And came across LV Expert.  from the beginning to the end this company took care of the issue, they were 100%, professional, reliable, with good prices for Sunday job. Not to mention, they arrived, and fixed everything the same day

When it comes to Chance and his company, Pipe Dreams Plumbing, a five star rating is definitely not a high enough rating for his outstanding professionalism and compassion. Upon clicking on 5 stars it says, As good as it gets,  Pipe Dreams is even better than that. Here's my story:  

In April 2014, on a Friday afternoon as I drove up to the house I knew something was wrong when I saw  water flowing from the garage. Water was everywhere. Since this was the first time that anything like that has happened in many years, I made a bunch of calls.  Soon after, I heard from Chance who managed to rearrange his schedule and showed up to resolve my emergency situation. There was an old hot water system that was way past its prime and stopped functioning properly...thus, a flood.  Chance knew exactly what to do; he found the source of the problem, stopped the water leak, called up & reserved a new unit, then had the unit installed the next day, on Saturday. His due diligence kept my hot water on with only a slight interruption.  Not only is the work perfect, Chance is a top professional in every way. He even called and followed up to make sure all was well and if I had any questions. I grew up here in Las Vegas and can't remember the last time (if ever) a plumber had that much pride of workmanship to invest so much time in their clients. From reading the reviews it's plain to see this is his normal work ethic. So why am I writing this today, Saturday, March 14,2015?

After waking up suddenly at 6: A.M. ... the hot water turned off, then I became aware of a loud steady noise. As I became more coherent, I walked into the laundry room & realized I was ankle deep in water. I quickly tried to size up the situation. When I checked the hot water boiler that Chance installed it was dry & seemed to be working great, as usual. After a couple of hours the water problem got worse, the noise grew louder and the garage was getting wet again.  After I left a message with Pipe Dreams Plumbing, Chance called me a few minutes later. There was nothing wrong with the unit he installed but he helped me over the phone which stopped the loud noise & the water leak. Over the phone he gave me advice as to where to look & what the probable cause might be.  I am truly grateful to him because the damage would have been that much more extensive if it wasn't stopped when it did.

My intention behind writing this is for the same reason yelp was created...to help people make informed choices and to benefit from my experiences. I've known many plumbers throughout the years and none of them come close to Chance's professionalism and expertise. There are no chances with Chance (pardon the pun) and he & his company deserves to be recognized...and given the opportunity to make your life easier, as he apparently has done for many. Keep up the great work !

This family was fantastic! I messaged Helen from Yelp and I believe she responded within an hour or two after their designated business hours. Jerry called me the next day to make an appointment and they came this morning 10 minutes early. Super fast and efficient! Unclogged my garbage disposal and helped me with a last minute problem with a bathroom faucet in probably 20 minutes flat.

Super chatty and friendly the whole time :) A+ in my book.

So I was recently notified by the water company that I have a water leak somewhere on my property.  After 3 plumber visits and outrageous estimates I finally found this guy TOM to fix my water main leak.  He did very good work, cleaned up everything and left my yard like it had never been destroyed, and his prices were very competitive. While I had him on property, I went ahead and replaced my 11 year old hot water heater. He also did an outstanding job with that and replaced all of the connections and everything and it's beautiful. It's rare to find a good and honest and clean worker who shows up and finishes the work perfectly. I highly recommend Tom for your plumbing needs.

Keegan Bosch keep was punctual and very communicative and always available for questions.  Fixed all our plumbing issues at a very reasonable price.   Bosch is very trustworthy and capable.  Will be our go to plumbing company.

Bruce arrived on time, and got right to work.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was sure to test it thoroughly.    

He was friendly, informative and even gave a military discount that I was not expecting.  I'll definitely be using Drain Sergeant again in the future.

Super quick and very efficient, Kepa and his crew made sure to give the service that a lot of other companies lack here in Las Vegas. I called in the afternoon after finding a leaky pipe and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours to come and take a look and let me know what was needed. They booked my appointment between 8AM-10AM, and showed up at 8AM on the dot. They fixed the leaky pipe in about 45 min showed me the cause and the fix and were on their way! 10out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much for your help Kepa, Troy, and the wonderful ladies in the office!!

Can I give Scott 10 stars....100?!? OMG I can't tell you how great he was in my service call. Super nice, knowledgeable and professional!!!! He came out and gave me an estimate, I was cool with it and he was back in 45 minutes with what he needed. He removed my old reverse osmosis system out (and took it it with him--BONUS) and fixed my water line to my new frig!!! AND.... he cleaned up after all that!!! Whaaaaa? He's is now my go-to guy and MC Plumbing is my go-to company!!!!!

Highly Recommend!!!  Plumbing professionals for sure!  Tiffany, the manager, was great and quick with scheduling a quote. Anthony was awesome with calling ahead and making sure the time worked for me. When here I felt comfortable with the quote so luckily work could be done. While working, Anthony, was nice to let me watch and ask questions. He made it all look easy!  However, I will not try to do it myself (I'm not a plumber!) and definitely will call Innovative Plumbing Pros again when needed. Thank you for being so professional all around!

I've used this company a handful of times and I've always been Very satisfied with their services. I've had them do everything from change out toilets and sink faucets to more major plumbing issues. It's important to me to have someone in my home that I can trust. The gentlemen who have been to my house are always professional, clean, prompt, honest and friendly. I'll never use anyone else!

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

Choice home warranty sent out Matt. He showed up right on time. Not only was Matt friendly and efficient, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He worked hard and did not stop until the job was done. We can now use our kitchen sink again, yay! 5 stars all the way. We will continue to use and recommend OSP Plumbing. Thanks again, Matt!

I made the mistake of using these people for my ac. 3 years ago, damned near 20,000 dollars and had problems ever since. Today I had to replace half of what they did. You will be sorry if you use YES!
