Best System Maintenance in Las Vegas NV

My kitchen sink faucet was leaking around the base. I had 9 estimates and went with Dukes Plumbing. He and his wife were super friendly, fast, efficient, and incredibly reasonable. A little over thirty minutes later the old faucet was out and a new one was in. I couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you so much. I will recommend Dukes Plumbing to everybody. If I could give ten stars I would.

I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

I called and had them come out to give an estimate on a leak repair which ended up being a reroute of the pipe lines. I also wanted to have a rain shower added. The bid came through and I signed it.
While they were up in the attic it was discovered that I could not have the rain shower put in because of the angle of the roof line. Because they were unable to put that line in he took the amount off the invoice. I have dealt with other company's that would not change a bill just because it was less work.
They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company!

UPDATE: Serv-All called and texted in response to my review to resolve but it really shouldn't have taken a review for them to make attempts to resolve the issue. The voice message they left repeated the sentiment that the pipe was leaking was not their responsibility, so I did not respond, because I had already decided to move on to another company more qualified to handle these installations.

I still have not gotten an answer as to why, if Serv-All does not do plumbing, did they install PIPING for WATER DRAINAGE from my water softener to the drain in the wall at all, instead of having me call a plumber to do it from the get-go?  The answer is simple, if I called a plumber to do piping for a water softener install, they knew I would find another company who sold the same products but were certified plumbers, and they didn't want to lose the sale.  And that is what happened when I called a plumber to fix their install, I found a company that are certified plumbers who sell the same products and back up their work.  They came out to look at the leak, even they told me that Serv-All shoud really fix it since they installed the piping.  During their visit, I ended up getting a NOVO water filtration system from them, so the owners comments about the filtration system causing the leak is simply wrong. It was already leaking prior to that install, thats why the other guys came out at all. So, when I called Serv-All, the tech that came out said, you guessed it, we dont do plumbing.  He subsequently presented me with a document to sign that says they arent responsible for their installs, how convenient . I have since replaced the  water softener they installed with one from the other company, that is how much confidence I had in Serv-All - none.  

Whatever narrative Serv-All tries to spin on this, the fact is, this is how their handling of this made me feel, as a customer, such that I was willing to pay to completely overhaul their piping and water softener (which worked fine) install to go with another company that was certified and able to do plumbing.  The peace of mind was worth it.

ORIGINAL POST: If I could give these guys zero I would. $2000+. They installed a water softener which needed piping to reach the drainage trap but that is now leaking. How is it they are able to install piping but now that the piping they installed is now leaking, they won't fix it?

Fast, honest and good price!! My water heater took a dump and they replaced it quickly.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Had and emergency come up and needed help fast. Called Expert Plumber Las Vegas and left a message. Mike returned the call shortly after. I explained my issue to him, he said he would come right over. Mike looked and what I had and what needed to be done, he gave me what I believe to be a fair estimate as well as arranged his schedule so he could start work immediately. His work was done in a timely fashion, he was clean, safe and friendly. Before leaving he looked at a couple other issues I had and made some recommendations that will save me time and money. I am very impressed with Expert Plumber Las Vegas and will/would recommend them to anybody needing service.

This is an overdue review but one that is more than deserved.

Over 4th of July weekend, our upstairs AC unit went out. This just so happened to the weekend when Vegas summer finally decided to show up with a triple-digit vengeance. Lucky for us, the downstairs unit still worked and made it possible to sleep in our room upstairs, albeit with LOTS of fans running.

Anyway, because we had recently moved into our home, we submitted a service request from our home warranty provided and waited patiently and sweat-ily for the day of our appointment.

AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT? WE GOT NO-SHOWED.

Annoyed and unwilling to wait and suffer any longer, I sent out a Hail Mary job request on Yelp for anyone who could help us ASAP. Bumble Breeze was one of the first to respond to my cry for help. Not only was someone available to help that day, I was provided clear and upfront pricing and expectations. This was a stark contrast from the indifferent interaction I had with my home warranty company and the assigned service provider.

When our technician, Omar, was dispatched, we received a call and a text that were clear and personable. To be honest, this was the most kind and humane service experience I've had in a long time.

When Omar arrived, he explained everything, was very courteous and we appreciated his positive and upbeat demeanor. We were so well taken care of that we signed up for the maintenance program.

I cannot recommend this team for their service, responsiveness, and courteousness. Thank you for saving us from our upstairs inferno!

I'm a pretty handy guy but there are somethings around the house I just hate doing. Mike really did a great job on some plumbing work at our house and most importantly, he saved my back from at least a full week of pain. I would most certainly call these guys again in the future!

We all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy plumber. Well I found one. Extremely impressed with the great service and attention to detail. Drew's Plumbing was recommended to me by Bruce from A+ Pro-Tech. Bruce helped me with some mold remediation, so I called him looking for a good plumber.  I have a rental property in Henderson and my tenant called saying that the water heater was leaking and that they didn't have any hot water.  Since the water heater was the original one from when the house was built in 2003, I knew I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I called Drew's Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day.  Since I live in San Diego, they made it easy for me to take care of everything over the phone and email.  Thank you for being so great and making everything so easy!

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

I'm not one to do reviews but this company was so bad that I had to share my experience.  

First note that this company was selected through my home warranty provider.  Our AC went out on 5/24/17 we placed our service request only to find out no one would be out until 5/26. The tech came out and says the AC just needs freon so he charges the AC and goes on his way. The unit still doesn't work, we call 5/27 only to be told no one can be out until 5/29.

5/29 comes around and they tell us that we need a compressor, which takes 2-3 days because of home warranty. So now the AC will be fixed on 6/2, so the tech comes out installs and charges the compressor. It works for about 30 hours then stops working.  Here's the crappy part we call Air Squad and leave a message... NO ONE CALLS US BACK. You would think that after a week and a half in the early Vegas summer at least a manager or someone would have called and addressed the situation.... nope, crickets.

Air Squad will be a name that I remember for their absolutely awful service.

Nationwide came out and put a new water heater in our home in June. Yes it's 6 months later but they had put all new pipe and everything and now the water heater is leaking gas. We called them to have them come fix their work and they said it had been too long. I'm sorry but if I installed a water heater and it was leaking gas to a families home I'd want to right that immediately.  The guy on the phone Chris  was rude and basically said it was our problem not his and it had been too long. With all the new pipes and everything they put in obviously something has come loose or broke. But honoring their work obviously isn't something they do. We will never use them again and we will make sure no one else we know does either. You'd think with something major like this they would honor their work and want a good name out here with so much competition. But doing half ass work and letting a family with pets and kids breathe in gas obviously doesn't matter to this company. Plus he said they probably couldn't come out right away. Really?? The service I received over the phone from this guy and the fact he wouldn't honor their work makes them a zero star. What happened to customer service and making sure people are happy? My advice go with a company that actually cares about the quality of their work and the customer.

Update another company came out today and fixed our gas leak had to change all the gas lines these guys put in. He said they were bad. So they charged us extra to replace everything up to code and didn't do it. Our gas leak is now fixed right. Never use these guys if you want honest quality work.
