I recently hired KNC Plumbing to install a Flow Tech descale and filtration system and could not be happier with the result. KNC's technicians were professional and did a great job planning and executing the install. I'm happy with their work and I'm thrilled with my new water quality!

This is the second time I've used Mattucci Plumbing in the past few months - both times for clogs which I've been unable to clear on my own.  Both instances were during inopportune times, late Sunday and then late evening mid week. In both cases, Mattucci responded quickly and had Andres out to my house in a reasonable amount of time.  Andres was very professional, treated my family and I with respect and quickly resolved both issues.  I like that they provide text alerts to notify that the serviceperson is on their way...I highly recommend Mattucci for your plumbing needs because of their attention to prompt service, quality of the work, and my overall satisfaction with the process.

Jesse, Alfredo, and their team have quickly identified solutions to major plumbing issues for me multiple times.  They quickly re-piped my first floor plumbing when a pipe broke! They are prompt, fast-working, and extremely reliable and honest! I highly recommend Fast Pro for any large or small plumbing needs/repairs.

Matt and his crew have been doing our plumbing work for more than 10 years and we couldn't be happier.  He's honest, fair and backs up his work.  When you have an emergency he's there for you. He's great at thinking outside the box to find a better way to solve a problem as is his son, Daniel.  When we need help with another trade guess who we call for a referral -- Matt of course.  I'd give then 6 stars if I could.

Today I had a preventive maintenance service on my HVAC system. The technician Manny was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked my systems and gave me recommendations. Manny was not pushy which I appreciated. He cleaned up after he was finished.  After my last experience with another company NexGen was refreshing.

Greg and Jesse sorted out a stubborn blocked drain very quickly.   We will be using them for all our plumbing work moving forward.

Cory is a pro. He responded fast for an estimate with honest pricing. (Some other shops were quoting almost double to inspect slab leak) Showed up the next day at the timeline as promised. He located the source of the leak and gave recommendations on how to go about fixing it.  Luckily I didn't need to drill into the concrete and was able to get it fixed the same day with a $20 part from a shop he recommended.  Very professional, friendly and honest guy.

We had a leaking pipe in front of the house that couldn't be shut off with the house main. Carlos, the owner, picked up the phone right away, and sent someone the next morning. (He would have come that day but it was too close to bedtime for us.) The plumber was courteous and neat. Thank you for being so responsive! We are really glad to have a plumber in the neighborhood.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Customer service was excellent. Our heater went out during the cold winter months and they sent a rep out right away. Now that it's summer, I will be calling again for our AC maintenance.

We had a foul odor coming randomly from our kitchen sink, for a couple years. Another plumber had told us it was probably a cracked vent pipe, inside the walls, and would beimpossible to find, and costly to rip out walls, counters and cupboards.  So we lived with it.

When we finally took the plunge (so to speak) we called Scotty's.  Corey came out the next day. He was pleasant, friendly, professional and most of all extremely knowledgeable and thorough!

He went up in the attic, under the house, inspecting everything.  He decided it must be a cracked and rotted vent pipe.  Took out the back of the cupboard under the kitchen sink and located the culprit immediately! He needed to replace an upper portion as well that was not accessible, so he came back the very next day with all the parts. He only had to cut a small section of the outside wall to replace it, and was able to put the stucco back in one piece, so it will require only a small patch job.

He finished the job quickly, left the work areas immaculate, and the cost was so reasonable we were blown away.  We will never use any other plumbing company.  We hope Scotty's Family Plumbing is around for a long, long time, and especially Corey!

Called him cause I needed my faucet put in and a drain unclogged. He came out when he gave us his word and realized the faucet we had bought was the wrong size so he went and bought the right one and installed it for us. He was friendly and kind. And did a good job. Will call again.

I had a drainage backup in a bathroom sink and called Cisco at my neighbor's recommendation. He answered the phone immediately and came to fix the issue immediately in the same day. It was resolved within 10 minutes of him walking in the door and I can honestly say I have never received better service. Glad to have a fully functioning sink again.

Manny was quick to reply and was able to come out quickly and get the job done. We had a clogged kitchen sink and he was able to clear it with no issues for a reasonable price. Professional and honest would definitely use him again if we have any issues.

Called and made appt for next day. Need a lot of plumbing work, different issues.
They said they'd come 8am-11am window. They would come give estimates and possibly begin some of the work. They also said they would call 20 minutes out. 11:30 and no call....nothing. I called, they had no explanation.
Sorry, that's very unprofessional in my opinion. I wouldn't trust them with another 3 hours of my life waiting for another appointment.
