Best Faucet Repair in Long Beach CA

KNC had been out to my house to install a toilet a couple of years ago. This time, my kitchen drain was backed up. KNC had the most reasonable price quote. Other local plumbers wanted upwards of twice or even three times what KNC quoted me. Kristopher arrived early and was in and out in less than half an hour. I'll definitely hit him up if I need a plumber in the future.

I'm a retired firefighter. This is my first experience with Fitzgerald Plumbing. I was very pleased with their team performance. There was a moment during the service that the team and I held a conference call with Patrick, the owner. It was creative and ultimately the perfect solution was decided upon. I would not hesitate to utilize Warren, Chris and Patrick to solve my future plumbing needs.

I was very pleased that I called Mattucci Plumbing.  I had a slow draining sink in my bathroom, so it wasn't an emergency, and I called to make the appointment.  Joey Crowe came promptly at the appointed time, handed me his card before he entered my home, and slipped on shoe covers to protect my carpet.  It was an easy fix....but he took the time to explain what happened, and very polite the whole visit.  He didn't push any other service, but did inform me that my old pipes could all be replaced at some time, and that is a service they could provide.  The whole visit was about 30 minutes, and I was very happy.....:)

I really appreciate that Jesse responded very quickly, set up the appointment, arrived on time, and got the job done all in a span of a few hours. There was a very hard job (the last plumber we hired didn't complete the job and stopped responding to my phone calls). But Jesse came, completed the job and did so very quickly. He was informative, professional and reliable. Definitely gotta hire this guy! You won't be disappointed.

I always dread having to call a plumber when the issue arises, but Graham Plumbing came through with flying colors!  The process from when I called to when the job was completed, couldn't have gone any better.  Kyle was extremely efficient and professional at troubleshooting the problem.  Very nice to see some high technology at work as well when he pulled out his camera unit to inspect the drain pipe.  Pricing was very reasonable and ordinary, with no surprises.  I can see why this company has good reviews.  They definitely live up to them.  Another satisfied customer!  Thanks!

GO to another Plumber! Brandon blew us off and didn't show up or call! This appears to be a problem with this company looking at the reviews. He told us that he would come out by 3:30 the next day to fix our plumbing issue; he never showed and never called. We called him/texted him numerous times, and he never had the courtesy to respond.
We've taken our business ELSEWHERE and had service the same day!!!

I was quoted a fee for 3 drains, on the phone before committing to do the job, I asked him if he would clean the drains and also said yes. When he arrived, he was on time and courteous and snaked all drains and cleaned them as agreed.  I even found a valve for my hose that needed replacing dated 1957.  I had purchased the wrong part, but we were  lucky as he had a new one in his truck.  Thank you so much for your service. We are happy to recommend you for best plumbing services.

The guys showed up wearing masks, which we really appreciated.  They showed up on time and were completely prepared to do the work we needed them to perform.  The guys got the work done more quickly than was originally anticipated.  We really appreciated that they came prepared with all of the parts and components they needed to complete the project.  Nicely done!

If I could click on 10 stars to rate Kody's capabilities, I would. I created a Yelp request for help with a leaking shower valve located in a very complicated area that required that we break thru the back of the curved shower wall. Kody was the first to respond, so I immediately called him to review our issue. He said no problem and he could be there first thing Monday morning. He called before he arrived and began working the issue. It was a complicated project that he tackled layer by layer. He had all the tools, the products, and the expertise to make every issue seem like it was no problem. This was such a stressful problem for us, but Kody is a top notch professional who saved the day. I am so thankful that other people shared their reviews regarding Kody's performance because it was critical that we found someone who had all the right skills for our complicated problem. This is definitely a mixed review.
As a senior citizen I should have been experienced enough to know I needed to get more bids. The  SO amiable salesman oozed charm from every pore and promised that I was getting the best deal in town and it would not be available the next day.  He also stated that it was a 2 day job (1week).
They also tried to change the scope of work, but that issue was resolved.
I have recently been getting bids for an HVAC unit that I am installing in a building at the back of my property. A FRACTION of what I paid Nexgen for the same product. I feel like the world's biggest sucker.
That said, the installation crew was punctual, polite and left the place spotless.
To sum up the situation: If you have Elon Musk's cash, go ahead and hire NexGen.

This review is long overdue but Greg is the guy to get it done! Had him come out to one of our work sites first thing in the morning and I am surprised at how quick the work was done. Basically needed a new water heater and a vent stack installed and I thought it'd take them the whole day like what other companies had told me. Proved me and other companies wrong from leaving to get parts, removing the old water heater and installing the new one and vent stack, they were done barely before lunch rush was over with. Amazing service and Greg does care about making sure you get the service you need while helping to save you money in the process. Would highly recommend to others as we have to other care providers in our zone and would not hesitate to rely on again for future work! 11/10.

Great work done by a great guy. Cory and his team rapidly located and repaired a slab leak in our home. He also handled the repiping of our house which came out amazing. Fast, clean, personable and has an attention to detail that you don't find very often. Corey even fixed fixed a few things in the house without charging us!

(This is not the first time I've had problems with Daniel's plumbing......and the backstory on this review is that originally Johnnies Appliance service tech correctly diagnosed my washer was fine and there was a clog in my pipe, which was a plumbing issue. So I contacted Daniel's plumbing to inspect / fix the issue....which brings the story below...)

FYI DO NOT!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE DANIELS PLUMBING AND SON INC. (1370 Redondo Ave, LB)!  They inspected my drainage and found no issue, yet when I used my washer the water was still flooding.... I literally had to run my washer and time it to catch where the water was leaking from during the rinse cycle to find the problem myself weeks after they left. And when I called stating that I found the problem for them to solve since they claimed no issue previously, they wouldn't help me unless I could get my property manager to approve the work.....MY GUY, THIS IS THE SAME JOB THAT YOU DIDN'T COMPLETE. After calling my own property manager and claiming an emergency flooding (the only way to get Pabst Kinney Property Management to do anything) they had Daniels plumbing out there the same day, who then snaked the pipe I showed them and told me the clog was caused by lint over over time and was NOT MY FAULT.  asked how I could have prevented this issue and they told me to get a netting to go over my laundry washer discharge nozzle (a mesh netting), and notified me that they would have given me one if they had one but told me I could get it at Walmart. I asked them to tell Pabst Kinney as I do too much around this house with no help and they said they would....now I'm writing this review and have to email Pabst Kinney because they sent me a bill for $195.00, stating that Daniel's plumbing said the issue was a rag in the pipe and was the tenant's fault ....man this is irritating.

Luis from Stephens Plumbing came right away and was able to fix my toilets very quickly. He was nice, efficient and got the job done. He walked through what he was going to do so that I understood the process. I appreciate knowing what's going on.  I will call Stephens again for my plumbing needs.

They constantly have to go back and forth and it always takes forever to solve the problem. They have been to my residence multiple times for the same pipe bursting and have even cut through the wall, yet I'm still having the same issues. Also, The older gentleman is very unfriendly and has pretty low standards of people skills. I would look for another Plumber to be honest....

These guys are the best! Not only did they help me to determine the exact part I needed for my faucet they had in stock and at a great price as well. Very helpful and  knowledgable . Very impressed with the customer service.  I would definitely go back hto this place
