Very professional & affordable! I recommend! Even though I didn't end up using their service, I've bookmarked them to use when I do need plumbing service in the future! Honest, licensed and straight to the point. GO HERE!  

My tankless water heater was giving an error code and the hot water would go cold. I requested several quotes via Yelp and KNC Plumbing responded quickly and with the most reasonable price for the service I was looking for.

Kris came out and was very nice and professional. He looked at it for about an hour, and even had to get on the phone with the tankless water heater company. He explained things to me as best possible.

The problem ended up not being the water heater but instead the wrong size gas meter. So Kris advised me to call the gas company to install the proper gas meter for my tankless water heater (this should have been done when it was installed, but not the fault of KNC). I appreciate how patient Kris was with the problem and the instructions he gave. He didn't charge me anything since he didn't end up performing the maintenance to the water heater.

But he did give me a quote for how much it would be if the problem wasn't fixed with the gas company. I recommend using this company for any plumbing issues you have!

We needed a plumber for a clogged sink and a change of faucet ASAP. Luis Morales answered to the call quickly, gave us a reasonable price quote and made sure that we were advised on his ETA. He was courteous and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. Although we live in RSM and he is coming all the way from LA, as long as he is able to take the job, we will always hire him.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and my husband contacted Mattucci Plumbing.  As a woman, I'm generally weary of subcontractors as they stereotypically overcharge the unknowing.  Mattucci sent their specialist, Chuy aka Jesus, over and he took care of our problem in a professional and timely manner.  I felt the pricing was reasonable considering our situation. He is quite a pleasant person and I appreciated how he explained to me how and why a sewer goes flat! Great guy and fabulous service.  Thank you.

Jesse, Alfredo, and their team have quickly identified solutions to major plumbing issues for me multiple times.  They quickly re-piped my first floor plumbing when a pipe broke! Our HVAC unit was due for a routine service inspection and we were not pleased with the last company that came out. We reached out to NEXGEN based on Yelp reviews and information on their website stating that the $88 inspection and tuneup was genuine and there would be no hidden costs. Our technician was Vincent and he was knowledgeable, insightful, efficient and friendly. Vincent patiently inspected our heating HVAC system, took photos of his work in progress and carefully explained what he found after his thorough assessment. Although there were several services that Vincent recommended, he was kind enough to prioritize which items needed more immediate attention. There was absolutely no pressure and all of the recommended services were included in the work summary and assessment along with the photos, which will allow my wife and I to discuss and work out a schedule for future service. We truly appreciate the service Vincent and NEXGEN provided to us and plan to make arrangements for future service. We enthusiastically recommend NEXGEN.

We placed a call to The Leak Detector and they responded within 5 minutes for an apt the following morning.
Cory Goodwin, the owner, and Kenny showed up on time (actually early ) and after checking our home for almost 40 minutes found the small leak.
He is INCREDIBLE to work with.  I can't tell you the wonderful customer service he provided and peace of mind to my family. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!  Such a pleasure to work with!!!

This company was FANTASTIC. They put in a sewer lateral clean-out and did an amazing job. They were really professional, on time, and I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair.  Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing.  Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner.  They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back!  Just really great people all around, high standards that can be hard to find these days and a team that I would welcome over any time.  Top notch team - you won't go wrong working with them.

Hector saved the day!! I called Stephens about 10am, and Hector was at our house within a couple of hours. Although he tried, the toilet could not be saved - but he worked it into his busy schedule to come back to the house at the end of his day to install our new toilet. He even helped me install the new bidet attachment that I had been too intimidated to do myself! Our house only has one bathroom, so we really appreciated his effort in making the time to help us out in a bind. Every time we have used this company we have experienced excellent customer service, professionalism, and a sense of urgency to get the job done right :) I highly recommend Hector and all of the technicians at Stephens Plumbing!

I generally prefer to give my business to the small and local vendors, other than the big box shops.
I talked with several plumbing companies around town and even though some were higher rated and some even slightly more affordable, I chose to go with these guys.

First off I appreciate integrity, after a brief consultation I had a hunch that I could trust them.
Eventually I wasn't wrong. Came out punctually and completed the project as discussed within the agreed price range.
No nonsense, just good old school service.

My bathtub clogged. I found Mr. Christian from yelp. His price was the lowest. His service was great, good communication. I will definately ask for his help again in the future.

Ciscos plumbing picked up right away and did their thing! We have had a terrible clog with our bathroom sink and i tried to fix it myself but that didn't go to well. I reached out to Ciscos Plumbing this morning and Francisco was able to come over within an hour of making my initial call.  Well, Francisco came over and within a 30 minute window it was repaired. I would absolutely recommend Ciscos plumbing!

He showed up on time, was very professional and got to the root of the problem fast. He took care of another issue I had on that same visit which another plumber said was not possible. Great experience overall. Thank you!

Daniel and Steve have been wonderful! We just bought a house in Long Beach and haven't had any luck finding a plumber that we can trust. Since using these guys things have been great. They have reasonable pricing, and most importantly they don't try to rip you off. They fixed clogging issues in both my kitchen sink and shower. We will continue to use this company whenever we have any plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!
