Best Gas Furnace Repair in Long Beach CA

I am so glad we picked NexGen and could not recommend them more highly! We recently bought a house and needed someone to remove Asbestos, replace ducts, and we also wanted air conditioning installed. We were nervous about finding the right people to do such a big job. NexGen went above and beyond in every way--they came out to do an estimate within a day of us calling and had their crew in two days later and the entire job done in a day and a half. We were shocked at how efficient they were! They quoted us a price right in line with what we were expecting from what we were quoted during our house inspection and that was nice confirmation that they were giving us a fair price. They were thorough and went above and beyond with little details (cleaning up carefully after themselves, explaining each step to us) and major ones. We received text messages and emails every step of the way and couldn't be happier with how things turned out. They're also a family and local operation, so it felt good supporting a company like NexGen. Book them--you will not regret it!

Just love these guys. Always polite, very professional and knowledgeable and timely. They had their masks on at all times. I've been using their services for multiple issues over the years and never had a problem. Highly recommended.

Stephens plumbing/heating IS AWESOME! They came out and diagnosed our heater issue and it was fixed within 1.5 hours. I called this morning and the gentleman said a tech would be here within the hour. He was! Tech showed up promptly. Mask on, very helpful and polite. Thumbs up.

I've been so sick of my kitchen faucet leaking and the cost of getting it fixed over and over again by poor and untrustworthy plumbers, nearly every few months I had a new plumber in my house and nearly every one of them were rude and impatient (one required me to ask them to leave as they started cussing in front of my 16 yo daughter).
Finally, I found Frans on nextdoor and took my chances.

Never have I felt so comfortable with a contractor. He treated us like family and still did the job incredibly professional. He kept the job clean (unlike many of the others before) and did it in a timely manner. It's been six months and the faucet has been like new. As a water conservation advocate, it was so stressful seeing the amount of water that have been wasted.

I have an AC leaking water. I contacted NexGen. They gave me a quick appointment. Ryan and his coworker (I don't have his name at the moment) did a great job explaining what they were doing and what to expect. They gave me estimates of what they do. I liked the service and I highly recommend!

Hot day and of course AC stopped working! Between my wife and kids complaining,  I had to do something.  I call 4 different places and no luck. I called Complete plumbing and heating  and they saved me! Mike J ( owner) was out in 45 min, checked the AC unit and right away knew the problem.  In less than an hour my AC was working again and for a good price.  Thank you again Mike! I will keep your card handy and recommend you to anyone I know who needs your service.

I used Cornett to get a new water heater in my house.  The water heater was in the worst possible place.  Tucked away in a tiny corner, behind under appliances, any plumber's nightmare.  Brian came to my house and did a phenomenal job.  He spent the day working on it, and my new one works way better than the old.  This guy did a helluva job.  If Brian comes to your house, consider yourself lucky, as he knows everything, will give you an honest, detailed opinion, and will work hard like a true professional.

Definitely recommend Cornett to anyone who's got a tough job or wants an honest opinion.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Our A/C went out last Saturday and was still out on Sunday. I messaged Absolute Airflow and Victor responded almost immediately. He came out the next day on Monday. With-in 30 minutes our air was back on! These guys are GREAT! Professional, friendly and explained to us AND SHOWED US what happened. So cool! They also recommended we have it cleaned out/cleaned up (it is really dirty inside). We will have them back next month to clean it for us.

This company is totally professional. Recently I had a new water heater put in, also needing new valves since the valves to my toilets and sinks were from 1969 and completely frozen. They also installed a new kitchen faucet since mine was a mess, which had been installed long before I got here. I was afraid of plumbing issues in this building, knowing I wanted to be hyper-responsible and do the right thing, but stymied by how much that would cost and how bad I KNOW the pipes are in this building. Rick came out and gave me the estimate. He was a wonderful introduction to this new company I was trusting because other local plumbers were afraid of (or not licensed) doing work on a 4th floor in a condo building. Bob, who trained under Rick, did most of the work that day. He was a great human being and helped me to understand more about the plumbing in my unit. Turns out we had a little problem due to a seal on one of the toilets that caused a leak downstairs. Advanced Mechanical (Bob) came back that night and fixed it. Every single person I dealt with in this company had a great attitude, was kind, patient and wanted to make it a good experience for me. I can't recommend them highly enough and I know for sure I will use them in the future when I have another plumbing issue.

I needed a plumber for my clients who just purchased a home and Mulhearn was so quick to respond and go out to give an estimate. Once we received the keys he immediately was available to perform the work for my clients. Such amazing customer service! So happy I was able to find him.

Hold onto your wallet.  Needed outside faucet repaired, charged $500 for less than 1 hour work.

they wanted to charge me $600 for a repair that cost me $35 to do it myself.  It took me less than an hour to fix.  I believe in profit, but that's ridiculous!
They gave me an estimate for $600 to replace/rebuild a pilot valve on a wall furnace. I took out the part myself(15 minutes) and brought it to a local plumbing store. They sold me a pilot assembly for $35. Installed it(15 minutes), done, fixed. They also gave me an estimate for a new 25,000 btu wall furnace, $1650. I went to Home Depot, priced out a 35,000 btu furnace for less than $600. It might have taken me an hour to install. And I'm no handyman!
These guys are rip offs. I called them before writing this to see if there is any good explanation for this price gouging, and they never called me back to stand up for themselves.

Update 10/31/15: Called for service again due to another back up and this time Guillermo came out. Felt bad as its a saturday and not to mention halloween. Guillermo was friendly, professional, courteous and super chill. These guys really know what they're doing and their level of work clearly shows this. They clearly got the proper training not just in their trade but in their customer service skills as well. Guillermo was awesome! Thanks guys.
