Best Faucet Installation in Long Beach CA

They were fast in installing my new faucet.  Would highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

Beware!! This is my experience. Made an appointment well in advanced. Live in a condo so i had to make the proper arrangements. Texts me he's running early if this is ok to push our appointment up. Sure no problem not 10 mins later calls that he got an emergency call from a recently widowed woman, who's house is flooding. Im a compassionate person but this reeks of b.s.. Hey patrick if u don't want the job say so. Don't make me miss work , jump thru hoops with the association, and have a house full of guest with one shower. I counted on you to keep your appointment and didnt even hagle on pricing with u.I should have been skeptical of only four reviews but i like to support small businesses  .i do not recommend this plumbing servicer. Try being honest with your clients.

Luis was super responsive immediately at 9:30pm and 8am.  He quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and took care of my job at 6:30 PM the next day. He was professional and courteous and appears trustworthy. I I would recommend Luis and Urgent LA Plumbing anytime.

Ask for Joshua, he did a great job replacing our water heater and uncloging our drain. Mattucci plumbing is the best plumber in the area...

I was so fortunate and happy to find Fast Pro. Plumbing.  Jesse is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and exceptional plumber that I have ever met and can, in my opinion, take care of any of your plumbing needs at a reasonable and fair price.  I had come home to a serious leak in my incoming water supply line located in a crawl space.  Jesse came to my rescue on a holiday weekend. He did a fantastic job locating the leak which was at the furthest corner away from the crawl space opening and replacing an entire type M red copper T pipe with the more thicker type L blue copper pipe.  I was very impressed with him and his assistant, Armando, on their professionalism and efficiency in getting the work done well and quickly.  I am pleased with Fast Pro. Plumbing and they have easily won a spot as one of my preferred plumbers. Believe the 5 star ratings!!

Julio was sent today to fix our Rheem tankless water heater. He fixed it in 30 min and was very patient, staying until we confirmed the hot water was working. He was very kind and professional, too.

Wanted to give him the credit he deserves.

If I could give zero stars, I would because they didn't show up for the appointment. They told me they'd arrive between 2-3pm. The guy called at 3:20 and said he'd be at my home in 20-30 minutes. I told him I had to pick up my kids but I would for sure be here in 30 minutes. Well 45 minutes later he still wasn't there. I had to run my kid around the corner to his sports so I called the number he called me from earlier and left a message saying I'd be back at 4:15. I get home and there's a card on my door. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT!  At least try to work with the client if you are in the wrong. And giving an ETA then not arriving at that time TWICE IS WRONG!!  I'm so mad now that I called another company.

It was time to replace our kitchen faucet. I was happy to find a local, small business in my city. The apprentice that was sent over was nice but clearly lacked skill. One of my roommates needed to help him with tools and removing the original faucet. That's all fine, I understand he's learning and it's great he's learning a trade. However, in his confusion on how to remove the faucet, he was pulling on it so firmly that the sink was lifting up, and tore the seal that was gluing the sink to the granite. I understand things happen and he was learning, I just wish the company would have offered to mend that problem. I paid over $300 for a faucet switch out, and now I have to pay to repair the seal. It isn't  a big deal, or a big cost to do that myself, but for the sake of integrity and customer service, I'd assume that's a natural offer to the customer.

Since the apprentice was taking a while to complete the project, I couldn't wait for him to finish because I had errands to run. It being my only day off that week, I had to take advantage of my day and get other things done. His boss is the company owner, I believe, and he arrived to help his apprentice. They ended up needing to go to the store for parts. I was asked to pay the bill before the work was complete, as I was heading out to do other errands. I told the owner I would pay via Zelle once I returned, the work was complete, and I was able to inspect. A couple hours later I received a text asking that I pay. I had just gotten home, literally, and I still needed to make sure the faucet was ok. It all looked good, and I sent the payment. Not long after using the faucet, I realized the water pressure was not as it was before. The line had pockets of air, or something, and the water sort of spits when you turn it on and change it from hot to cold. I called and spoke with the owner and asked if would assess and remedy. He asked I resend my address and someone would arrive later that day. No one arrived. I followed up a week later, and no response.

It is disappointing the lack of integrity some  companies have. He asked for payment repeatedly, and of course I paid my due that same day. But when it came to returning to assess the issue that wasn't there before, I get ghosted. Not only that, but now I get to pay for damage they caused.

I don't like leaving bad reviews and I hardly ever do it. I'm pretty understanding that mistakes happen and it's not a big deal but being disregarded this way is insulting and dishonorable.

This company was amazing. They came before the scheduled time. Ruben was so helpful and I would recommend him. He was so honest and forthright. I will recommend this company and Ruben to everyone I know that needs their services. Really appreciate them.

Unfortunately, the gas company turned off my gas without warning when a small gas leak was detected outside my home.  The leak was small enough that two other professionals could not locate it, but large enough that the gas company would not consent to turn the gas back on (my gas bill is usually around $6/mo, so it must have been very small).  Fortunately, Cory was able to locate the site of the gas leak with his specialized equipment, and by opening a small portion of drywall. Had he not been able to detect the leak, the next step would have been to open walls throughout the house in order to isolate sections of pipe to find it. That would have been the worst case scenario and I'm so grateful that he was able to find it straight away!  Would recommend Cory to anyone; he was punctual, cleaned up the area in which he was working, and was friendly and communicative.

Stephens plumbing came and fixed my leaking toilet ! They also checked to see if we had leaking pipes and more water damage than what it looks like! Thank you to Miguel and Jose for being fast and doing a clean job no mess left behind! Quick and efficient!

I cannot say enough good things about ASAP Rooter & Plumbing.  Christian is honest, dependable and has a great disposition even after receiving  my call for help at midnight.  He was  at my house promptly at 7:30 am the following morning.  He remained until after the job was completed, which was after 5:00 p.m.  This is the third time we have use this company and have been completely satisfied each time.  We Highly recommend them!

I hired Francisco many years ago for our plumbing issues at our rental property and since that day I've never used another plumber since then. Yesterday we woke up to no hot water. I called Francisco and he showed up within a couple hours. A couple of hours after that, the job was complete with a brand new boiler. Francisco was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything well and did a fantastic job

Our tub upstairs was clogged was very efficient in a matter of minutes got it fixed price was very reasonable would call on them again

Daniel's Plumbing came out after hours on New Year's Eve with short notice. They were friendly, worked quickly, and resolved my issue. I will definitely use them again.
