Best Gas Furnace Repair in Long Beach CA

I called NexGen to service my Gas Furnace. The technician by the name of Roger Cuadra came out and what a great person he was. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. I felt no pressure. I'm a senior on a fixed income and he was so kind to wave the service charge. He deserves 10 stars

Outstanding, reliable, consistent, quick service and repair.  they don't try to upsell you on parts and labor; they take care of what needs to be done.  Renee gets back to you right away, Matt always enters my house with clean feet and a kind and helpful attitude.  Both sent our family a condolence card in response to a death in the family; such a community and gracious extra mile to go for customers...they get it...I'd always call them first and I'd always trust them and believe their judgement with  repairs.

I was having an clog issue in my kitchen sink so I needed a plumber.  At first, I contacted a different plumbing company who sent a liar and a scam artist that told me I need $30K of work before contacting the Stephens Plumbing company.  I am so happy that I called Stephens Plumbing. Once Stephens sent their plumber Luis out, he did an outstanding job. Luis quickly figured out the issue and gave multiple options to fix the problem with reasonable estimates.  He explained the benefits of each option and helped me select the right choice for my issue and budget.  Luis did such a good job fixing the kitchen clog issue that I had him fix of some other minor plumbing issues in my home's bathrooms.  He installed a new fixture in my bathroom and it works great. I liked that Stephens Plumbing is honest and no pressure.  After dealing with the first plumbing company that was dishonest, it was refreshing to have an experience where Stephens Plumbing got to the point, no BS and they didn't try to scare me into expensive unnecessary repair work.  I plan to use Stephens Plumbing in the future if I need any other plumbing work done on my townhome.  I am very satisfied with their work and the overall experience.

Let me just say that Shane (owner) goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent a solid hour and a half going through our house while I voiced my concerns and he was extremely thorough to say the least.

Shane is extremely patient with you, as long as you're not a total knob of course haha, and he works with you in every which way. I want to emphasize the patience portion, because I've had some timing conflicts on my part that have disrupted his schedule and he's handled them with grace and I very much appreciate that because I have a lot going on right now.

He got us our quote the same day and was available to start work the following week, almost immediately. I will update as he's able to finish our home within the next couple of weeks, but alas we're going to be experiencing some horrible weather so it looks like all of the projects I have for him will be postponed for a sunnier day.

Fingers crossed that I found the plumber of my dreams, because lord knows we can all use an honest and reliable long-term plumber in our lives! Happy yelping and stay dry!

I really enjoyed working with Omar's Plumbing. He was very professional and very fast to resolve our needs. We needed a whole house gas Repiping. And Omar and his crew went in there and handle it like true Pros. They were were very humble hard working men and I admire business with that ethics. This was such a positive experience working with the plumber, Kevin. He and his co-worker cleared out area drains on our property. I am the manager for Beachwood Village Apartments and we had some serious drainage problems from the many pine trees here on our property. The prior estimate I got from another company wanted THREE times the rate. Kevin was so professional and courteous and they both did an excellent job. I will be using Kevin, specifically for all of my future mainline plumbing issues. I highly recommend Coast Plumbing. Just a really smooth and good experience.

When calling the company for my main line clog, Cathy was the one who arranged the appointment. She was very nice and got the technicians to come by in one hour.

Dave and Jeff arrived on time and was extremely helpful. They did the great job explaining clearly the issues, cleaning the main line and having it all fixed.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Note: they do not work with Property Management companies. The home owner is in Europe and we are fully in charge of managing the house.  They want to call the owner for approvals. That is why the owner hired us for. If you are a Prop Management Company you can skip  Absolute Air Flow.  They picked up the phone quick and the lady was nice, but do not waste time calling

Recently plumber Bob changed out the faucet in our kitchen sink. We showed Bob the new faucet and he took it from there. Bob was expedient and courteous. Mr. Mulhearn installed a Toilette today, he was very spare of speech, very focused, but friendly and fast.   The job was tidy, and he gave some advice at the end on saving the box, and usage of the fixture.   Would i use again?  Yes!

I don't understand these reviews. They were on time. Addressed all concerns. Clean and neat. Friendly and polite. I'll call them every time. I can only imagine the people who were pleased didn't post.

Clay and his team did a great job with my backed up sewer line. The work was hassle free and all done from the outside of my home. The team communicated well and was on-time as promised. They worked tirelessly to unclog the system and provide a 90-day warranty on the work. Clay was very professional and had the standard Covid-19 safety precautions in place.
