Kristopher was the only professional whom I contacted on Yelp that responded quickly, personally (not those automated or short responses), and patiently answered all my questions before I decided to make an appointment. He was able to bump my appointment time up and arrived on time, ready to save my sink. He worked quickly and left the working area clean. He was friendly, and made the whole experience personable. I was quoted a fee for 3 drains, on the phone before committing to do the job, I asked him if he would clean the drains and also said yes. When he arrived, he was on time and courteous and snaked all drains and cleaned them as agreed.  I even found a valve for my hose that needed replacing dated 1957.  I had purchased the wrong part, but we were  lucky as he had a new one in his truck.  Thank you so much for your service. Cory was prompt and went straight to work to assess what parts he needed. He didn't have the necessary parts with him, so he went to the local store. Took only 20 minutes to get the parts and finished the job in less than and hour. And he charged exactly what he quoted me. I will definitely refer him and he's now my plumber for any future needs.

I had Jeremiah come to fix my closet door and while he was here he was able to help with my faucet that was broken as well as change my shower head, and fix the shower door so quick.He's good at what he does and likes to work quick, well worth the money I will definitely be calling him in the future.

When my ceiling started leaking I was freaking out, I didn't know who to call at almost 9PM, I had heard of them through a friend and I'm so glad I found ICP! I am so grateful for Nick's help this morning! I was requesting a price quote for a leak under & around my laundry room sink. He responded within minutes of my request, asked to see photos, & asked if the leak might be coming from the pull out sprayer of the faucet. Sure enough, there was a loose connection & it was a quick fix that I could do myself. I offered to pay for his troubleshooting time & he graciously said it wasn't necessary. I am so impressed that he would accept my gratitude as payment for his time. So thankful to know a plumber with honesty & integrity. We will definitely be calling for our plumbing needs in the future!

We met Memo of Mr Lucky Cat Plumbing when he came out for water heater replacement and repiping projects coordinated by our go-to plumber (and his cousin) Ros Macias of Macias Plumbing. They are a great team!! Memo and his crew are professional, courteous, and super hard working and diligent. They get the work done, and clean up after themselves. Good communication too. Would not hesitate to have Mr Lucky Cat back for more jobs!

LC doctor were professional and reliable.  They. assessed the problem and fixed the leak quickly.  We are very satisfied with the service they provided.

Warning  - if you live in a nice neighborhood these guys will overcharge you. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had to get more work done on my house and hired another plumber for similar work that was half the cost.  Not only that, the work they did was NOT properly done. I was told by a contractor and an inspector (two guys coming from two different companies) that on one of the jobs Properly Done Rooter did,  dirt was not filled back in to support a  pipe that they had replaced, and without the support of the dirt underneath,  the pipe would sag over time and cause a ton of damage and would ultimately be extremely costly to fix. Don't be deceived by the other great reviews, these guys will not always get it properly done.

The gentleman I had in correct was amazing. Contact him the day before in the evening and needed someone asap to come replace the gas valve on the drier. He responded back immediately and was able to provide a price after seeing the picture that was sent of the gas valve. He mentioned he would arrive at 8am so around 7:30am he called to confirm and arrive alittle before 8. He had the job completed under an hour and price was exactly what was quoted. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Within 10 minutes of being under my house to fix a sewer leak Bill told me how much it would cost to fix the leak and how much it would cost to replace all the old cast iron drain system. He told me everything I already knew since I had been under the house and didn't once try to create some doomsday scenario, assuming I didn't know anything about plumbing. His price for the entire job was very reasonable, so we decided to do it all while he was here.

Bill and Jason not only fixed all my drain pipes but found and fixed several other leaks and problems that they came across. They were clean, polite and kept me thoroughly informed the whole way.

Bill is no doubt a hard working, honest plumber, but even better he is a   good person that I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber and doesn't want to worry about being screwed around.

They charge for estimates. Not sure how they survive in the business when their competition does not. Dont waste your time here.

I came home to a puddle around my water heater. I remember seeing the Sal's Plumbing Van when I drive to work. I called, Pedro arrived promptly at 8am. He quickly installed a new water heater. I asked him he could also install a kitchen faucet, shower head, fix my garbage disposal & recaulk both my master & guest bath. With a smile, he said, Yes, I can do it all He promptly did it all! He was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them very highly!

I had a plumbing emergency and needed a plumber A.S.A.P. I contacted High Speed Rooter &  Plumbing Co. and  they arrived quickly and were very professional. Gilbert and Mario fixed my plumbing issue and were very affordable!  If I ever needed a plumber again I would definitely give them a call!  Thank you Gilbert and Mario you guys are amazing!!!

Extremely responsive, fair prices, quality work, excellent communication.  I had a terrible leak from my faucet in my backyard.  I wanted it replaced but also I wanted the current pipe to be reinforced somehow. I took pictures of the current set up and Edwin provided me a detailed plan how to fix it.  Not only did he fix our leaking faucet but he noticed that we had another leak in our main valve.  We got both updated in a few hours . Great work! It's hard to find a good plumber but When you find one it makes life a hell of a lot easier.  We will be going back to Edwin for our water conditioner install and a sink addition in the backyard.   I normally don't leave a review unless there's a compelling reason to do so.  These guys deserved a review!

Had a sudden backup in my kitchen sink last night, overflowing into the kitchen as well as my drain pipe from the washer overflowing. Needless to say a disgusting mess. Called them and left a message saying I needed  someone to come out first thing in the morning (it wasn't an emergency, really, since it was 10:30pm). Woke up at 8, called them again... they said they hadn't received any message. Hmm. OK, well I needed someone right away. Luckily there was a cancellation that left one technician with nothing to do. I had a guy at my front door in 20 minutes. While he was here a different receptionist from this company called to tell me she just got my message from last night and did I need someone to come out. Weird. Your guy is already in my house. Hung up confused. Anyhow... he snaked my pipes, unclogged the clog in less than 30min. Best. Thing. Ever. And very affordable.

I'd give them 5 stars except there seems to be some lack of communication on the office-end of things. Will totally use them again.
