Best Water Heater Repair in Long Beach CA

Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. I do not normally write reviews but I cannot say enough about the service that Kristopher provided.  He provided an reasonable quote, and despite issues and additional time required, he did not charge more than his original quote.  Very professional, Highly recomended.

Patrick gave me the impression that he would be the one installing my water heater. I found out later that he did not do the installation. Anyway, I had a aluminum water heater housing with small openings at the top  around the piping and exhaust vent pipe.. Apparently,  tha new model water heaters do not have legs to keep these heaters from direct contact with ground and the water collectiion pan. The new water sits directly into the water collection pan. Patrjick's assistant did not drill a drainage hole in this pan. This pan would fill with water and extinguish the pilot. In went without hot water about 5 times. On one occasion I attempted to re light the pilot and the water heater start rumbling and shaking. I thought it was going to explode. I thought the water heater was defective. Finally I called Patrick. He stated to me that the heater is wet before even looking at the water heater. So he knew and thought he would get service call money. His guy came out and drilled several holes in the water collection pan and re lit the pilot. This should have been during the installation. I will never patronize this company again. I paid $1500.00 and deserved better service.

Luis was courteous, honest and came within the timeframe he provided. He fixed the problem that we had with adding a water pressure regulator onto our main line. I would definitely use his plumbing services again.

Came home after four months and turned on water and we had a leak in the bathroom that dropped down the ceiling. Of course it was a Saturday night of a Presidents Day. They came out on Sunday fixed it and it was a very reasonable price.

Steven and his services are far beyond the category of work quality, responsiveness, professionalism, value and punctuality. I enjoy every bit of the interactions before and during his work.

I had two issues happening in my kitchen, one was to do with replacing a new gooseneck faucet, the other was to deal with the air cap flooding water when the dishwasher was operating. He responded my request within a short period of time and scheduled to come by the next day.

He showed up right on time and performed the job professionally. He also diagnosed the 2nd air cap leaking water issue, fixed and tested it with care. Apart from completing the job, he also explained how the system works, I leaned a lot from him about these behind the scene details.

I also want to highlight that the price rate from Jetline is also very reasonable and competitive comparing with other plumbing companies. I highly recommend Steven as your new friend in the Plumbing business! Thank you!

Bottom line up front:  Western Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing do exceptional work and are uniquely responsive to customer needs.  This was an Easy 5 star rating.  I will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others in the future without hesitation.

Now the down and dirty details:  Last Sunday I was cooking breakfast and heard a very long, loud what sounded like a water drip.  I investigated and found something was leaking from my downstairs bathroom exhaust fan cover, directly into the toilet (sometimes a little luck is a good thing I suppose).  After a little troubleshooting found that it was leaking from the master bathroom and the shower in our guest bathroom.  Definitely time to call in professionals.

My daughter had work done with Western in the past and highly recommended them to me.  I called last Sunday, mid-afternoon and left a message.  Within the hour, Rick returned my call and scheduled an appointment for Monday.

Upon arrival, Frank diagnosed the problem but unfortunately due to the COVID situation parts were not available late enough in the day to correct the problem.  Understand completely that within the tight quarters required to make the fix, not something you want to leave partially completed, waiting for parts and quite likely rendering all the upstairs facilities inoperable.  A temporary fix was put in place allowing us to shower that evening.  The following morning Rick and Frank were on the job and shortly had the leak permanently fixed.  While some sheetrock needed to be removed to correct the problem causing the normal messiness that sheet rock and especially wet sheet rock can cause, the work area was appropriately covered prior to working and thoroughly clean after the job was complete.

Main water line was leaking I talk to Jesse he came out give me a quote he came the next day and within a few hours he was done replace old pipes with copper I totally recommend fast pro plumbing 5 star great job thank you

Chris saved the day & made sure I could get my laundry done! Thankfully, our sinks plugged up AFTER Thanksgiving...but we were a little worried about finding a plumber available on Black Friday!
We called Chris, he said he could be here this afternoon (another wanted me to wait until tomorrow afternoon!), he made the time for us, was very friendly, told us everything he was doing & flushed out the drains with no problem...cleared our access pipe and then tested all of the drains for about 15 minutes to be sure everything was working.
We're very pleased with the service...price seemed a little high, but, sometimes, paying more is worth it when you get someone who REALLY knows what they're doing...and Chris does!! Need plumbing service??  I fully recommend Chris!!  He's our guy from now on...

We oversee the day to day business in the Bldg. we live in, and have seen more than a handful of plumbers. Belmont Plumbing was referred to us by the building's Management Company, and we recently had our first experience with them. It was a rather large job involving several areas of plumbing expertise in several apts. so we were hopeful they would not let us down.The owner, Matt, is a very professional and congenial  person who saw to our needs in an expeditious and thorough manner, and his son Daniel and their helper were very nice and task-oriented, seeing the job through quickly and perfectly, plus they cleaned the job site and made sure we were satisfied with their performance. We are, and so far we will have them back for the building's needs, and would not, at this point, hesitate to refer them to anyone. 5 Stars.

The pipe on our sprinkler system burst and we needed immediate assistance.   We reached out to Kody in the evening and he responded right away.  We sent him a photograph of the burst pipe and he was able to diagnose the issue prior to the visit.  He penciled us in for an appointment the following day and was able to replace the pipe with a higher quality copper pipe in less than 30 minutes.  He was very thorough in explaining what triggered the issue and how we might be able to mitigate any issues in the future.  He also identified and showed us additional flaws with our system that we called him back to replace a few days later.  We are very happy with the outcome and plan to call him for any future plumbing needs.  Thanks Kody!

Awesome plumbing supply store..came for thermocouple and they had it!! Jose was great and knows his stuff!

I contacted 6 plumbers and they all quoted me ridiculous prices... Daniel's plumbing and Son had extremely fair prices for what I needed installed, which was a 20 gallon electric water heater. He even recommended a good electrician to get the water heater running since 3 of the electricians I tried to hire failed to show up. I was extremely happy with the work and the fair prices... I will definitely be giving them a call for my future plumbing needs.

Gorsuch did a professional and great job in fixing a serious leak.  Roland and Brett were amazing and worked for hours late into the evening to make sure we were fine and had water.  Since we have a very elderly parent with us we were so appreciative.  I highly recommend these two.
