Our A/C unit stopped working, Jason came out right away and assessed the situation and gave us some options. He was very efficient and recommended the best option to save money and get the unit up and running quickly. When the weather got cold, I tried turning on our old school floor heater. Nothing. I had it serviced a year ago, so I called the guy who did that work. Crickets. Not even a return call to tell me he was too busy, etc. After calling a bunch of plumbing and heating companies,, I found that very few, if any, still work on floor heaters. Luckily, I found Belmont Plumbing. I spoke to Renee, who told me they were swamped with work, but promised to put me on the list and get to me as soon as they could. Renee call me today and told me Matt was available and he was there not too long after. He checked the heater and determined  all it needed was a new thermostat, which he had with him. Within an hour, my heater was up and running again. I appreciate that  Matt observed COVID-19 precautions and did the work in a highly professional manner. I will use Belmont Plumbing for any future work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.

Our rental house had AC problem and got an estimate from SoCal Plumbing, Heating Andy AC. Tenant was told that the AC was sooooo old that it has to be replaced and gave a quote for $9,000.00. But if we wanted to fix the problem, it would cost $2600.00.  
My husband ended up calling Stevens plumbing and heating and Pablo came out that same day and told us that the AC was 2 years old! He fixed the leak and added more Freon. AC is working well and the price was totally reasonable!  Waaaaaaay less than the other quote we got. Thanks Pablo! We'll definitely call you again!

Several years ago, Shane installed our new heating and air conditions system.  We were quoted a great price for installation.  This is a 90 year old house, and no one had ever installed air conditioning. So this was such a treat for us and the system has worked flawlessly ever since.

This year our water heater went out, and we called Shane.  He installed a new tankless water heater, which has provided us with an endless supply of hot water.  Shane is always very pleasant to deal with.  We will use his services for future plumbing needs!

I had a large gas leak and had to shut my gas off. I called 4 different plumbers and went with Omar. Not only was Omar the most reasonably priced but he was the most thorough and knowledgeable of the situation. He also helped me with other water plumbing issues in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend Omar.

Our service porch sink started leaking from a worn out nut. Coast came early the following day, evaluated the problem and suggested a number of options. The sink was fixed and the drainage lines were also cleared quickly that morning.

The technician was very friendly and helpful and explained what he was doing as he went along. Coast did a great job of getting our sink going again.

Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. Stop looking anywhere else - Cornett Plumbing and Heating is so awesome - we had another heating company tell us that we basically had to replace the entire heating assembly of our furnace ($$$) - well Dale from Cornett diagnosed that we needed one part, he replaced it and saved us hundreds of dollars (plus we have heat again!!)! We recently replaced our roof and decided to completely replace our insulation in the attic and re-duct everything to make sure we were getting the best air quality through out the house.

Consultation:

David quickly came out to inspect what we needed and broke down our options. Initially I had an issue with my heater constantly shutting off and resetting and when they came out for my free consultation they knew exactly what was wrong with it. Explained everything thoroughly which is a sign they knew what they were doing. No gimmicks just facts. We signed on to completely replace everything and at a reasonable price.

Installation:

Professional and clean. Thank heavens. We couldn't be anymore happy with their workmanship and professionalism. Always cleaned up after each day, took their time in making sure everything was done properly. When you have someone in your home you want to make sure you don't feel like you have to look over their shoulders all the time and we never once had to do that. Chris and Tanner were completely professional, always explained everything they were doing each day, couldn't be anymore happier. A job well done!

Jonathan did a great job with my 2 toilet replacements. I solicited several quotes and Advanced Mechanical Contractors responded quickly, provided a competitive quote, and had availability. My Long Beach condo building also uses Advanced Mechanical Contractors (AMC) as their go-to plumber.
I think all of the work was completed in less than 3.5 hours? We had some challenging space constraints to troubleshoot. Jonathan also got a helper to come and take the old toilets (and even the packaging and trash that the toilets were shipped in) - lots of trips from my 4th floor condo to their van outside. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and AMC for future work.

I called Mulhearn Plumbing to fix a plumbing problem. He came out right away, gave me a quote and went to work. He was very honest, the price was reasonable and found the problem right away and fixed it.   The problem was from the prior plumber (not hired by me as this was a new home purchase) who fixed a plumbing issue and left a rag in the pipe before sealing the pipe. The plumber who did that, would not even come out and see why the plumbing stopped working after he fixed it. This is why you need a plumber you can trust like Mr. Mulhearn.

Emergency plumbing situations are the worst, but Horacio (sorry if I misspelled that ), was the absolute best I could've asked for. He was helpful, answered all 159+ of my questions, respectful, neat, and solved my problem! Thank you Pete's and Horacio!

Pete Fer Plumbing is the best ever. Today they quickly repaired the dishwasher air gap. The Carter family has been relying on Pete Fer Plumbing for over 40 years and is always amazed at their pride in workmanship, pricing, and superior knowledge in the industry.

Just a heads up...they never got to my place to fix anything.  I had a leak coming from some pipes related to the heater from my ceiling.  My HOA has us call them in case of emergency.  The water was leaking really fast so I called them 10 mins to 8.  When they called back the plumber who was on call was insistent that if he heads over at that very minute then the first hour is $150 then $80 after.  I asked if that was really necessary because by the time he got there it will be 8 and that's when he would normally start.  He reinforced it will be $150 the first hour none the less.  OK, that was a hill I did not want to die on.  

Next, I start getting a lectured abut what is and is not my responsibility when it comes to plumbing problems of the HOA.  Again, I stated I will worry about it later as I am pretty sure it's the pipes from the heater (my responsibility) in the ceiling as this can be a common problem but that I won't know if it's the HOA's or my responsbility until he can have a look at it.  By this point it was almost 8 so I said I would call back after 8 to the regular line and make an appointment with them.  Instead, I called a company over in Anaheim known as Debinaire, who actually helped replace a lot of parts to the heater not related to the pipes before and  who were very good and nice to deal with on the phone and in person prior.

So I don't know what kind of work they actually do but this experience goes to show that people skills and being fair/reasonable can help make or break if someone uses you for business even in emergency situations.

Two Words Amateur Plumbers this kid had to return several days later to repair a water leak. My counters were damaged and they didn't seem to care either. It's a shame. This company was decent in the past years. I should've called Norwalk La Mirada plumbing. Instead I called Downey plumbing. Never again. To top it off they audacity to ask for a 5 star review on yelp. REALLY ?!!!!
