Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

Overall great experience with Kristopher and KNC Plumbing.  I had a minor issue with a detached vent for my water heater.  I reached out to a few plumbers via Yelp and KNC was very responsive and available to come out the next day.  I was provided some guidelines on what the expected cost might be, which I appreciated as most others who responded did not provide that immediately upfront.  Kristopher came out as scheduled, confirmed it would be a relatively easy fix, and was very personable, kindly answering my questions and taking the time to explain things to my satisfaction.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Fantastic work, Jesse came to our place late at 9 pm and got what we needed done fast, and even drove 30 min away to get the parts needed to fix our toilet! We were trying to install a bidet and damaged our toilet but he was able to fix the toilet AND install it for us at an extremely affordable price. Overall great and fast experience and I would use his service again when needed.

So I woke up Sunday morning and I walked out into my hallway and my hardwood floors felt kind of funny. I took a few more steps and I could hear a sloshing sound coming from underneath the hardwood floors, I figured well that doesn't sound good... I tracked the issue back to what was my water heater which had sprung a leak. So I started calling around to see if anyone can help me out. Matt called me back right away and came out within 5 minutes. It helps that he lives in the neighborhood. He was already booked for that day, but he still helped out by shutting off the water and draining the water heater so that it wouldn't leak anymore. He came back the next morning and installed the new water heater super quick and repaired a leaky laundry drain. I still have several plumbing projects that need to be taken care of around the house and Matt will be coming by finish them up this weekend. He had to shuffle some things around in order to fix my emergency items today and I really appreciate that and will welcome him back to finish the remaining work. I wouldn't do that if I thought that he was a bad service provider.

Mike is a wonderful plumber. He actually describes how your plumbing works and what it takes to fix it.  Very fair prices, prompt & reliable.  PS His son is a great plumber too!

Have used them for years.  Recently unplugged a toilet for me.  Took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again.  Came on time as promised and took his shoes off when entering my home.  Reasonable prices also.  Used to be Joe's Plumbing I think.  Great local service.

I had a major water piping problem. My house is old so the piping is old too.
The pipe for the water going out of the house was eroded.  This caused my kitchen sink to back up constantly.  Robert ran a camera and discovered the problem.  Plus I had previous work done on the sewer which was not done properly.   Robert had to explain to me step by step the work which had to be done. Needless to say I was having a meltdown.  It was a major repair.  They had to jack hammer 75ft of concrete to place the pipe.  Then come back to pour new concrete.  It took about 4 days to complete the work.   All during that time the bathroom was up and running.  One day only was I not able to use the kitchen sink.  My experience was all good working with Robert and his staff.  I appreciate working with a company that knows what they are doing.

Top notch service!  Why can't everyone run a business this way?!  Belmont Pluming is professional, timely, and congenial.  I am totally comfortable with their employees and complete services are performed expediently and in good form!  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Renee in the office and Chandler in the field.  Not that I want to need plumbing services anytime, soon, but making their acquaintance again will be a pleasure!

Working with Kody was a dream. Responsive. Great communicator. Reliable. Flexible to my schedule. Went above and beyond. I purchased a home that had a bad tub spout... after talking with Kody, he contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was under warranty. He had the item sent to my home and followed up with the installation once it arrived. He's polite, on time and does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and the potential risks. His pricing is more than fair and in fact, matches the estimate he provided. Great guy, great service.

Absolute scam! Daniel came 7 days ago to fix AC. Had cool air for a day. Charged $88. 7 days later AC completely out. Called for service and Derrick came out. Derrick proceeds to tell me we probably have a leak in the old system and would need Freon. That Freon isn't available anymore but it in reality it is (r410a). We would need leak detection and new piping.  Condenser wasn't working and we would be better off getting new unit to tune of $17,000!!!  But would have to meet with sales manager. Had another ac repairman come today. He replaced the Freon  (which he said was probably leaked by the first technician and Nexgen is notorious for these outrageous tactics to get customers to buy new units!) STAY CLEAR OF NEXGEN!!

And I can assure you, Bill, that is exactly how you operate!  Explain the $17 grand quote and the maintenance package offered for $2600. When I said it was too much, the quote dropped to half.  Derrick said he would put us down for 3 condensers instead of the 6 we have. Unethical business!!

Cory is professional and prompt. He came out on a weekend over the holidays to find our mainline water leak. We really appreciated his efforts to get our issue fixed as quickly as possible, at a price significantly below the other quote we received. He shared back helpful photos and stands behind his work. Carlos and his team did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. The shower in our master bathroom was completely backed up. My husband called and made an appointment. While Carlos did have some unforeseen circumstances occur prior to our appointment, he was was professional and called ahead of time made sure we found a time and date that worked to reschedule. Once he arrived they attempted to clear it out using the jet for a good 15, 20 minutes. He even tried it again once my husband was home and gave us the option to try with a thicker snake prior to plan B, hydro jetting. After the hydro jetting was complete, Carlos showed us video footage from the process which put us more at ease that the pipe was clear.

Definitely recommend and will use I Love Sewers for our future plumbing needs!

Stephens Plumbing was able to fix our heaters and assist us install new thermostats.  Their technician Pancho was friendly, knowledgable, responsive and helpful.  He diagnosed the problems with heaters and was patient and knowwledgeable regarding our new smart thermostats.  i'd highly recommend Stephen's Plumbing and Heating!

I've been squeezed in as both the last and first stops of the day because he honestly cares about his customers. The best.

I called four plumbers, Olson's was the only one to return my call. He quoted a price and gave me a time of arrival.  My clogged line was promptly cleared and the price was exactly as quoted. Very pleased with service, oh and still have not got one other call back. Highly recommend !!!

Great service!  My kitchen sink was backed up, so I called this place.  They sent out a guy, Jerry, who showed up on time and did a very thorough job.  Jerry was very nice, efficient (funny) and really tested and re-tested the sink to make sure that it was clear.  He spent his time and explained everything to me...I would call them again, they were really wonderful.
