Best Electric Furnace Installation in Los Angeles CA
Excellent job - very helpful consulting and installing a new heater in a timely fashion. We replaced out an old heater/furnace / Rob supervised the installation and answered all our questions!

Superior Service? THAT IS LAUGHABLE. Scheduled 2 different appointments for 2 different properties yesterday. The first appointment they sent someone out 6 hours late. Then confirmed he would be returning today to do the work. This morning I called to confirm that appointment, only to be told it was placed on hold without explanation and that a manager would be calling me. Two hours later I called again to confirm the other appointment. Was told that they would be here at 11. Manager called me right before 11 to tell me that the first appointment was canceled altogether because they don't do duplexes. WTF? You're going to tell me this AFTER you've sent somebody out and confirm the appointment? I made it very clear that it was a duplex when I scheduled the appointment. Now it's 1130 and I called to find out where the technician was for the second appointment only to be told that it was on hold as well. WTF?! Horrible service. Do not believe the hype on here. I really wanted to give this company a chance in hopes of building a relationship with a good plumbing company because I thought they were supposed to be good. Far from it and I do not recommend. Unreliable, they run behind on their scheduling and they clearly do not communicate with each other internally.

I had the most amazing experience with Rolando. He came to the house on time. He was professional, friendly and explained everything in layman's terms.
Yasmin came and did an amazing job as well. She explained pricing and the next steps for this project. We connected very easily and I felt at ease moving forward with this investment.
I also had a great conversation with Edson, the manager. He was honest and professional. He wanted to make sure all my questions were answered before the start of the project.
My experiences with Nexgen were great! I would highly recommend this company to any family who needs a new heat/air system.

Omar M was fantastic. Great personality, smart, and patient when explaining things. He was quick, honest, and gave me ideas for future projects. I will definitely be calling NexGen for any future HVAC and plumbing jobs.

Finally! A plumber who knows what he is doing and always solves my plumbing problems! Luigi is the best. In one week, I've had him come twice to my old, old house with even older crusty pipes to do work and both times, he's worked until the problem was solved. He communicates via text which is a major plus. Always comes when he says he is and also lets me know when he is running late because he's still working on a problem - which I totally understand! His prices are reasonable and I really trust him. He is my go-to plumber now! I just hope all these amazing reviews on Yelp don't make him too busy to help me in the future!

A few years ago Stephens Plumbing & Heating installed a new A/C central unit and furnace which has worked well. Someone from Stephens came to replace our filter. The person who came out had the wrong filter. The person had to leave to get the right filter and I was not given a quote for the price. He installed a filter that was 3 times the cost of the same filter on Amazon, plus the service cost was also expensive. I called two times to ask a manager to call me back to discuss this high cost. No one every called me back. I will never use Stephens again for plumping or heating.

This company has conceptual issues.
On the one hand they want to be more than a 'normal' HVAC company. They want to be the Starbucks of HVACs, if you will. They have offices everywhere, billboards --- they're even adding plumbing. They want choosing NexGen to be no-brainer. And yet --
-- their estimates simply aren't competitive. Not even close. Two recent articles about top to bottom HVAC replacements in California put the put the price ranges anywhere between -- say -- 6K to 10Kish.
My estimate was at 14K. I had to beg to get it down to 13K. Yet I was also promised that WE CAN BEAT ANY ESTIMATE.
Let that sink in for a moment.
Suppose I had a burger joint, okay? I promised the best burgers in town. My burgers cost $22. But I promised that if you showed me another menu from another restaurant that served a decent $12 burger -- I'd not only match but beat their price. Even if I did that for you --
-- what do you think my french fries are gonna cost?
Do you see what I mean? What would an out of warranty repair cost from these guys? According to their estimate about 32% more than the going rate.
That's why I didn't bother to let NextGen beat my better estimate offered by more reasonable vendors. I simply went with the vendor who did what NextGen should have done out of the gate: beat his competitors up front.

After posting this review owner Ismael V. left a threatening comment below. He points out that he didn't do business with me, which is that rare kind of genius -- since my review plainly states why I chose not to do business with them.
If he meant he doesn't recognize my name 'Lenore Coffee' that's because she is my pseudonym to avoid obnoxious vendor retaliation of this exact sort.
Oh yes, Ismeal, challenge this review! Please! I'll gladly send to Yelp both estimates I received.
And I'm now docking you a star. Why? Both for accusing me of being in collusion with the vendor I ultimately chose (with zero evidence) AND for that suspicious review that's below mine from an individual that only has written that one review.
By the by -- I see why you're paranoid about vendors colluding with Yelp reviewers. Your Anaheim Yelp page has a Yelp WARNING because you were caught doing just that. Nice job, bud!
