plumber arrived right on time--was greeted---both plumbers clean and professional
plumbers were Dominic and Jacob---both were very engaging and helpful

Kristopher did an awesome job installing my kitchen sink.  He is very  knowledgable, honest and professional.  He arrived on time and jumped into the sink project.

You wanna get ripped off just like those undercover investigations on the news , call these plumbers . The man came out peeked under my sink didn't even get down and look and says yup it's going to be $185.. and he himself gave up before we could even tell him his services will not be needed . I guess he didn't know how to turn water off or didn't know how to do the job or didn't feel like working today not sure but he left lol . Got my son to come over and unscrew and change valve off of YouTube !!!! Nothing was stripped . Save me my breath and money . Don't get ripped off .

Had an issue with a sink garbage disposal and Luis diagnosed it over Yelp chat; saved us the trip and no charge!

When purchasing my home the inspector suggested I have the mainline checked via video.  I was in a crunch do to the contact to remove all contingencies so called around and spoke with Mike Fear late afternoon on a Friday.  Not only did he get someone out to my house the next day but continued to track the progress and give updates on eta while being out of town on vacation himself.   If that doesn't scream customer service I don't know what does.  

Side note - based on the video they found numerous cracks in the mainline which saved me thousands by ensuring the seller remedied the problem, thanks Mike.

Steven came out within 45 minutes after my call for a drain clog. He was professional and so polite and considerate of my home and not hurting the stucco. Probably the nicest plumber I've ever worked with. He also cleared my stubborn clog all with a kind smile. I would absolutely recommend Jetline Plumbing if you want a detail oriented, considerate, clean plumber that is efficient and effective.

Frank came out and installed a new water heater. He first checked to see if our old one could be fixed, went out and bought a new one just like our old one, and even fixed the gas pipe & cupboard door that was worn out. Frank was extremely fast, fair and thorough... plus he's friendly!

This is a very overdue review. Consider it a 3 month review
My house is 70 years old and had original galvanised water pipes and cast iron drain pipes. It was an absolute nightmare. In the 3 years we've owned the place I've have plumbers out 6 times to unclog drains with the 7th resulting in the drain under my kitchen cracking and dripping out into the crawl space until a horrible stench came from beneath the house from festering water.

This was my breaking point and I decided (far too late) I needed a full repipe.
I had 4 plumbers come out and bid. Jesse was the first to arrive and quote, while he wasn't necessarily the cheapest he was by far the most keen to do the project, didn't bid an unrealistic price and was absolutely reassuring to talk to.

He was promptly out with his dad and crew to begin work. These guys work 5 days straight and the work was absolutely outstanding. They dug a huge trench down to the sewer to remove all the old clay pipe with modern ABS.  This was a day of heavy labor in hot weather too.

They cut out and removed all the old crummy pipe work and installed a whole house filter I purchased in advance from Amazon. Since this work was done. Out drains are amazing, our water pressure is outstanding and the filter is scraping a lot of the hard salts out of the tap water that it no longer leaves residue or odour

My water heater went out and reached out to a lot of companies.  Matt, came out within two hours and gave me a very detailed & honest diagnosis on my unit.  Having the comfort of someone very knowledgable & trustworthy is HUGE.  He repaired my unit, charged a very very fair price, and did it in under 30 minutes!  I'm going to stick w Graham Plumbing for everything related to plumbing.

We wish we had never used Mike's plumbing services for our home renovations and instead had gone with the contractor's plumber.

Throughout the renovation process, we found ourselves having to track his availability constantly in order to keep the project on schedule. We experienced issues with many of the plumbing work from both bathroom sink pipes leaking after install, to a leaking toilet, a leaky kitchen pipe (that required fixing multiple times) and leaky water line in the backyard. Needless to say, it was a lot of work for us to follow up and make sure all plumbing was leak-free when in our opinion it should have been double/triple checked upon install in the first place. Not to mention, it was very unassuring for us to be told that parts were missing for a fixture but then later found in the trash.

We regret not cutting ties after the initial sewer line work. We unhappily stuck through this to the end just to get it done. We ended up hiring a different plumber when we found out the main line pipes needed replacing. Perhaps, if a full thorough scoping of the house was done initially, we would have been able to address the issues and not after the fact when renovations were already completed.

Ultimately, we were not happy with the services, the prices seemed higher than had we used a contractor's plumber and we had an overcharge on our credit card. This whole experience with this company has left a bad taste in our mouth.

We called Harry's to cam the mainline and chop the roots. I showed them a video from the last time it was cam'd and the area of concern.  They let me know the drop in the pipe was normal for my area. They chopped the roots and gave me maintenance advice.  I have found my go-to plumbers.

Rubio's Plumbing repiped my entire house with PEX pipe. They were on time, professional, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and gave a fair price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Kody showed up on time, dressed in clean work uniform, presented himself professionally, and upon entrance first thing he did was put on shoe covers to protect the floor.  He did a great job with my clogged kitchen sink air vent in a short time and got it back to functioning properly.  Based on my experience he's honest, reliable and prompt.  I certainly recommend Kody and would not hesitate to seek his services again in the future.

Omar M was fantastic. Great personality, smart, and patient when explaining things. He was quick, honest, and gave me ideas for future projects. I will definitely be calling NexGen for any future HVAC and plumbing jobs.

Cory was great! He was very quick to respond to my call and come out to investigate if we had a leak. Although he didn't find anything, he offered a variety of ideas that we could look into to lower our water bill and suggested that we call the water company to see what our base and allocation was set at. He even spent some time looking through our past few water bills with me and problem solving/solutioning since we were still unsure why our bill had skyrocketed a few times during the past year.

They have either cancelled or been late on more than one occasion. Who does business like this? If you have the option to go elsewhere, DO IT. We were told to expect our water to be off for a two hour time frame in the mid morning close to noon. It didn't get shut off until way after, which was a major inconvenience in my home. I highly recommend NOT using them.

Ask for Robert.  He will fix your problem and not leave you with secondary issues.  Very thorough.  Definitely recommend.
