After research and comparison of work and cost we selected Kristopher to install a whole house filter system for us.

He gave detailed recommendation of how the system should be installed and followed through.

The work was professional and extremely clean looking. Instead of simply proposing to install the system at a location I proposed, he was able to improve the installation by recommending items that made logical sense for me being able to service the system easier in the future; mounting angle of the UV part of the system, better valves , bypass cal led for fully controlling various new copper lines he ran to and from the system.

Our hot water went out in the shower.  Contacted this company and had an immediate response.  They sent Ralph to my place within the hour. The problem was quickly identified.  The item that needed to be replaced was no longer being made. Ralph took the time to find a replacement part so we didn't need to get an entire 1200 dollar job done. All in all, I was very pleased with Ralph.  He is very kind, personable and competent.  Will use again.

Put out a Quote Request through Yelp and Luis was the first to respond with a very reasonable price.  Needed help connecting new vanity sink drain to existing cast iron waste drain stub-out.  There are many things I can do, but plumbing is not one of them!  Spent about 45 minutes looking at Home Depot and couldn't figure out an easy solution.

Luis showed up on-time (within 9-10AM window) and knew what he needed to get to do the job properly.  He gave off a very polite and humble demeanor, and finished the plumbing task in about an hour - he needed to run to the local hardware store to get specialty reducer.

Overall, I am glad our paths crossed and would be more than happy to hire Urgent LA Plumbing again - if future plumbing needs arise.

I Google searched for the best plumbing services in my area and one of them came up under Mattucci plumbing. I called for a request of services that I need done in my home on March 9, 2023. I was informed to send pictures of the shower head and sink faucet that I'd like to have replace. I didn't hear back from now them until a week later.  The owner of the company Mr. Matucci answers the phone. he tells me did you receive the estimate I informed him no he said oh I'll send it to you you have to agree first before we commit to doing the job total job would cost almost $700. Although I thought it was a little high I agreed to his  terms. I believe he didn't think I would go for his rate because he sound surprised and stunned over the phone, so he decided to give me his availabilities date for servicing my request And he made it clear that it had to be done on their days that they want their time that they want not the consumer who's paying for the service so if you have previous engagements on the days that he wanted you'd have to change your other scheduled engagements. After feeling pressured and belittled by Mr. Mattucci I decided to use a different plumbing service which turned out to be the best Decision I made. The price was half the cost and very professional best service ever by Moreno's plumbing. Moreno's treat you as a human being with professionalism without Price gouging you. If you need a plumbing service that's reliable and it's there for you as a consumer try Moreno's plumbing you won't be disappointed. I don't usually do reviews but had to give Chris a great review for the great job he did. I had a clog from my son flushing a toy down the toilet. It caused a backup in both of my bathrooms. Had 2 other plumbing services try to fix it but couldn't. One of them was going to charge us an arm and a leg and told us they would have to break up the floor to get to the clog. So I called Chris to see what he could do. And he was able to snake it through the first time. He saved us lots of money and gave us a reasonable price. Thank you Chris for your work and honesty.

I called Graham Plumbing for a toilet installation. Scott was very professional and accommodating in scheduling an appointment. Kyle installed the toilet this morning flawlessly and on time. I am happy with the service. Will call them again for future needs

Since the business changed hands to the 3 young new owners, prices went up with it. As an example, for a 3 hour, one person job, $15 in parts, I was charged $1,000. Ouch....

Woke up to water gushing out of my water heater, luckily it's outside. Called and they came over and fixed my issue that same morning. Luckily it was nothing overly complicated but the fact that they showed up so quickly was awesome.

Fast response, same day. Very accommodating & friendly. Father/son family business. Clean up after work.

Second time we have used Belmont. This time was a watersoftener issue and even though they normally don't service units not installed by them, spent about 2 hours replacing parts and left with everything working fine. A pleasure to work with.

I've had my Paine home A/C-Heating unit since 2016 and had yet to get any maintenance done.  I received an advertisement for a very reasonably priced Tune-Up, and so I called NexGen to schedule the service.  David T came to our Cypress home to perform the service.  I received an excellent value-David inspected the entire system (in garage and backyard), talked me through what he was looking at and why, shared his knowledge, let me know my system is performing very well, made some suggestions about keeping my system strong and efficient, and sent me an estimate for the improvements suggested as we spoke.  He did not push to sell me anything, and in fact focused on my understanding and learning.  I hope NexGen keeps him on the team.  When I decide to add products to my system to improve its  performance or longevity, David is the one I'll call.  Great hire, NexGen!

When our main sewer line backed up we called a local plumber to come out and snake the line. The plumber advised us that our pipes were compromised by so many tree roots that we would have to replace a long section of pipe at a cost between $8,000 and $13,000. We would also have to dig up a section of our concrete driveway.
We called Pro Fix to get a second opinion. Greg and his son came out to the property the next morning. They proceeded to hydro jet the pipe at a cost of $800 in less than two hours. They even provided us with a one year warranty against the return of tree roots.
Great work at a reasonable price by honest professionals.

I reached out to Cory over text and was always very impressed by his response time. We set up an appointment for Kenny to come out and take a look. Kenny immediately explained what we needed, and was honest and professional. He had our plumbing fixed in just under two hours. If you are looking for plumbing related issues, these ARE THE GUYS!

I used to call these guys for my business all the time. They are very friendly, and their prices for repairing are very affordable. however, I don't know if they hired a new person or what? Their technician has not been showing up that I had to called another plumbing company. Last time, I had a plumbing emergency, and the man never showed up again. This was my final straw after being a dedicated customer with them. Whoever this new technician is?  They're ruining their business and reputation

We have had great experience with Stephen's Plumbing, but specifically a shout out to Galan who not once, not twice, but 3 times came to the rescue when we had some issues in our rental! He was punctual, polite, and explained all of the process to fix the problem. He helped move things and made sure everything was as clean/orderly as when the job began. On dealing with the landlord: he was efficient, proficient, and matter of fact to get all the work done-- busting up concrete, digging up old pipe, and hacking through tree roots, and now we are better than when we moved in 4 years ago! Thanks, Stephens Plumbing! We have a few smaller jobs for Galan, so we will rely on you again in the future! Great work, super nice, professional person!!

Needed a dishwasher valve replaced but no return call.

Three years ago I hired another company to upgrade my water heater and replace my toilet's water valves that had been frozen. When my brother installed a toilet for me, he forgot or didn't know about washers. Hence, there was a problem leak going into the apartment below. My neighbor was going out of the town the next day and called Gorsuch. A dark-haired man tore a huge hole in her ceiling, then said he had to see what was happening above and where it was coming from. He came up here and right off the bat called me a liar. By the time he walked from the front door to my bathroom he must have sniffed five times. My first reaction was he did a line of coke before the call. He was so rude to me. I've seen him do jobs in our building but I've never seen him like this. Without my permission he knocked a large hole in the drywall behind my toilet near the valves and a huge amount of holes under my sink in between my pipes. I said, Are you tearing holes in my wall without asking for my permission? He called me a liar again. A real professional gives Gorsuch a good name all over town I'm sure. More sniffing. I had to pay over $283 to fix the hole he tore in my neighbor's ceiling. I kept putting off fixing these drywall issues in my own, but I got the drywall, the wood slats, the screws, the tape, the big container of goop... so that perhaps I could youtube it and do it myself. Way above my capacity. Finally this last week I had someone come in and fix the hole behind the toilet. He spent hours on the holes under my sink and said the way they were demolished there is no way to fix them. Thank you Gorsuch. I called to make a complaint as my resale value went way down because  your cocained-out employee destroyed my property without asking, but plenty of attitude. The leak had nothing to do with my sink. Bad call idiot. Next time I see you I will get your name and plaster it on here. I could totally pick you out of a police line and that's where your behavior should put you. I personally think you should fix this since you broke it for no good reason. But please don't send the cocaine dude back. Thanks. Please be a bit more careful with whom you hire. He might look good but his soul is trash.

This is the worst local business in Signal Hill. I've lived here for 13 years and always support local businesses. Today, December 27, 2013, I was helped by a tall skinny dude (with black metal framed glasses) working the counter and basically he lost a $100 sale because he does not understand good customer service will bring clients back to purchase even more supplies. Seriously, I'll never go back to support this local business, and I will make sure to let my neighbors and friends know to avoid this business. For my plumbing supplies, I'll gladly give my business back to Home Depot or Lowes. Note to Owner: Fire the guy at the counter...he's terrible!! Make Carlos in charge of working with the customers only.
