Best Water Heater Installation in Long Beach CA

Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect!  He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good  and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.

After trying 2 other plumbers over the years, Fitzgerald is the one I am keeping.  Great service, quick response and reasonable prices.  My first experience with Fitzgerald was to have them fix a toilet that another plumber messed up.  It was fixed in minutes by the knowledgeable plumber who knew exactly how to do a permanent fix!  I just had them over here to do a tune up on my hot water heater.... The plumber that put it in was not as professional as I expected so I called Fitzgerald.  The man who came to do the work was friendly, knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable.  I HIGHLY recommend FITZGERALD PLUMBING for all of your plumbing needs!! Luis was courteous, honest and came within the timeframe he provided. He fixed the problem that we had with adding a water pressure regulator onto our main line. I would definitely use his plumbing services again.

Plumbing problems are never fun and even worse after business hours. Our 50+ year old floor furnace (original, installed when house was built) stopped working after the summer. I was fortunate enough to find these guys after a Google search, my regular plumber does not do HVAC.
They came out and diagnosed the issues, (there were several) and repaired it working like new the same day, Frank even upgraded the ancient analog thermostat to a digital one, allowing us to set a temperature and not just switch on and off.
We were so pleased, when we decided to upgrade our home and install A/C, I called them first. Frank called back almost immediately, came out within an hour and provided a several options and a quote for both.
Frank suggested options and solutions to our questions and both he and Rick were back the next day to begin the installation process.
In spite of the rain and some miserable working conditions, they installed a state of the art compressor and cooling/heating system with two mini-splits, one in our master bedroom and another larger one in our living room. They are more than ample systems, required minimal disruption and will provide either heat or air conditioning, alleviating the sweltering nights of the summer we've had to endure for the last 20 years.
Both Rick and Frank were very friendly, chatted with us, answered questions, were professional and extremely careful with the installation and entire process. We couldn't have been happier with them and I'll be referring everyone I know to them and their services.

Jessie and his dad performed a great job on replacing the old cast iron kitchen drain that was completely clogged up and needed to be fully replaced. This was a 2 man job. One to connect the new parts under the house in the crawl space and the other on the outside wall to complete the process with a new kitchen sink clean-out. All under sink kitchen water connections were re-established and patching on the inside and outside in and around the kitchen was completed.  Tested and No leaks.  I would highly recommend for any plumbing problems. They know what they are doing.

Terrific experience with Matt! I have had horrible experiences in the past with plumbers but Matt changed all that. He explained everything in a way I could understand. I have an old house- over 100 years old with old plumbing. He was careful and didn't try to have me do more than necessary. His prices are fair. He is an honest stand up guy- unfortunately too rare in business today. Matt Graham plumbing company is my plumber for life! Highly highly recommend.

Harry's plumbing is wonderful! I've been having troubles with my toilet and they've been great to work with. Brandon always calls right back, he has someone out as soon as he can, all his guys are very professional, clean and nice, and he is very reasonably priced. They had to come out twice to unplug the drain and they didn't charge me for the second visit, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Harrys!

It was time to replace our kitchen faucet. I was happy to find a local, small business in my city. The apprentice that was sent over was nice but clearly lacked skill. One of my roommates needed to help him with tools and removing the original faucet. That's all fine, I understand he's learning and it's great he's learning a trade. However, in his confusion on how to remove the faucet, he was pulling on it so firmly that the sink was lifting up, and tore the seal that was gluing the sink to the granite. I understand things happen and he was learning, I just wish the company would have offered to mend that problem. I paid over $300 for a faucet switch out, and now I have to pay to repair the seal. It isn't  a big deal, or a big cost to do that myself, but for the sake of integrity and customer service, I'd assume that's a natural offer to the customer.

Since the apprentice was taking a while to complete the project, I couldn't wait for him to finish because I had errands to run. It being my only day off that week, I had to take advantage of my day and get other things done. His boss is the company owner, I believe, and he arrived to help his apprentice. They ended up needing to go to the store for parts. I was asked to pay the bill before the work was complete, as I was heading out to do other errands. I told the owner I would pay via Zelle once I returned, the work was complete, and I was able to inspect. A couple hours later I received a text asking that I pay. I had just gotten home, literally, and I still needed to make sure the faucet was ok. It all looked good, and I sent the payment. Not long after using the faucet, I realized the water pressure was not as it was before. The line had pockets of air, or something, and the water sort of spits when you turn it on and change it from hot to cold. I called and spoke with the owner and asked if would assess and remedy. He asked I resend my address and someone would arrive later that day. No one arrived. I followed up a week later, and no response.

It is disappointing the lack of integrity some  companies have. He asked for payment repeatedly, and of course I paid my due that same day. But when it came to returning to assess the issue that wasn't there before, I get ghosted. Not only that, but now I get to pay for damage they caused.

I don't like leaving bad reviews and I hardly ever do it. I'm pretty understanding that mistakes happen and it's not a big deal but being disregarded this way is insulting and dishonorable.

I have used Matt & Daniel for multiple jobs at my home and place of business. From large scale plumbing emergencies to clearing clogged drains. These guys are the best I have encountered. I highly recommend them for anyones plumbing needs. Great guys and they always try and take care of me as soon as possible. They make the plumbing experience easier and more transparent.

You can rely on Prolific Plumbing!  I called Prolific Plumbing when our toilet was backed up and we had guests on their way. I had a feeling that it wasn't going to be easy to fix.   In the past we have had the same problem where toilet paper gets stuck in the pipes further down than the snake can reach. Kody at Prolific Plumbing was fantastic! He really didn't have much time in his schedule but he made time. I sincerely appreciate it. When he came out to assess the situation my hunch was correct, the clog was too far for the snake to reach. They had to take the toilet off and use special equipment to reach it. It took extra time but Kody made sure the job was done right. Kody thanks for fitting us in and taking care of the problem. I highly recommend Kody and his team at Prolific Plumbing!

In giving Nexgen 5 stars because of Omar.  That young man is very knowledgeable of the equipment.  His customer service skills  are excellent.  Any future services that I  would/might need on my system  I  would be asking directly  for Omar. He has become my A/C guy .

This was a pretty good experience considering the issue. Cory came over right away and fixed the issues in a couple days. Would definitely call him again.

So yesterday we had some MAJOR plumbing problems and 2 rooms of our house flooded.  DISASTER!  The first guys that were sent out by our rental agency were an inferior plumbing company (Pro-Connect plumbing in Anaheim).  They were horrible, treated my husband like dirt and didn't fix the problem. Then the rental agency sent out the guys from Daniel's.  They got here sooo quickly (they were contacted after 5 and got here within the hour....WOW!!) They were very clean, nice and professional and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had us up and running so that we could use the toilets and shower. They fixed things that the other plumbing company said could not be fixed. They'll be coming back later today to do some more work to make sure we don't have this problem again.  Great guys, very personable and they really know their stuff.  Thanks guys, you really helped us out!

I had to have an emergency water heater replacement today and Gorusch was able to send someone out less than 12 hours after I called.  Originally I called at 10 PM last night and they told me to turn off the water to the heater so I could wait until morning to replace it and avoid a major surcharge for after hours work.

Everything went well, the installer was friendly and got it done in about 2.5 hours.  

The only downside of my experience was that the first guy left a huge mess outside in the walkways of my condo.   It was a shared space so it didn't take long for the other residents to call and complain.  I called the main line and within 90 minutes someone (Leo) came out and spent 30 minutes cleaning the entire floor.   He didn't charge and was willing to come out after 8 PM on a Friday to fix it.  He was very friendly and communicative and updated me regularly from when I called to when he arrived.   He was excellent!!!
