Best Thermostat Repair in Los Angeles CA

Had a running upstairs toilet. I reached out to them through Yelp. They responded quickly and were able to come asses the problem the next day. Riley, the technician, was knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Overall a pleasant and easy experience.

Cesar came by quickly and was incredibly professional. He was quick to assess the problem. He recommended me a couple of faucet replacements and was very helpful. I will be scheduling another appointment to have the faucet replaced. I highly recommend Cesar!

We got an estimate for a big job from another plumber, so we called Nexgen for a second opinion. Kevin from Nexgen was way more thorough, way more detailed in his explanation, way less saleman-y, gave us multiple options, and came in less than the original bid. He answered all our questions and walked us through every step. Calep and his crew that handled the bulk of the work were respectful of our house and finished everything on-time. Plumbing problems are no fun, but I feel way more confident that they'll be taken care of correctly and fairly with Nexgen!

I had a tankless water heater installed a few weeks ago and NexGen did an amazing job. The crew were very professional and extremely time efficient. I will definitely be using this company as my go to plumber for now on.

Our AC went out last evening and Luis was able to come out first thing this morning. He is a lifesaver as today is to be the hottest day of the year (109 in LA.) His charge was very reasonable as well.

On Sunday, I had an emergency around 10am, when a clogged drain cause water to pour out if my downstairs bathroom.  I contacted my homeowners warranty compamy which was no help, as they could not send someone out today. Best they could do was have their company call me back with 48 hours.

I called the local plumbing, Stephens, and I was promised it would be completed today.

Louie the plumber called me immediately and set up the appointment.  He arrived around 1:30pm.

He fixed the issue very fast.

Very professional and friendly employee, I'm hoping all companies hire someone like Louie.

I recommend this plumbing company as they were able to fix this issue on a Sunday.

Price was fair and service reliable.

My wife and I had a disappointing experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone! After receiving a quote and agreeing for them to do some work my wife and I weren't 100%  comfortable with the price so we decided to talk it over with family and friends. We, along with others in the industry, determined that the price was a total rip off and they were trying to take advantage of us. I admit we should of done our homework before hand but given the recent heat wave we were in a hurry!  After getting several more quotes that were all significantly lower (50% less) my wife and I went with another company.

That's not even the worse part. The two technicians took a piece of our furnace with them and they threw it away! Our furnace wasn't even the problem! According to the other vendors that is a big no-no and they it basically forced us into getting a new system.

If you have extra money to blow then sure go for it. But I promise you can find cheaper and better options!
