my fireplace (gas) to see if he could get it functioning. Where 3 different tradesmen failed, Luigi was able to come through. Honestly, the best experience i've had with a tradesmen; which is refreshing because I'm a new homeowner so i've hired many. He shows up on time, does the job well for a reasonable price. What else could you ask for?

We were having some issues with our mini splits and had called multiple vendors to come out. After being let down by repair companies not showing up I remembered seeing the owner of the company on the news awhile ago and figured I liked what his company set out to do. Well Edward P. is definitely carrying that legacy for the company of providing reliable and valuable service. Edward arrived early, called me to let me know he was in his way and was very detailed in explaining every step of what he was doing.
