I didn't use KNC plumbing because they were closed. BUT I had a leak outside with an old sprinkler system that was not in use and it was dripping pretty heavy.
I am so grateful and thankful that KNC responded to me. They were the ONLY ones who took the time to tell me what I should do and where I was able to find the main etc. Sounds simple I know!!! But I appreciated the time they took to help me and to guide me in what I was to do next!! Thank you so much!! I appreciate it!

Had a leaky toilet. Called Rubio's plumbing and they were the only plumber out of four that I called that responded. Robert was easy to work with. We bought the equipment and he installed everything for us. He came at the time he said he was going to come and was very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. He gave me a quote and stuck to his quote. Five stars

They quickly found the issue and provided a video proving the leaking area. Great to have a service like this.

When my ceiling started leaking I was freaking out, I didn't know who to call at almost 9PM, I had heard of them through a friend and I'm so glad I found ICP! They responded so quickly, came out that same night. Anthony was thorough but quick and most importantly so tidy. I will definitely be referring your company to all my friends and family! Job well done and REASONABLE!!!!

Called them in the morning and told me between 4-7 pm. Called at 4:30 to advise that they were ready to dispatch and it would 155 to go out to snake the drain and if any other issues it would be $250+. Then told me they wanted my credit card number before even going out.  My normal plumber charges $87.50 to snake a drain. While never used them for the work, I would never call them again.  I own several rentals and know what the standard practice is - this totally not acceptable or Normal!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs. The owner, Nick, came after hours and helped fix my mother in laws sink which was leaking. He was super friendly and got the job done! Definate 5 out of 5 star review!

Leo and his teenager son did a great job to unclog a tough toilet blockage. They had snake it from up on the roof due to the lack of a clean out point. Very friendly, professional and helpful. As a homeowner, I highly recommend LC Doctor to fix your plumbing and sewer problems!

My store in downtown LA had a toilet overflow and Properly Done came within an hour and half. I tried calling others companies but they would scheduled too far out. Properly done came to snake my drain and put a camera to find the issues. These guys were fast, reliable and did the job. Recommended

Arturo was really pleasant to have in our home. I had a water heater that finally gave out. He came out right way same day and replaced everything. He left our home in working order and water was hot. Like really hot. He did his job efficiently and was honest. I got everything at Home Depot he just put in the work.

You advertise being available 24 hours... I called and called on a Sunday evening at 7P never an answer or call back...... guess you really are not open 24 hours

Requested an appointment on Sunday afternoon to fix a leaky bathtub faucet, and they had a technician out the next day!  Fernando N. was the tech that came out, and he sized up the issue pretty quickly.  Repair took less than an hour, and came with a three-year warranty on parts and labor.  It was a tad expensive, but I imagine most plumbing jobs are generally costly.  If anything else plumbing-related comes up, I hope Fernando's available to help us out!

And after posting my review, I just noticed the $100 for $50 deal on Yelp!  Bah, if I'd have noticed it earlier, I would have taken advantage of it... Oh well.  =\

We called them in for a kitchen sink backup.  They roto-rootered and it still backed up.  They finally couldn't roto any more, they hit a big blockage down aways.  Then we agreed to high pressure.  That solved the kitchen back up but not the big problem down farther.  Finally it was determined that a tree root had grown through the main sewer connection under our front yard.  We had this fixed about 11 years ago for the Second Time.  So after discussing everything about our 60 year old drainage in the house, we agreed to epoxy the line from the kitchen to the main line and dig up the front yard to get to the tree root and fix that problem with new technology.  It took three days for all of this to happen.  They took another day to put back all the dirt and stones (we don't have a lawn).  Everything works now and hopefully it will be decades before anything else goes wrong.  I'm also trying to get the Rossmoor arborist to remove the magnolia tree which has cost us about $30K over thirty years in sewer damages.  Everything works and everything was cleaned up.

Luis Avila was the technician that came to our loft.  On time, professional, efficient and kept me informed at all times of the procedures being conducted.  He serviced our water heater and unclogged a drain from the bathroom.  I would highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again in the future.

Called for a major repair job. They came in less than an hour and anlized the job and described in detail what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the communication and step by step explanation. First time using these guys and now I have them saved in my contacts. Great job and friendly.

My experience with Walter was down-to-earth while being professional.

I'm fairly handy, however when it comes to plumbing [and electrical] - I call in the pros.  My specific issue was a kitchen sink issue, clogged with some leaking pipes.  Walter fixed the issue right away, and also made a made an important recommendation on modifying the water pressure - which could potentially creating some future expensive plumbing issues.

I had a sense he wasn't going to charge me for the appointment, since the fix was quickly resolved, however I paid him for the requested issue, and I'll most likely hire him to install a water pressure regulator for my home.

I HAVE FOUND MY NEW PLUMBER!  Josh was fantastic.  I have gone through about 6 plumbers for various jobs and I feel like I've finally got one I'm going to stick with.  They are the best!

Extremely responsive, fair prices, quality work, excellent communication.  I had a terrible leak from my faucet in my backyard.  I wanted it replaced but also I wanted the current pipe to be reinforced somehow. I took pictures of the current set up and Edwin provided me a detailed plan how to fix it.  Not only did he fix our leaking faucet but he noticed that we had another leak in our main valve.  We got both updated in a few hours . Great work! It's hard to find a good plumber but When you find one it makes life a hell of a lot easier.  We will be going back to Edwin for our water conditioner install and a sink addition in the backyard.   I normally don't leave a review unless there's a compelling reason to do so.  These guys deserved a review!

I've used Crandall's in the past and thought their work was fine, good customer service as they were friendly and answered my questions and that was why I called them first when this issue come about. The issue was, my tenant called and stated that an odor coming from the toilet, she did not know where or what was causing the smell but said it happened when they used the toilet. Crandall's was able to send someone out later that day, which was a plus. Overall the plumber was not able to determine what was causing the odor and had recommendations on possible fixes. The estimate was $1,888 to do the following: flush all the pipes (basically washing the insides of the pipes clean), removing and resetting the toilet, and smoke test. If I had decided to go with that, there was no guarantee that those fixes would get rid of the odor. I called another plumber to get a second quote and they were able to get rid of the odor by pulling the toilet and installing a wax ring and bolts along with removing hair from the shower (plumber said that could also be the cause of the smell) for $230. This option was much cheaper and my tenants are happy with the smell gone.

Not that Crandall's customer service was bad but I was disappointed that they were not able to determine the smell and I was charged $99 to determine what the problem was when they were not able to definitively state what it was.
