Best Home Building in Long Beach CA
Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget. They are very competitive and you can really trust them! We are planning on converting our garage into ADU next year and there is no hesitation it will be with them.

Great professional service!!! Matt is very knowledgeable and reliable!!! I've had him work on our house, out son's house and my brother's house. Always shows up when he says he will and always fixes the problem!!! Plus he always leaves the place clean after he's done. Did I mention his rates are really great compared to other plumbers I've used in the past!!!

Wouldn't call anyone else to fix a flooded toilet at dusk on a burning hot summers day. Henry is the man!

We've used Bigos Plumbing a couple times now and they've been awesome! Our faucet needed to be replaced and then a part in our toilet. They called and found out the toilet part was under warranty, so we only paid for labor. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues!

Great Job for a Fair Price
In May of 2023, Repipe Pro repiped our six-unit apartment building. The 55 year-old galvanized steel pipes needed to be replaced. We decided on K copper in the ground and PEX-A and L copper above ground.
We wanted to move the water heater in each unit from the kitchen into an outdoor enclosure where it would be easy to install the drain for the pressure relief valve. And there was a seventh water heater in the laundry room that needed to be moved into the storage area.
We wanted to install sub-meters for the laundry and irrigation as well as one for each unit.
Because we wanted to have cool water with maximum pressure for the irrigation water supply, we did not want the irrigation water passing through the attic. That meant that there was a total of 250 feet of trenching that needed to be dug.
Before we found Art Hovsepian and Repipe Pro, we interviewed estimators from eight plumbing companies. Most estimators' faces fell when we said we wanted 250 feet of trenching and 7 water heaters moved. One company said they would not bid because what I wanted would cost so much: Art's bid was less than half.
Art's response to my asking for 250 feet of trenching and relocation of 7 water heaters was 'why not include sub-meters?'
The contract that Art gave me was in plain English and included all of the points we had discussed. Other plumbing companies had expected us to sign incomplete contracts which failed to specify materials or which made no mention of moving water heaters.
Adis and his great team finished the trenching in about two days.
They started the interior repiping of 3 units on the third day. A water pipe entered each apartment and went to the attic. From the attic, water pipes passed through interior wall spaces to each plumbing fixture. For each faucet set and toilet, the plumbers had to make one or two holes about one foot square in the walls. Making holes in the walls produced dust and debris. To protect the tenants' belongings from the dust and debris, the plumbers covered everything with plastic sheeting. By the end of the fourth day,
the first 3 units had hot and cold water from the new water pipes. On the fifth day, they completed the repiping of the remaining three units, the irrigation and the laundry room. Our electrician was unavailable to reconnect the first three water heaters, so Art asked an electrician friend to step in on short notice.
On the following day, which was a Saturday, Adis and two colleagues buried the outdoor water pipes and replaced the sod. Also on Saturday as a special favor to one of the tenants, one of the patchers filled in all the holes in the walls of their apartment.
On the following Monday through Thursday, the walls of the remaining five units were patched. They did a great job.
At the end of every day, all apartments had hot and cold water.
Also Art recommended Edgar who did a beautiful job patching the concrete in the parking area.

I had a plumbing issue and I contacted Ricardo, I was provided a quote along with a separate quote to rebuild the damaged area. Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.
