So I Had an 18 year old water heater that was leaking from the bottom I'm sure because of how old it was A friend referred me to Steven and I am very happy with the work he did. he took care of my water heater problem & my water damage problem as well. Bottom line up front:  Western Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing do exceptional work and are uniquely responsive to customer needs.  This was an Easy 5 star rating.  I will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others in the future without hesitation.

Now the down and dirty details:  Last Sunday I was cooking breakfast and heard a very long, loud what sounded like a water drip.  I investigated and found something was leaking from my downstairs bathroom exhaust fan cover, directly into the toilet (sometimes a little luck is a good thing I suppose).  After a little troubleshooting found that it was leaking from the master bathroom and the shower in our guest bathroom.  Definitely time to call in professionals.

My daughter had work done with Western in the past and highly recommended them to me.  I called last Sunday, mid-afternoon and left a message.  Within the hour, Rick returned my call and scheduled an appointment for Monday.

Upon arrival, Frank diagnosed the problem but unfortunately due to the COVID situation parts were not available late enough in the day to correct the problem.  Understand completely that within the tight quarters required to make the fix, not something you want to leave partially completed, waiting for parts and quite likely rendering all the upstairs facilities inoperable.  A temporary fix was put in place allowing us to shower that evening.  The following morning Rick and Frank were on the job and shortly had the leak permanently fixed.  While some sheetrock needed to be removed to correct the problem causing the normal messiness that sheet rock and especially wet sheet rock can cause, the work area was appropriately covered prior to working and thoroughly clean after the job was complete.

Called Rubio's plumbing in the morning, set up a time for them to come out and look at a few jobs I needed taken care of. Daniel came out promptly at the scheduled time. Reviewed the work needed. Quoted a very reasonable price, once agreed upon got to work. Was efficient, clean and very personable. I will be using Rubio's in the near future as we have additional work we want to get done. I HIGHLY recommend Rubio's!

We live in a house built in 1929... still have the original beautiful farmhouse sink in our kitchen... with the not so beautiful and original plumbing.
Our kitchen sink has the original faucet handles with gaskets that were so worn that the water ran 24/7. We called Belmont Plumbing to fix the faucet, swap out several water spigots on our property, and a install a toilet kit.
The Belmont Plumbing team came out and assessed the job. It turned out to be a two day job given that the kitchen sink faucet handles were rare and required a special type of gasket. Day one, the team was able to address the exterior spigots but have to return date to to install the new toilet kit and kitchen sink gaskets.
All of the installations are functioning absolutely perfect and we are delighted with the results that Belmont plumbing performed.
Living in an old house with original plumbing means that there is constantly some type of a plumbing issue occurring. We're delighted that we found Belmont plumbing and look forward to working with them in the future!

This is the worst local business in Signal Hill. I've lived here for 13 years and always support local businesses. Today, December 27, 2013, I was helped by a tall skinny dude (with black metal framed glasses) working the counter and basically he lost a $100 sale because he does not understand good customer service will bring clients back to purchase even more supplies. Seriously, I'll never go back to support this local business, and I will make sure to let my neighbors and friends know to avoid this business. For my plumbing supplies, I'll gladly give my business back to Home Depot or Lowes. Note to Owner: Fire the guy at the counter...he's terrible!! Make Carlos in charge of working with the customers only.

Daniel's Plumbing installed washer and dryer hookups in my condo which were not there before. Working with them was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, all the guys were knowledgable, efficient, and super responsive. I was so impressed with their work and I'm so happy with the finished product. I was referred to them by a friend and now I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I agree, call another plumber.  My charge for 15 minutes was $250 to change a $15 part. They are not ethical and will take your money at the first chance they can. I have spent thousands of dollars working with this plumber as they are the preferred vendor of my HOA.  On top of the issues I already mentioned, they cannot often do the job correctly the first time and have to return of course with more help which means more money. Run as fast as you can from this plumber. I'm selling my condo in order not to deal with the HOA and this plumber of choice.
