Best Gas Furnace Installation in Long Beach CA

Our AC system is 20+ years old and we are worried about the potential leaking since I saw a watermark up in the attic space. Adrian came and checked around all the equipment. He didn't immediately advocate for a complete replacement like we had experienced with other companies in the past. Instead, he just let us know the risk of keeping the existing system and explained different options to repair it, and fully leave the decision to us. If I'm going to repair or replace our system, I'll for sure go with NexGen HAVC & Plumbing.

We used this company three times and are pleased with them. They were on time and notified us of their arrival 1/2 hour before. This last time we had them, two fellows ( sorry, don't know their names) were competent and the job was finished.
It was a simple fix, (the out door pilot light for the water heater went out and no hot water), but it was done. One of the plumbers was perplexed and concerned because he could not figure out why it had even occurred. We appreciated his concern and honesty. Yes, we will hire them again. Thanks guys!

Shane replaced my 45 year old wall heater today after searching for replacement parts that were too expensive to buy. He found a new heater comparable in size and durability to the old one and installed it with quality workmanship.  Shane has a respect for old products and will do smaller house jobs that other companies turn down because they want to make money off of only big jobs.

I just had a couple of large projects completed by Crandall's.

I needed a slab repipe (copper in slab had slow leak, I've know this for a while).  Crandall's repiped my house with Pex.  Pex is great stuff.  I also had them add a tankless water heater and recirculation system since we were repiping through the walls and ceiling.  I love my recirc and tankless!

And I added an EWS whole house softening system ( I asked, they did not upsell).  

All of it is working great.  No more slab leak, instant hot water, endless hot water (teenagers!) and I can drink the water out of the faucet (too yucky before).  Thanks for the great job, Crandall's!!

Ron from Complete Plumbing did a great job in repairing a pipe leak in my home.  It was a complex leak, that required quite a bit of investigative work to locate it.  I was also very appreciative of how clean and tidy he left each of the work areas.  I highly recommend Complete Plumbing due to their great work and outstanding professionalism of their plumbers and staff!  Included are before and after photos.

I've used Cornett for the past 5 years while I was renting out my house in Torrance, and could always count on them to be quick, efficient and reasonable. Wish I had found them while I was still living there!  Now I'm selling and needed some work to fix up the plumbing.  Roger came, installed new kitchen and shower fixtures.  He saw one part for the tub was the wrong brand, so went to the supply house and brought back the right one.  How many people would do that??  He had to come back the following morning, turned up on time and worked unsupervised to finish the job, then called me to review what he had done.  I will strongly recommend them to the buyers.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

When we bought our home in Lakewood last August, the home inspector recommended adding insulation to the attic. We didn't really think much about it until December, when we noticed the heater was kicking on a lot. I looked in the attic and we had only a thin layer of the pink rolled insulation in between each joist.

When I asked for recommendations on the Lakewood Community Facebook page, Absolute Airflow was recommended by several people. I contacted 3 highly rated local insulation companies for quotes, and Absolute Airflow was the only one that sent a person out to my house to actually look at the job before giving me a price. John explained what we needed and gave me different options. The other 2 places just gave me a price based on square footage, which is probably fine for this type of job, but I appreciated Absolute Airflow taking the time to come out and see if there would be any factors that would lead to a higher price.

The guys that came out the next day to spray the insulation in the attic were friendly and did the job in no time. They brought a vacuum to clean up after themselves. All the Absolute Airflow guys were patient with my 75 lb excitable pitbull as well, which is a must for me. The attic looks like it has a nice thick layer of white snow, and our heater is kicking on much less frequently.

I would definitely recommend Absolute Airflow for your insulation needs, and when our air conditioner or furnace needs service I plan to call them for that as well!

Jonathan did a great job with my 2 toilet replacements. I solicited several quotes and Advanced Mechanical Contractors responded quickly, provided a competitive quote, and had availability. My Long Beach condo building also uses Advanced Mechanical Contractors (AMC) as their go-to plumber.
I think all of the work was completed in less than 3.5 hours? We had some challenging space constraints to troubleshoot. Jonathan also got a helper to come and take the old toilets (and even the packaging and trash that the toilets were shipped in) - lots of trips from my 4th floor condo to their van outside. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and AMC for future work.

We contacted Pete's Plumbing for the first time based on their great Yelp reviews. Frank came to our house to do a free assessment - he was very knowledgeable and offered a creative solution for replacing our water heater and raising it off the ground per our request. We also asked him to include several smaller plumbing projects throughout the house. We received the quote and gave the Ok to proceed. Frank, Horacio and David arrived on schedule and were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Everyone made sure all aspects of the job were done just right and they went above and beyond by helping and accommodating special requests such as allowing us to repaint the wall before installation. We required some follow-up due to the lead time on some parts so Frank came back to take care of all remaining items. We highly recommend them!

I had an emergency major leak from broken pipe relative to kitchen sink plumbing.  The repair was made successfully the same day.  
The plumber, Anthony, was diligent and professional.  He did not have all parts on the truck but I had a unique pipe need for conection to dishwasher so that is totally understandable.  Had to leave to get part but the job was completed with shiny new black pipes and very secure looking silver things to reinforce adhesive connectors.  Way to go, Anthony, thank you.

I was over charged for the replacement of my kitchen sink faucet.

This plumber charged me for 1 3/4 hours for labor of which perhaps 20 minutes were for plumbing labor.

The faucet cost $100 and parts were approximately $35 plus tax and the total bill was $355.

Labor was charged at $100 per hour for 1 3/4 hours. When he went to get a new faucet, instead of going to Home Dept. which is 2 blocks from me, I have no idea where he went for approximately  1 1/2  hours.

I feel like I was robbed!!!!!

Both our bathrooms toilets and showers stopped up today.   Called Downey Plumbing ( have used them for over 30 years).  Marcos and his assistant showed up on time. Did a great job while explaining problem .Great work reasonable price! I highly recommend Downey Plumbing Heating and Air.
