Personally, I've had them out to the house twice on two different jobs. They replaced a sewage ejector pump in my basement on one job and cleaned out a condensation line drain for me that was blocked on another. Both times they came out when they said they would, quoted me a reasonable price for the job, and completed the job quickly. They are true professionals. Any time I have an issue in the future, they will be my first call.

The owner operator of Summit, Daniel, responded promptly and scheduled a consultation at my home at a date and time that was convenient for me. Daniel arrived on time and assessed my situation. Daniel thoroughly and clearly explained my options, providing estimates for the various options. Daniel is the consummate professional who is knowledgeable and highly competent. The job was completed on time that same morning. Daniel cleaned up the area and took numerous photographs to show the work that was done under the house. Summit's professionalism and transparency give me confidence in their work. I highly recommend Summit and their services. I would definitely use again.

Very rarely do I take the time to review a business that I have encountered, and if I do it's usually because it was such a bad experience that I think others should be warned. I'd just accepted that really good customer service had become a thing of the past. Imagine how delighted I was to meet Trevor with Mr Rooter of Lexington! From the initial greeting and covering of shoes before entering your home, to the complete and thorough explanations of problem and available solutions, he was completely professional all the way through. From cost breakdown, product warranties, and potential problems later on, you are well informed about your options and their costs. Allowing you to make the best decision for your situation. Honest and knowledgeable recommendations on brands and materials, not just an upsale hype trying to raise their profit. Very respectful, and polite young man. We'll be using him for any plumbing problems we may have in the future! If you're smart, you'll do the same!

Thieves!!! I worked with Ron and Chris at Bluegrass Rooter. What a horrible mess. They were to add a new bathroom in my basement and replace all the plumbing in the house. I didn't know when I hired them that Ron had let his master plumber license expire so l had no chance of getting this done in the first place. They said it would take a month. Fast forward six months later and I'm begging them to come finish the job. They said, give us the rest of the payment and we will get it to pass inspection this week. So I gave them $5000 and they never called me back again. I had to spend $9000 to get all the plumbing fixed by another plumber in order for it to pass inspection. And I still haven't passed inspection because they did such a terrible job that needs so much work. I left at least 100 messages, because they don't answer their phone EVER and they don't have a brick and mortar storefront. So once they have your money they can disappear and never be found. Do not use this company. Ron is a thief!
Edit- I just read his response back to me. He says I never contacted him again. WRONG! He blocked me on his personal phone. I left nearly 100 voicemails on his business phone and he never responded back. He left me in such a terrible jam. He is blaming this all on his employees and on me. Well guess what Ron, YOU ARE THE OWNER! You should take care of their mistakes. You are a sorry excuse for a person and a thief. He's trying to act so nice like he cares. If he cared he would show up and fix my plumbing that he messed up. Pathetic.

Whole I did not choose this company for my repair needs, they were extremely fast in responding to my question on here not to mention polite and professional.  I will definitely be contacting them again if needed.

I had a great experience with Dauenhauer Plumbing to clear out roots between our cleanout and the tie in with the city. I had a poor experience with another company and unfortunately the job was not done correctly, the plumbing was backed up again only 10 days later. The guys came out on New Years day, in the evening, within an hour of speaking to us. They were pleasant to deal with even though it was a holiday. They had to run the rotor router 4 times, then went and picked up their larger tool to finish the job since it was so severely blocked by roots. They tested each time they rotor rooted- put toilet paper down and ran the sinks, showers, and flushed toilets. They probably spent 2 hours here just to make sure it was done properly. Beyond this, they charged HALF the price we were quoted by the first plumber to fix their own job. Glad I called them, very thorough work and would definitely recommend them.

Couldn't have been happier with the service I received on my Hybrid hot water heater.  The consultation was straightforward and clearly laid out my options.  They were able to get my installation scheduled very quickly and so far I'm very happy with results.

Arronco had the best price of several quotes that I've received and I have to say the service I've received so far has been very professional and very efficient.  The team even helped me complete the paperwork to get my rebate for Duke Energy and made me aware of the Federal Tax credit my unit entitles me to.

We were in a real jam.  Our air conditioner went out yesterday and we were supposed to watch our 3 month old grandson.  We couldn't do that in 90 degree temperatures outside and even hotter inside.  Our warranty company set All in One to help us, and I'm so glad they did.  Melvin diagnosed the problem and Rob gave us a great deal.  Melvin and his son put the new unit in today in less than 4 hours!!  So tonight, our grandson is sleeping comfortably in his bed and so are we.  Thanks All in One for a great job!!  Susan Sparks

They did so many mistakes on our property we had to bring in another plumbing service to finish and repair all the damage costing us thousands of dollars, some things they damaged could not be repaired and our new property is permanently damaged. I strongly recommend you stay clear of them!

Charged me for 3,300 feet of pipe but actually only layed out 2,300 feet. Demands 50% payment before starting any work..then asks for more money before the job is half done so he can pay his partner. Then the partner doesn't put in the horse waterers correctly ( not even close to being right) says he needs more money to come back because his partner never payed him. Lies.. lies and more lies. Promised to come back early to finish job.. never shows up. unprofessional and disrespectful partner. Leaves Red Bull cans, bottles and cigarette butts all over the place.
